For a comparative study of the practical application of screening methods for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer in women, this paper conducted HPV, LBC and CPS screening tests for 1462 women with cervical abnormalities who came to hospital within 2 years with computer technology, and investigated the results of screening statistics, comparison and analysis. To further explore the value of the above three methods in cervical cancer screening, the results of HPV, LBC and CPS tests in 1462 patients with cervical cancer screening were further discussed in this study, and the results were obtained.

Based on improved grey prediction fuzzy control principle, an improved slurry flocculating settling process of feed forward and feedback control strategy, the improvement is: using fuzzy algorithm to replace the current use of conventional fuzzy control algorithm, namely according to the online setting parameters of fuzzy rules, both to overcome the difficult to eliminate the steady-state error and fuzzy control to realize accurate control weaknesses, and overcome the difficulty of parameter setting, make them form a complementary advantages. Therefore, it is of great significance to study advanced control method and improve control effect in coal preparation plant.

To address the problems of time-consuming, laborious and costly ECG expert diagnosis in the long-term massive ECG signal automatic denoising and T-wave automatic detection system, resulting in the difficulty to extract features, as well as the poor adaptability and low accuracy of the abnormal diagnosis model, we proposed an ECG signal denoising and T-wave automatic detection method based on deep learning. The method mainly includes four steps as follows: ECG signal denoising preprocessing, segmentation of ECG signal and unification of sampling points, unsupervised heartbeat feature learning, denoising and T-wave automatic detection. The structure of the deep faith network FCMDBN model and the learning denoising and T-wave automatic detection algorithm are proposed. Based on the MIT-BIH heart rate anomaly database, the simulation experiment shows that the signal diagnosis method proposed in this paper has relatively high adaptability and accuracy compared with the denoising and T-wave automatic detection by artificial design based on traditional ECG features.

Compared with traditional construction methods, IRB has the advantages of reducing environmental pollution, improving production efficiency and ensuring construction quality. Over the past 15 years, leading international architectural journals have published a number of articles on prefabricated construction management, off-site construction management, and industrial construction. This paper studies the latest research trends in this field, and qualitatively analyzes 80 research papers published in 10 major journals from 2005 to 2020 from the aspects of research content, research methods, and core research fields (now available online). This paper USES computer big data to analyze the literature. Analysis shows that the impact of the IRB on the construction industry as a whole is increasing.

Attributing to multiple advantages such as lightweight and excellent impact resistance, plain-woven composite self-healing U-shaped canal material has been extensively applied in various fields. As it is used as the main bearing part, the existence of cracks can significantly reduce the service performance and safety factor of the material. During the usage, the internal cracks continue to expand and accelerate the material failure. In this paper, the features of four-step weaving technology are analyzed, and the yarn trajectory is simulated by the relevant computer software based on the simulation characteristics. The computer graphics technology is used to present the 3D weaving structure. The design and implementation process of composite self-healing U-shaped canal material based on the 3D modeling technology is simulated by the computer. Based on the relationship of the weaving process parameters, simulation parameters are set in the computer software to facilitate the generation of 3D weaving models for various sizes and simulation corners. This computer simulation method allows the model to approach the real structure of woven fabric infinitely, which has implemented the characterization for the damage evolution of plain woven glass fiber composite self-healing U-shaped canal material in the in-situ shear test. The geometric information of the yarn section is obtained by scanning the image, including the long and short axis in the elliptical section of the yarn and the yarn path. Spatial positioning is performed on the defects to obtain the material defect rate by statistical analysis of its volume fraction. Statistics on the geometric parameters of the yarn are performed to establish a finite element model. Given the impact of hole defects, the finite element model with defects is established. The corresponding numerical simulation of the shear test is conducted, and the impact of defects on material failure is analyzed and revealed from the aspects of modulus, strength and damage.

The construction of the image of city is not a spontaneous process, it has strong relationship with media under the computer operation. This study collected the news reports of Xiangyang, Yichang and Jingzhou in the Hubei Daily in 2019, and conducted an in-depth analysis of the media images of these three cities by the computer calculation. It is found that Xiangyang, Yichang and Jingzhou were represented into different kinds of image, and especially, there were significant differences in the theme of reports. Based on the results, it is advisable for each city to create unique resources and to present personalized images. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to take use of the computer operation, so that a much more scientific, systematic and reasonable image project of cities could be established.

Based on the demand of fine-grained image classification and recognition technology of red tide algae, the Faster R-CNN algorithm in the deep learning algorithm is studied. At the same time, according to the characteristics of subtle inter-class difference and intra-class difference between red tide algae, FPN algorithm was studied in the detection algorithm by computer aided technology.. On this basis, TensorFlow is used to carry out experimental simulation, and the results of classification and recognition of fine-grained image of tidal algae based on different scale feature information are compared. The experimental results show that the Faster R-CNN algorithm performs generally in the classification and recognition of fine-grained image of tidal algae, but the detection results are significantly improved by combining the FPN algorithm.

Throughout the development history of badminton sports skills and tactics, in the singles and doubles badminton competitions, powerful kill movement techniques, especially back-field movement techniques, are essential means of scoring in the match. In this paper, the computer-based Ariel system and myoelectric telemetry system are used to analyze two technical movements of male players in the badminton team, that is, near-net forehand smash and far-net forehand smash, to lay a foundation for comprehensive quantitative analysis of badminton technical movements while avoiding sports injuries due to irregular movements at the same time. Due to the relatively long time interval between the completion of mining and the flooding of bottom water, the identification of oil-water layer is difficult due to the same nature of formation crude oil, so the interpretation of oil layer is very challenging. In this paper, the boundary oil, injection oil and bottom oil propellants of each oil layer in the study area, as well as the oil source and inflow direction of the oil layer, are summarized by using computer aided technology according to the geological characteristics of the block and the characteristics of permeability and oil recovery. The resistivity of water injection, oil flooding at the side and the bottom decreased obviously. Secondly, the typical reservoir of the new well is determined by comparing the logging data of the same layer between the old well and the new well and combining with the production dynamic test results of the adjacent old well. The logging response characteristics of the reservoir are analyzed, and the sensitive parameters such as deep lateral resistivity, shallow lateral resistivity, deep lateral resistivity amplitude difference, deep lateral resistivity, flush resistivity amplitude difference are optimized.

Oil is a kind of non-renewable energy. Our demand for oil is on the increase. With the continuous exploitation of oil resources, China's oil reserves gradually decrease. As a result, China imports a lot of crude oil every year. However, there are many difficulties in the development of medium and low permeability reservoirs, such as dense matrix, complex fracture system and low permeability, which will lead to low recovery. With the development of science and technology and the combination of computer technology, eor technology has gradually matured and can be used in low and medium permeability reservoirs. In this paper, the technology of eor is analyzed firstly. Then, according to the characteristics of low and medium permeability reservoirs shown by the computer, the fracturing, percolation, enhanced oil recovery technology and microbial oil displacement technology are analyzed to better develop low and medium permeability reservoirs.

Objective: To explore the toxicological effect of heavy metal lead on testicular interstitial cells by detecting the gene expression levels of enzymes related to injury healing, to provide an experimental basis for revealing the toxicological mechanism of heavy metal-induced male sexual dysfunction. Methods: The r2c cell line of testicular interstitial cell was exposed to a serum-free culture environment containing heavy metal lead. The activity of the cells was determined at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h. The supernatant of the cells was collected to detec the changes in the injury healing by computer-aided technology. The RT-RCR method was used to observe the differences in the gene expressions of injury healing related enzymes. Results: CCK-8 assay showed that the vicapacity of r2c cells was not significantly reduced after they were exposed to 100 μmol/L heavy metal lead for 12 and 24 h (P > 0.05). Computer-aided radioimmunoassay was used to detect the changes in the progesterone, and the results showed that the synthesis of progesterone was significantly reduced at 12 and 24 h (P < 0.05). After the cells were exposed to the medium containing lead, the expressions of the steroid hormone synthetase gene returned to the normal level after 12 and 24 h. However, the expressions of StAR and P450scc genes decreased significantly after exposure to lead for 3 h (P < 0.05), and the expressions of the StAR gene decreased even more dramatically after exposure to lead for 6 h (P < 0.01). Conclusions: Heavy metal lead can inhibit the synthesis of progesterone in r2c cells mainly by down-regulating the gene expression levels of cholesterol transporter StAR and rate-limiting enzyme P450scc in the injury healing pathway.

Objective: to explore the application and nursing strategy of flushing transfusion technique in orthopedic surgery by computer aided information analysis. Methods : 63 patients underwent orthopedic surgery with autologous blood collection device were treated with concentrated red blood cells. Preoperative nursing, intraoperative nursing, postoperative observation and follow-up were performed during the treatment. Results: the results of computer-aided data analysis and postoperative observation were as follows: the intraoperative blood transfusion volume of 63 patients was 500-1800 mL, with an average of 650 mL. All patients had no complications such as transfusion reaction, allergy, hemolysis and infection. Postoperative blood routine examination, coagulation function, electrolytes and urine routine were normal, and no patients needed blood transfusion. Conclusion: flushing autotransfusion is safe and effective in orthopedic surgery. Meticulous care is the key to a successful operation.

Objective: to investigate the application of continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) in acute renal failure (ARF) after cardiac surgery. Methods: 30 patients with acute renal failure after cardiac surgery in xijing hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected and treated with CVVHDF. The changes of Cr, BUN, electrolyte (K+, Na+, Cl-, etc.), HR, MAP, PaO2/FiO2, CVP were compared at 24 and 72 h before and after treatment using computer data analysis technology. Results: of the 30 patients, 26 survived and 4 died. Among them, the urine volume and renal function of the surviving patients returned to normal. Compared with before treatment, Cr, BUN, electrolyte (K+, Na+, Cl-, etc.) and HR were all significantly reduced, with statistically significant differences (P &lt;0.05). The oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) and average arterial pressure (MAP) were significantly increased, while the central venous pressure (CVP) was significantly reduced, with statistically significant differences (P &lt;0.05). Conclusion : CVVHDF is a safe and effective treatment and is worthy of clinical application.

The solar computer simulation technology has been extensively applied in the fields of polymer curing test, solar cell detection and calibration, and satellite heat balance test, etc. The non-negative least-squares solution of the overdetermined equations based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA) to optimize the monochromatic light-emitting diode (LED) matching light source combination, replace some monochromatic LED with white LED to simulate the solar spectrum, and discuss several LED lights with different peak wavelengths that can be replaced by white LED. The simulation results suggest that in the range of 300 ∼ 1100 nm, as the monochromatic LED types replaced by white LED increase, the total number of LEDs used is reduced, and the spectral match decreases. When LEDs with three different peak wavelengths are replaced, the correlation index in the fitting based on the algorithm is 0.9035, where the number of LEDs can be reduced by 15.6%, and the simulation spectrum is basically consistent with the target one. The proposed method has a small spectral mismatch and can be used to distinguish two absorption valleys of the standard solar spectrum AM1.5 accurately.

Alkyl imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was prepared with Cocinic and diethylenetriamine (DTA) as reactant and xylene as water carrier. The relationship between the preparation process, molecular structure and the corrosion inhibition performance of boiler water system was studied by computer aided technology. The results showed that temperature, reaction time and reactant ratio were the key factors affecting the yield. Carbon steel corrosion inhibition rate of alkyl imidazoline derivatives in boiler water can reach more than 80%. The corrosion inhibitor has a strong inhibitory effect on the dissolution process of the corrosion anode and the depolarization process of the cathode, so it can be considered as a mixed corrosion inhibitor of carbon steel based on the anode. The reason of corrosion inhibition is that the corrosion inhibitor adsorbs on the surface of carbon steel and forms a thin film, effectively blocking the contact between the steel surface and water.

In this paper, the heat transfer effect of rough surface in laminar flow is introduced by fully developed fields for solving the Navier–Stokes equations of incompressible flow in assuming two-dimension using the direction splitting method. Major traffic accidents caused by snow cover and ice on pavements are responsible for large numbers of casualties and extensive property losses each year around the globe. A full-scale heat-pipe-based active snow-melting test system for outdoor asphalt roads was constructed to study and analyze its working performance on in-service asphalt highways. Based on long-term monitoring data, the active snow-melting system was analyzed to determine the temperature-field distribution pattern and relevant influencing factors as well as its performance on asphalt pavements. The research results show that: (1) the system exhibited excellent performance. Three natural snowfall events occurred on the full-scale test platform. In each event, the snow-melting system was able to effectively melt the snow. (2) Under long-term low-temperature conditions in winter, the active snow-melting system was able to increase the pavement temperature by approximately 10 °C. (3) In winter, the underground soil temperature decreased by approximately 4 °C as a result of heat extraction by the underground heat pipes and gradually recovered to its previous level as the outdoor ambient temperature gradually increased. This finding suggests that underground soil can provide heat to the snow-melting system for an extended period of time and continuously ensure its pavement snow-melting performance. The engineering application on the G18 Highway further demonstrates the effectiveness and reliability of active snow-melting systems based on heat-pipe technology.

The problem of corrosion failure of distribution automation terminal in hot and humid environment is very prominent, which seriously restricts the development of smart grid in southern power grid. Therefore, this paper chooses three overhead FTU terminals as the research object to study characteristics of corrosion failure of distribution automation terminal. The corrosion failure analysis was carried out by SEM and EDS. EDS data showed that the content of oxygen in corrosion region was significantly higher than the slight corrosion region, the presence of sulfur and chlorine indicated that the corrosion environment was mainly a humid environment containing sulfur and chlorine. SEM found that the corrosion failure of terminal equipment is mainly due to the environment such as high temperature, humidity, chloride ion and sulfur. At the same time, the exposure of substrate is caused by the damage of plating layer or leakage plating which was further development of corrosion. Therefore, according to the corrosion characteristics of distribution automation terminal in hot and humid environment, the corresponding protective measures ensuring the safe operation of distribution automation system is proposed, which can extend the service life of distribution automation terminal and provide reliable basis for the future empirical test.

Conventional fault reconfiguration methods assume determinant values for loads and distributed generators outputs, which may lead to a reconfiguration solution that cannot satisfy operational constraints. This paper proposes a fault reconfiguration method for distribution networks with soft open points (SOPs) considering the uncertainties of photovoltaic (PV) output power and loads. Firstly, a fast probabilistic power flow method based on voltage sensitivity for distribution networks with SOPs is proposed to evaluate each reconfiguration scheme. Then a fault reconfiguration model considering uncertainties of PV output powers and loads is formulated and solved to minimize load shedding and line losses. The effectiveness of the proposed reconfiguration method is verified using the modified 33 and 69-bus distribution systems. The proposed method is shown to be very fast and can provide reliable reconfiguration schemes satisfying all system operation constraints.

Flavonoids were extracted from Salvia plebeian by the microwave method, the process was optimized by Response Surface Methodology. On the basis of single factor experiment, ethanol concentration, microwave power, extraction time, material to liquid ratio were selected as independent variables, and the extraction content of homoplantaginin was selected as response value. The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from S. plebeian were determined by Box-Behnken response surface analysis. The optimum extraction conditions were that the ethanol concentration was 56%, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30 g/mL, the extraction time was 5 minutes, the extraction power was 560 W, and the extraction content of flavonoids was 2.38 mg/g.

The difference from the predicted value was 0.021%, which was not much different from the predicted value of the model, which fully verified the reliability of the model. The extraction parameters obtained by response surface method were accurate and reliable, and the extraction process was reasonable and feasible.

Cement Asphalt Concrete (CAC) is a newly developed cold-mixed pavement material at room temperature. In this paper, a kind of cement fast-cracked emulsified asphalt mastic and a gradation of stone mastic asphalt was used to obtain a high-performance pavement material. This material improves the gradation by calculating volume parameters and observing the state of the concrete, and then we determine the optimal cement asphalt mastic content through specific gravity, Marshall stability value and aggregate wrapping state. Finally, the Marshall stability value, flow value, indirect tensile strength and Cantabro loss were used to evaluate the performance of Stone Mastic Cement Asphalt (SMCA), Continuous-graded Cement Asphalt (CCA) and SMA. This paper shows that SMCA's technical performance is relatively similar to CCA, and the Cantabro loss is much lower than CCA. In comparison with SMA, except for flow value, other performances are higher than SMA.

As the Xingbei Development Zone gradually goes into the extra high water cut stage, the difficulty of residual oil tapping is becoming harder and harder. Heterogeneity not only controls the injection agent's sweep coefficient, but also controls the injection displacement efficiency, which is the key factor affecting the formation and distribution of residual oil.

Characterization of reservoir macroscopic heterogeneity by parameters such as sedimentary microfacies, oil layer structure, permeability, porosity and net thickness ratio. The heterogeneous comprehensive index obtained by the wave superposition method can not only quantitatively evaluate reservoir heterogeneity, but also explain the distribution characteristics of the residual oil.

Using this method to fit the eastern part of a district of Xingbei Oilfield, The obtained heterogeneous composite index (IRH) distribution map is compared with the reservoir numerical simulation residual oil saturation map, and the correlation between the two is good. Statistically fit the production of new wells in the simulated area, wells with heterogeneous composite index between 0.55 and 0.75 have higher cumulative oil production, average daily oil production, and the water content is 2-5 percent lower than the average. According to the comprehensive analysis, the remaining oil enrichment area is in the IRH [0.55, 0.75] region. Guided by this method, we repart Well B1; let free its S II 8 accompanying water blocking layer, so as to strengthen liquid supply to Well B2 and Well B3, which are rich in residual oil through this method. The production plan proves to be effective, Well B2's daily oil production increases by 1.5t, and Well B3's daily oil production increases by 1.2t. Till now, the accumulated increasing oil production has up to 1324t, which equals to economic benefits of 3840,000 RMB.

Through quantitative characterization of reservoir heterogeneity, we find that the remaining oil enrichment zone is mostly located in the IRH [0.55, 0.75] region, which has important guiding significance for the future development.

Haloxylon ammodendron is one of the dominant characterizations of groups in Qaidam Basin. The salinity effects on H. ammodendron was determined by evaluating photosynthetic characteristic and seed germination feature responses in saline conditions in this paper. The reduction of Pn was corresponded to the decreasing Gs in the afternoon, when there was a slight increase in WUE corresponded to Pn and Tr during 15:00 to 17: 00p.m in the field trails. There was a delay in Pn and Tr to reach the postmeridian peak under 2% and 3% NaCl, while the daily mean values of WUE under 2% and 3% NaCl were higher than the 0% NaCl control. H. ammodendron seeds were found retaining 72% of germination rate under salinity degree high up to 3.51% saline solution. The values of GP, GE, GI and VI decreased evidently under 0.72% saline solution, whereas the reduction was indistinctive from 0.72% up to 2.14% saline solution without salt injury below 2.14% saline solution. Although the plant showed a slight sensibility to light salinity, H. ammodendron retained a certain potential of seed germination and seedling growth under salinity stress.

Power battery is an important part of electric bus. With the standardization of electric bus manufacturing, a standardized power battery has been formed. In this paper, the standardized power battery box chassis of electric bus is taken as the research object, and the finite element analysis method is used to simulate its mechanical characteristics. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the battery box chassis is 50.7mpa, which is far less than the allowable stress value of the material. The first six modes have a vibration frequency range of 36.76-246.12Hz, and the frequency distribution of the modes is relatively scattered.

By studying the influence of the content of activator on the strength of alkali-slag-oil shale ash cement under the condition of standard curing after 3 days of thermal excitation at 50°C, the problem that the cement's 28-day compressive strength is low under the standard curing conditions was solved. The results indicate that the strength of the cement can exceed 42.5MPa, when the amount of admixture of the water glass with 1.10 modulus is no more than 40 ml; or when the density of NaOH is no less than 3.15mol/L, the amount of admixture of NaOH is no less than 5%.

The force analysis for a long-span glulam beam string of a swimming pool roof was made by SAP2000 finite element software. It was found that the long-span glulam beam string structure is reasonable, which can significantly reduce deflection and improve the structural performance. In the preliminary design, the stress of the glulam beam string is uneven. The structure is optimized with balanced struts and better performance.

In this paper, SAP2000 FEM simulation software has been used to carry out modal analysis, response spectrum analysis, time-history analysis and other seismic performance researches on the structural layout scheme and optimal number of floors of certain proposed reinforced concrete frame teaching building respectively built in exterior-corridor type and middle-corridor type in order to compare the seismic performance of the structure under different working conditions. According to the analysis, the seismic performance of middle-corridor type architecture is obviously better than that of exterior-corridor type architecture along with the increase of seismic fortification intensity, while the increase of storey height within certain scope does not affect the seismic performance of these two types notably, thus providing the theoretical basis for engineering design.

In order to ensure the construction safety of prestressed pipe piles, it's necessary to study the flexural performance and deformation of pipe piles under loads generated from the utilization stage. This paper, by virtue of ABAQUS, analyzes the contribution of wall thickness of prestressed concrete pipe piles, the diameter of spiral bar and diameter of prestressed reinforcement to the flexural deformation of pipe piles, and the corresponding results can serve as the theoretical basis of designing and laying prestressed concrete pipe piles.

In the economic dispatch and optimal operation of power system, it is necessary and effective to consider the correlation among heat load, power load and wind power output to formulate a reasonable dispatch plan or to evaluate the reliability of the system. Therefore, based on the theory of Copula correlation analysis, a multivariate Copula analysis toolbox (MvCAT) is proposed to infer Copula parameters and estimate potential uncertainties. Firstly, the mixed evolution Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method in Bayes framework calculates the posterior distribution of Copula parameters, evaluate their uncertainties relative to fitting, and then select the appropriate Copula function by goodness-of-fit test. Finally, a the typical daily data of a province as samples for analysis, proposed method solves the limitation that the local optimization method often falls into the local minimum, and quantitative evaluation of the correlation between the response variables and the uncertainty associated with the length of the recorded data is essential for multivariate frequency analysis.
