This paper presents a coupled discrete-finite element method for the dynamic analysis of the transition zone between a ballasted and ballastless track with polyurethane reinforcement. The discrete element and finite element methods are employed to model the ballast bed and ballastless track slab based on computer aided technology, respectively. Ballast bond models are developed at the particles' contacts to simulate the polyurethane reinforcement of ballasts. A contact algorithm based on static equilibrium is proposed at the interface between the ballasted and ballastless section. To realize a gradual change in stiffness and differential settlement in the transition zone, a multi-level transition is set up from the ballasted to ballastless section by changing the bonding depth. The settlements of different points in the transition zone are obtained and compared. The effect of ballast polyurethane reinforcement is studied.

At present, there are many studies on "computer immunology" in the world, and there are many applications of immune genetic algorithm in engineering.The article discusses the immune genetic algorithm in the design of PID intelligent controller.Most objects in the practical industrial process fall in the distributed parameter system (DPS), where the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control method is used to control the field. In this paper, the PID controller optimization method based on the immune genetic algorithm (IGA) (referred to as the PODM method) is applied to a class of distributed parameter objects to design the optimal controller, which is compared with several controllers based on the conventional tuning formulas. The simulation results suggest that the PID controller designed based on the PODM method can obtain relatively superior control effects in overshoot, tuning time, time integrated time absolute error (ITAE), and other indexes with relatively less control energy. The application of the PODM method to DPS can improve the control level of the PID controller in the industry at present.

Under the guidance of technology and concept, 5G is used to promote agricultural modernization.5G technology will definitely build a new generation of high-speed, instantaneous and secure intelligent information infrastructure in an all-round way, which also means that the information transmission network built by 5G technology will have a comprehensive and profound impact on all aspects of social life.Starting from the current agricultural situation, policy support and development prospect, this paper analyzes the factors restricting China's agricultural development, and puts forward a series of technology-related studies by using the advanced and scientific nature of 5G technology.Results indicate that young people use the Internet accounted for the biggest is as high as 43.58%, young people can drive in the network platform to promote sales of agricultural products, helping new agricultural development pattern, in order to obtain the professional knowledge of agriculture, 31.47% of farmers are willing to use 5G technology, contribute to the intelligent agricultural technology update and the popularity of e-commerce of agricultural products, it also promoted the agricultural reform and transformation.

With the development of oil exploitation, the technology of oil exploitation is becoming more and more perfect. In the era of innovative big data, empirical data analysis can bring certain inspiration to firms. Based on the upper echelon theory and resource-based view, with the first-hand data of 220 entrepreneurship enterprises in Shanghai, the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, the ability of external resource acquisition (Operational resource and Intellectual resource) and performance of new enterprises was deeply explored. Results show that the entrepreneurial orientation, external operational resource acquisition are significantly related to the start-up performance respectively. Besides, external operational resource acquisition has a partial intermediary effect between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance while external intellectual resource does not have the same effect. However, external intellectual resource acquisition positively moderates the relationship between operational resources acquisition and start-up performance as well as the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and start-up performance.

In order to shorten the response time of surface ships to air combat, improve the efficiency of surface ships' combat command, and optimize the air combat deployment, a time window index was introduced to model and analyze the time performance of surface ships to air combat deployment. This model used the optimization techniques of fuzzy mathematics and dynamic programming to find the critical path of air combat deployment design. Considering the time urgency of the incoming target, the operational efficiency of the two air combat deployment design modes is compared and verified by taking the priority fire resistance and our minimum resources as the objective function. The simulation results show that the air-to-air combat deployment optimization technology based on time window can effectively simplify the air-to-air combat process and improve the command efficiency.

Aiming at the low-carbon scheduling problem of flexible job shop, the carbon emission and key scheduling objectives of machining system are studied. Facts have proved that reasonable path planning for the manipulator is helpful to reduce the loss and impact of mechanical parts during operation, greatly improve the service life of the manipulator, and also help to improve the control accuracy of the manipulator of the robot. In this paper, the six-degree-of-freedom manipulator is taken as the research object, and the motion path planning scheme of the manipulator is designed, which is verified by PVDF material grabbing simulation experiments. The results show that the motion path of the manipulator designed in this paper takes less time than the shortest path to grab materials, and the operation accuracy is higher.

Due to complexity of retinal fundus images, they are usually affected with noise and lighting during image acquisition. It brings difficulty to segment retinal vessels accurately, so accurate retinal vessel segmentation is still a challenging task in fundus images analysis. Five kinds of typical retinal vessel segmentation methods are briefly introduced in this paper, which are based on thresholding, matched filtering, mathematical morphology, tracking, and deep learning. Each method has its own characteristics. This paper aims at revealing the hydraulic fracturing effect of hydrodynamic influencing factors of fracturing fluid by laboratory experiments. The experimental design for huge number of hydrodynamic influencing factors with many levels, is oftentimes incorporated with the conventional methods, i.e. Based on the PKN model, injection rate, viscosity, and density (of the fracturing fluid) and their parameter values (levels) were considered for the construction of an optimal mixed-level design table U* 12(43×6), which constructed the optimization scheme. The experiments results were subjected to multiple regression analysis to establish optimal fitting formulas for the relationship of single factor or multi-factor with rock fracturing value. Compared with other experimental designs, experimental number of U* 12(43×6) yielded only half the number of experiments in the orthogonal design L24(43×6) and presented better distribution uniformity of experimental points than Ui2(43×6). This paper provides a fast and effective experimental scheme for the effect analysis, as well as a substantially accurate method for in-situ stress measurement.

Focusing this problem, this paper makes a research on consulting scheduling of vocational planning in colleges and universities based on an improved genetic algorithms (IGA). Firstly, an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed in combination with the characteristics of the problem, which can realize the full coverage of the student consultation as soon as possible under the reasonable consideration of the workload and consultation time of the consultation teacher. The problem is coded by double-string method, different genetic operators are used for different characteristics of the string, and enhanced search operation is introduced to strengthen the optimal individual in the population. The results show that the IGA is more accurate and stable than the traditional genetic algorithm for promoting vocational planning education and consultation. The effectiveness of the improved strategy is verified by a simulation test. It is a feasible and reasonable scheduling algorithm for allocating consultation resources.

The purpose of this paper is to select 35 emerging economies from Asian, European, Latin American and African regions as the research objects and use GDP and population data of the years from 1990-2016 to calculate the intragroup Theil indexes within the four individual regions, the interblock Theil index among the four regions, the total Theil index among the emerging economies, then the contribution of intragroup and interblock gap to the total gap in order to measure the economic growth differentiation of the emerging economies. The results indicate that the decreasing total Theil index and the interblock Theil indexes reflect the narrowing trend of output per capita among the emerging economies and among the four regions, the intragroup Theil indexes within the four individual regions that are all lower than Asian region reflect that the gap of output per capita in the Asian region is larger than the other 3 regions; according to the contribution rate, the total gap of output per capita among the emerging economies is mainly affected by the gap among the four regions and the Asian region. It can be concluded that the economic growth differentiation is embodied mainly in the gap among the four regions and in the gap among the Asian economic economies.
