The 2021 7th International Conference on Advances in Energy, Environment and Chemical Engineering (AEECE 2021) was to be held in Chengdu, China during July 9-11, 2021. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. AEECE 2021 will keep promoting the information exchange on Energy, Environment and Chemical Engineering, which aims to promote international academic exchange and international cooperation, and provides an opportunity for researchers around the world to exchange ideas and latest research results, in both theory and application of Energy, Environment and Chemical Engineering.

The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In this conference, we were greatly honored to have invited three elites as our Conference Chair. There were over 90 experts and scholars in the area of Energy, Environment and Chemical Engineering representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to attend the conference.

During the conference, we were pleased to invite five distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Prof.Lei Guo, our first keynote speaker, from Tongren University, China. He has conducted a series of studies in various areas such as electrochemistry, organic chemistry, corrosion science, as well as theoretical simulations. Prof. Wenjie Liao, from Sichuan University, China. He had outstanding research in Coupled human-environment systems, Industrial ecology, Life cycle assessment, Energy and environmental policy analysis. Prof. Kew-Yu Chen, from Feng Chia University, Taiwan, China. He devoted to Functional organic small molecule materials and other related research area. Prof. Mohammad Dalour Hossen Beg, from Universiti Malaysia, Pahang, Malaysia. His major research area is Polymer and Composites. Prof. Dongfang Yang, our finale keynote speaker, from Guizhou Minzu University, China. His research area: Environment, Ecology, Bio-geochemistry, Materials Science and Engineering.

The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. AEECE 2021 for exchange of research findings, analysis, information and knowledge in areas which include but are not limited to: Energy Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering and other related topics.

We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported AEECE 2021. Each individual and institutional help are very important for the success of this conference. Especially we would like to thank the organizing committee for their valuable advices in the organization and helpful peer review of the papers. We sincerely hope that AEECE 2021 will be a forum for excellent discussions that will put forward new ideas and promote collaborative researches. We are sure that the proceedings will serve as an important research source of references and the knowledge, which will lead to not only scientific and engineering progress but also other new products and processes.

At present, the management systems and enterprises demand have already changed because of the environments-changing, which puts new requirements and directions for grid enterprises. This research comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems of the project management, and then explores the profound impact of the new situation to the project management system in power grid enterprises. After that, this research also summarizes the reforms and innovation experiences of the power grid enterprises in the project management, and extracts the project management characteristics of the grid enterprises under the new situation. At the same time, based on the project management practices, we provide a new method and implementation path for grid enterprises. This method and path provide theoretical and methodological support for relevant grid enterprises to improve their management efficiency and improve organizational performance.

Stony desertification is widespread and, and the ecology is very fragile in the southwest Guizhou province. The careless and unreasonable water and soil conservation measures have caused serious water and soil loss and serious damage to the ecological environment. This paper takes a photovoltaic project in this area as an example to study soil and water conservation measures. Based on the author's practical experience, a scientific and reasonable arrangement system of soil and water conservation measures and preventive management measures are proposed, which can not only provide reference for the prevention and treatment of soil and water conservation of similar projects, but also can be used to guide the main design and site construction, which has a strong guiding significance.

In recent years, with the improvement of the coefficient of merit of thermoelectric materials, the research of thermoelectric power generation has entered a new climax. The developed countries have listed the development of thermoelectric power generation technology into the medium and long-term energy development technology. The research on thermoelectric power generation in China started relatively late, mainly focusing on the theory and preparation of thermoelectric materials. At present, the field of semiconductor thermoelectric power generation is just introduced, and its practical application is still blank. Thermal power generation technology is used to recover waste heat from direct air cooling system of thermal power plant. Power supply of wireless temperature sensor can be realized through energy storage components or integrated power management system, which can reduce energy waste and environmental pollution. It is of great significance for industrial waste heat recovery and clean energy development.

For a grey system, the known information is not enough to create an accurate physical model. But there are some rules or characteristics about time series in it. According to the grey system theory, the internal law can be found to a certain extent. According to the grey system theory, the order demand of transformer can be predicted. This prediction model overcomes the influence of the nonlinear relationship and random fluctuation of the system on the prediction accuracy. The experimental data also show that the prediction accuracy of the model is good, and the result is ideal. According to the prediction model, the transformer enterprises can adjust the production plan in time to adapt to the market changes and improve the economy of the transformer. At the same time, for the whole transformer market, timely prediction is also conducive to the state's macro-control of the power industry and promote the development of power construction.

The electricity market is involved in a large number of stakeholders, the risk is complex, and the market power will exacerbate the crisis after openness of the electricity market. If regulators can build the electricity market risk warning system in advance, they can detect risk signals in advance and take effective measures to avoid electricity power crisis. This paper focuses on building the electricity market power risk warning system. Thus, we firstly establish a set of indicators that can reflect the electricity market risk condition scientifically, and then estimate the threshold value of risk indicators by using the VaR method based on GARCH model. The risk warning system with five levels of signals is proposed by using the estimated VaR values of the indicator under different confidence, and it is validated to be feasible and effective. Finally, some measures are proposed to respond to different types of risk warning.

This paper uses panel data of 30 provinces in China to study the emission reduction effect of different factors on NOx under different income levels, and focuses on the test of threshold characteristics of each influencing factor based on per capita GDP. The research shows that, on the whole, GDP per capita, population size, energy intensity, industrial structure and environmental regulation intensity have threshold characteristics for NOx emission intensity based on GDP per capita. Therefore, in order to improve NOx emission reduction effectiveness, the government should adopt different regional governance strategies based on the income characteristics of different regions.

With the increasingly strict environmental regulations, the relationship between supply and demand of ships in the post-epidemic era is tense, and ship operators are under tremendous pressure. In view of the existing strict sulfur emission reduction regulations and ship freight operating at high levels in the post-epidemic era, ship operators must choose cost-effective compliance options to create better environmental benefits. This study uses a cost-effective framework to analyze ship operations Supplier's fuel switch and marine natural gasoline compliance options, and apply these options to specific liner routes through China's SECA. We selected an international freight liner as the research object, and calculated the net present value of the compliance option in consideration of the fuel cost of the ship, the installation and operation and maintenance costs of the compliance option. The study mainly considered the influence of the navigation distance in the emission control area on the proportion of the total navigation distance, and also considered the fuel price difference that has a greater impact on ship operating costs. Our results show that in the post-epidemic era, in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection regulations, considering the ratio of SECA and the price difference between MGO and high-sulfur fuels, the use of fuel conversion is a necessary option. We also calculated the emissions of ships, and the results show that with the expansion of the emission control area, the use of MGO can achieve better emission reduction effects. Our results show that in the post-epidemic era, Considering the ratio of SECA and the price difference between low-sulfur and high-sulfur fuels, fuel conversion is the best option. We also calculated the emissions of ships, and the results show that with the expansion of the emission control area, the use of MGO oil can achieve better emission reduction effects.

Due to the serious air pollution problem since 2012 in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region, the Chinese government launched the national strategy of the BTH Coordinated Development (the BTHCD). Meanwhile, energy transition is also a national strategy in the region. What is the relationship between these two strategies, and in particular how can energy transition serve BTHCD strategy? Firstly, the paper identifies the three main areas of the BTHCD strategy, namely, transportation integration, industrial upgrading and transfer, and ecological and environmental protection, and finds that the ultimate goals of the strategy are to promote economic growth and environment protection in the region. Then, an empirical study is conducted by using the BVAR model, which further shows the that energy transition and BTHCD are closely related. Finally, policy recommendations are made for enabling an energy transition that supports the BTHCD.

Energy consumption analysis, and energy demand forecasting and energy conservation effect evaluation based on such analysis are important bases for energy efficiency management. The wide application of AI machine learning methods in energy consumption forecasting not only expands the research route of energy consumption forecasting, but also provides a new perspective for energy efficiency optimization. The purpose of this article is to summarize the important applications of AI machine learning methods in the research of energy consumption forecasting-data-driven models and traditional forward models, and the comparison and application of the two types of models, and conclude the common application scenarios and technical routes of forecast models in the research of energy efficiency optimization so as to provide comprehensive model methods, application scenarios, forecast conditions and other multi-dimensional bases for energy consumption forecasting researchers. On this basis, the research questions and development needs in the research of energy consumption forecasting at the application and basic levels are raised herein.

Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) have been greatly promoted due to their advantages in both performance and energy saving. However, real-world particle emission measurements for PHEV are generally conducted by dilution system but rarely through the directly hot-sampling method. This study firstly employs a hot-sampling HT-ELPI+, the main component of a portable emission measurement system, to investigate the real-world emissions of particle matter (PM) and particle number (PN) from a Euro V PHEV. Obvious higher emission factors (EFs) of PN and PM occurred on the highway compared to those on other road types. However, the lowest EFs occurred on the urban road for PN, while on the rural road for PM. The average speed-bin EFs of PN and PM both exhibited increasing trends with the speed increase, especially when the speed exceeds 100 km/h. And the peak PN and PM emission rates in different speed ranges exhibit the highest in the high-speed range, while the lowest in the low-speed range. Furthermore, the particle number size distribution exhibited an obvious unimodal distribution (mode size: 9 nm) for the whole speed and the medium- and high-speed ranges, while a bimodal distribution (mode size: 9 nm and 30 nm) for the low-speed range.

Through the installation of an access control system for key vehicle enterprises in Tianjin, the real-time monitoring of heavy-duty diesel vehicles in use by key enterprises in Tianjin is carried out, and the information of heavy-duty diesel vehicles in Tianjin is counted, and the activity level is analyzed. The results show that the proportion of heavy-duty diesel vehicles used by key enterprises in Tianjin is about 10%; foreign vehicles accounted for 50%, of which Hebei accounted for 71%, most of which came from Tangshan City and Cangzhou City, accounting for 32% and 14% respectively; the change cycle of traffic flow is M-shaped, the peak of traffic flow is 9:00 and 16:00, and it is relatively stable at night; during the Spring Festival and the heavy pollution supervision period, the traffic volume decreased significantly by 50% and 30% respectively. The research of activity level can get the structure and use status of heavy-duty diesel vehicles in Tianjin, and provide effective data for emission inventory simulation and pollution control research.

Under the dual pressures of conventional energy emergency and deterioration of the ecological environment, wind energy as a renewable clean energy is valued. Wind power has developed rapidly, and economic advantages have gradually become prominent. This paper analyses the development status of wind power industry in China, and the internal and external factors that affect the development of wind power industry are analyzed by using SWOT model. Research shows that the development of wind power industry is facing the bottleneck of independent research and development, technical barriers, benchmarking difficulties. This paper puts forward four strategies to get rid of the current dilemma and promote the healthy development of this industry, which is SO strategy— intensify the development, ST strategy— optimize the adjustment, WO strategy— handle the solutions to the toughest problems, WT strategy— strengthen the industrial development.

Gas storage has high requirements for new drilling well structure, cementing quality and wellbore quality. In order to ensure the sealing of the wellbore, cement is returned to the surface and special casing is used to ensure the sealing of the wellbore. Production Wells of crude oil reservoirs generally cannot meet these conditions for the gas storage converted from depleted oil and gas reservoirs. Therefore, production Wells will not be used in principle after the reconstruction of the gas storage. In order to improve the comprehensive economic benefit and reduce the construction cost, these production Wells are generally used as monitoring Wells, observation Wells and gas production Wells after quality review and evaluation. Accelerating the development of new energy is an inevitable trend of the energy low-carbon transition. Information technology means and new energy and new energy business management are combined by most energy enterprises, so as to further improve the coordination of source, network and storage load in the development of new energy, solve the problem of new energy consumption, and improve the management efficiency. This study takes the "new energy cloud" platform of State Grid Corporation of China as the research object. Firstly, the basic architecture and operation mode of the cloud platform is analyzed; secondly, according to the characteristics of the operation mode, the evaluation index system of the "new energy cloud" operation mode is constructed from four dimensions of business, capital, learning and growth, and data. At the same time, the actual data of nine provinces that have deployed the "new energy cloud" platform are selected, and the weight of the evaluation index is determined by using the CRITIC—AHP method. This study can provide a model reference for related energy enterprises to build new energy business management platforms, and provide a practical reference for the evaluation of new energy business operation mode.

The cold chain logistics is an important part of the whole logistics industry, with the rapid development of China's economy, people's living standards rising, consumer demand transformation, people's demand for cold chain logistics is becoming more and more big, however, in the cold chain logistics industry, gradually increased demand for agricultural products in the public, this article selects 2014-2019 China's cold chain logistics of agricultural products Based on the metabolic GM(1.1) model, the demand of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China in the next five years is predicted. The predicted experimental results can provide data reference for relevant departments, in order to provide theoretical support for promoting the balance between supply and demand of cold chain of agricultural products.

Since the "Eighth Five-Year Plan", the practice of extracting fluid from low-water-cut wells and controlling fluid from high-water-cut wells has controlled the increase in water cut and the growth rate of fluid production, and achieved the goal of stabilizing oil and water. At present, the water cut of each well pattern is basically close, and the potential for structural adjustment is small. The effect of continuing to adhere to the previous adjustment of injection-production structure is not obvious. It is necessary to revise the injection-production structure adjustment policy to achieve balanced production of various oil layers and control production decline.

In the process of Underground Coal Gasification (UCG), the permeability of rock around coal seam will change after high temperature. In order to investigate the influence of UCG and groundwater level change on groundwater seepage, an experimental study on permeability change of sandstone under unidirectional heating under different water pressures was carried out. Taking unidirectional heating sandstone as the research object, confining pressure, axial pressure and different water pressure are set to simulate different water pressure environment, and permeability changes are obtained through experiments. The results show that: water pressure has an effect on the permeability of S01, but the permeability does not increase with the increase of water pressure. Under certain stress conditions, there is such a region in S01. When the water pressure is in the region, it has little or even negative effect on the improvement of rock permeability. When the water pressure is not in the region, it has significant effect on the improvement of rock permeability. Through the fitting of permeability and water pressure, it is concluded that the permeability of S07 increases linearly with water pressure, and the permeability of S05 increases nonlinearly with water pressure.

Fire rescue is all-weather and all-time. Using rope rescue technology to carry out rescue operations is one of the efficient and convenient methods adopted by firefighters. Grab knots are an important part of this field. This article introduces typical grab knots such as Prusik knot, French knot, Klemheist knot and uses 10.5mm and 12.5mm as main ropes, 6mm, 7mm and 8mm as auxiliary ropes and related equipments in rope rescue to carry out parallel tests by using tensile testing machine. It can be found that the larger the diameter of rope, the greater the maximum tensile force the grab knot will bear. The larger the diameter difference between the main rope and auxiliary rope, the smaller the sliding distance is, and the force effect can be better. Those three types of grab knots have different characteristics and should be selected according to the actual situation. Relatively speaking, the Prusik knot is more suitable for fire rescue. It is hoped that it will help to improve the firefighters' understanding of typical grab knots, and play a certain reference value for the safety assessment, so as to ensure the scientific and safety of rescue operations.

Occurrence of large-scale biochemical wars is of little possibility today, but the international chemical security situation is still not optimistic. Effective decontamination of chemical warfare agents has received close attention, becoming a global necessity. In this paper, data in the Web of Science Core Collection database were selected to systematically investigate the relevant literature about the research progress on decontamination of chemical warfare agents from 1990 to 2020. Origin Pro 2019b and CiteSpace were conducted for multi-dimensional bibliometric analysis on literature type distribution, number of annual publications, countries, institutions, journals, authors, literature co-citation and citation bursts. By August 1, 2020, there are 2,602 papers related have been published and the number of annual publications shows a linear growth tendency. Amongst all 71 countries, United States is the country with the most publications as well as the largest centrality value. US ARMY ranks fourth in the number of publications while with the highest institution-based cooperation. "Nerve agents and blister agents", "metal-organic frameworks" and "applications of metal-organic frameworks" are prevailing in recent years, which highlights the latest development direction and research frontiers. This article promotes scientific predictions and impact assessments of decontamination of chemical warfare agents.

In order to promote the transformation of energy consumption structure to low carbon, in recent years, China has vigorously promoted the development of new energy and increased the proportion of new energy installed capacity in the power sector. However, due to the lack of benefits evaluation of the whole process of new energy grid connection at present, the existing project experience cannot provide reference and guidance for subsequent project construction to improve the benefits of new energy grid connection. Based on the existing operation data of the "New Energy Cloud" platform of State Grid Corporation of China, this study constructed the evaluation index system for the whole process of new energy grid-connection, and evaluated the benefits and quality of the project from the three stages before, during and after the grid-connection. The research results will be applied to the development of the evaluation module of the "new energy cloud" platform of State Grid Corporation of China, and can also provide a reference for the evaluation of the construction of new energy projects in the energy industry.

The creep deformation of concrete face rockfill dam is one of the key factors affecting the safety and performance of a concrete faced rockfill dam. In this paper, creep deformation process was carried out by secondary development based on ABAQUS software. A concrete faced rockfill dam in Laos is the research object of long-term deformation inversion. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured analysis results. The proposed method can provide reference for the long-term deformation of earth-rockfill dam.

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not only the national key strategic development area, but also the main battlefield of low-carbon transformation. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region accounts for about 1/5 of the national carbon emissions, of which the power sector accounts for a large proportion of carbon emissions. Therefore, the research on the carbon reduction potential and contribution factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei power sector is of great strategic significance to the achievement of BTH Coordinated Development and carbon neutralization strategy. Based on the comprehensive consideration of power generation, transmission, power consumption, power supply and other links, this paper constructs a bottom-up accounting model of CO2 emissions in power industry, and studies the main driving factors affecting carbon emissions by using LMDI method.

This paper conducted a semi-industrial experimental study on the influence of moisture on air heavy medium fluidized bed separation. The research results show that with the increase of coal moisture, the separation accuracy of the separator decreases. When the coal external water is 6.83%, it is difficult to effectively sort the coal; with the increase of the sorting time, the medium moisture will increase slightly; the medium consumption of clean coal and gangue products increases with the increase of the coal external water; when the water exceeds 3%, the media consumption has an almost linear relationship with the external water content; the media with agglomeration or excessive water content is not suitable for direct use as a sorting media and needs to be dried.

China's new round of power system reform requires enhanced supervision of the power market. As power market monitoring is an important link of power market supervision, its necessity and importance has been further highlighted under the new reform. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of power market monitoring based on the industrial organization theory. Moreover, we combine the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method to obtain weights of different indices. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the power market monitoring is obtained. This paper has practical value for the risk warning of the power market.

In recent years, due to the increasing of environmental pressure, the complicated process of chemical treatment and the pollution caused by sewage to the water, it has become the general trend of the current development to search for the treatment technology of industrial circulating cooling water with low energy consumption, water saving and emission reduction. Physical method is simple to operate, non-toxic and pollution-free, no secondary pollution. As one of the commonly used physical water treatment technologies, the study of electrostatic water treatment technology has important significance. This paper studies and summarizes its research, hoping to further clarify the effect and mechanism of electrostatic water treatment technology on the basis of previous studies.

The ventilation facilities for road tunnels are very important in the construction of electromechanical facilities in the tunnels of Changda Highway, and they are the important warranting facilities for the safe operation of the tunnels in Changda Highway [1]. The problems of large energy consumption and high operation expenditure of the tunnels in Changda Highway become more and more prominent day by day. Therefore, it is very important to research the secure and economic technology of tunnel energy-saving, especially the ventilation and energy-saving technologies for tunnels. This paper is based on the engineering of extra-long Wulaoshan Tunnel in Mojiang-Lincang Highway, and it researches the ventilation and comprehensive energy-saving of the tunnels in Changda Highway – it performs the detailed analysis and research in many aspects, such as the optimized design of ventilation facilities in the tunnels of Changda Road, the intelligent control of air blower, the energy-saving power supply and distribution facilities for ventilation as well as operation and managements, and it can provide technical references for the future development of energy-saving ventilation measures of the tunnels in Changda Highway.

Convective cloud cores and surrounding stratiform clouds in the same precipitation process were identified by Lagrange tracking method to reveal differences of cloud microphysical processes in areas with different development intensities in the same precipitation system. Firstly, a scale operator was introduced for post-processing of the tracking method to determine the height most appropriate for tracking in 3D data. Secondly, different identification thresholds were set according to the radar reflectivity factor. Regions with the factor greater than 40dBZ were defined as convective cloud cores, and those with the factor more than 20dBZ and less than 40dBZ as stratiform clouds around cores. Finally, analysis was conducted on their differences in the motion trajectory, duration and development range in a weather process. The results showed that changes in the duration and the areas of convective cloud cores and stratiform clouds reflected the intensity of microphysical processes in different regions; the microphysical process of the regions with short-duration but large-area convective cloud cores were more intense, while that of the regions with long-life and small-area cores developed more smoothly.

As a type of the elastic load, the demand-side controllable air-conditioning load can respond to electricity demand based on incentives or electricity prices. By adopting a reasonable control strategy for the optimal combination of controllable air-conditioning load groups, the air-conditioning loads of large-scale buildings can be guided to execute various dispatch commands of the power grid in the best response to electricity consumption. This paper constructs an air-conditioning load model. On this basis, a day-ahead dispatch model of the power grid with the extensive participation of central air-conditioning loads is established. The case shows that the participation of large-scale air-conditioning load in demand response can effectively reduce the peak load and realize the economic operation of the system.

In this study, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to study the extraction effect of carotenoids from navel orange in southern Jiangxi Province assisted by ultrasonic technology. The experimental results showed that when hexane: ethanol=1:1 as the extraction agent, liquid to solid ratio of 1:30, extraction time of 8 min, ultrasonic power of 250 W, extraction temperature of 25°C, extraction times of 4 times, the best extraction effect of carotenoids from Gannan navel orange was obtained.

The leveling and measurement of the aircraft is performed after the final assembly is completed. Measurements are used to check the accuracy of the geometric relationships within and between the various components of the aircraft and checks whether the aircraft assembly meets the overall design requirements. It is performed on the datum marks of the level measurement. During the leveling and measurement of a certain type of aircraft, the horizontal tail cathedral angles, and the engine installation angles of many aircraft have been found to have different degrees of deviation. These deviations have impact on aerodynamic characteristics, stability performance, and on-site production schedule of the aircraft. This paper has carried out special research on this deviation of the horizontal tail cathedral angles and the engine installation angles, by using empirical formulas and other methods to evaluate the deviation of the leveling and measurement, to provide a basis for the deviation evaluation of the leveling and measurement, improve the evaluation efficiency, and ensure the aircraft mass production. In addition, this paper also summarizes the root causes of the deviation, and provides an improvement direction for the aircraft's configuration control, fuel consumption reduction and carbon dioxide emission reduction.

As an important tool of agricultural risk diversification, agricultural insurance plays a positive role in the optimization of agricultural industrial structure and is one of the important means to support agriculture and benefit agriculture in China at the present stage. Based on the 2010-2019 panel data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China, this paper uses the systematic generalized method of moments to empirically investigate the impact of agricultural insurance development on the optimization of agricultural industrial structure. The research results show that the development of agricultural insurance has a significant role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure in both the long-term and short-term. In addition, agricultural labor force, economic development level, and agricultural risk level all have a significant positive impact on the optimization of agricultural industrial structure. The fixed asset investment of farmers has a certain negative impact on the optimization of the agricultural industry structure. Finally, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the empirical results. The government should combine the needs of industrial structure upgrading, develop new types of insurance, and take measures to stabilize agricultural production.

With the development of global economy, the competition of container throughput in ports in the world is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, it is necessary to forecast the container throughput and determine the policies and measures earlier. In this paper, we use factor analysis and regression model to analyze the container throughput of Dalian port from 1985 to 2019 and get the main factor. We use ARIMA prediction model to predict the main factor sub coefficient of 2020-2025 and calculate the container throughput of Dalian port from 2020 to 2025. The results show that the throughput growth rate will slow down in the next six years, which is in line with the expectation of the 14th five year plan.

In this study, green water footprint (GWF), blue water footprint (BWF) and total water footprint (WF) of five crops (i.e., wheat, maize, cotton, groundnut and beans) for ten subareas in North China are calculated. The spatial distribution of GWF, BWF and WF are analysed and results that different crop in different subareas have different GWF, BWF and WF. Due to the uneven precipitation, the contribution of GWF to WF is lower than BWF in winter and higher than BWF in summer. Moreover, cotton has the highest average value of WF (5.3579 m3/kg), then beans (1.4266 m3/kg), groundnut (1.069 m3/kg), wheat (0.7499 m3/kg). Maize has the lowest average value of WF (0.5695 m3/kg). It is suggested that the cultivated area of maize with the lowest WF should be expanded and the cultivated area of cotton with highest WF should be reduced. The results can help reduce water footprint of crops to ensure food security and alleviate water shortages.

Taihu Lake is a large shallow lake in the lower Yangtze River Delta. The wave action in Taihu Lake plays an important role in coastal port construction. In this paper, based on the 10 min average wind speed at 10 m above the water surface recorded hourly from August 14 to August 17, 2014, the SWAN wave model is used to simulate the wind waves of the Taihu Lake in the corresponding period. Due to the lack of long-time series of wave observation data in the project area, the relationship between design wind speed and wind wave is used to calculate wave elements in different return periods. The results show that the strong wind direction and strong wave direction of the East Taihu Lake are NNW. The waves in the proposed Qidu harbor are mainly from the waves outside the permeable breakwater. Under the action of the most unfavorable wave direction NE, the effective wave height of most waters in the harbor is below 0.4m, which can meet the requirements of avoiding waves for fishing boats.

The water level fluctuation forecast of Yangtze River plays an important role in the navigation planning and other areas. This study used LSTM neural network to make short term forecast of the water level of Nanjing navigable river, focusing on the 2 days, 3 days and 5 days-forecast from the past 14 days. The error of mean square reached 0.064, 0.121 and 0.195, showing a rather accurate prediction. The model was also suitable for longer time series prediction. This study optimized the model by adjusting the hyper-parameters using qualitative and quantitative analysis and further decided that the batch size equals to 90 and the epoch equals to 250 in the case of 5 days-forecast from the past 14 days. The prediction accuracy increased by 21% with a good prediction performance, and the error of mean square was reduced to 0.153. It provided a reference for the selection of hyper-parameters for the prediction of water level in Nanjing station by LSTM neural network.

For exploring the water quality and macroinvertebrate community characteristics of the Yongding River Basin, investigation of water environment and macroinvertebrates was conducted in 34 sampling sites in August 2016 and April 2017. Furthermore, Water Quality Index (WQI) and biological index (BI) were used to assess the water quality of studied rivers. According to the water quality evaluation results of the WQI and the BI method, the water quality of most sites in non-flood season were equal to or better than those in flood season, and these sites were mostly located in urban area. The dominant land use and non-point source pollution was the primary contributor to water quality degradation in rural areas. There are both similarities and differences between BI index and water quality identification index. From the evaluation results of Sanggan River, Yanghe River and Yongding River, the water quality of Yanghe River is better than that of Sanggan River and Yongding River.

The results show that the opening of the high-speed railway has a certain promotion impact on the economic development of Huangshi and Jiujiang. Scientific selection of the sewage outfall into the sea plays an important role in rational utilization of Marine self-purification capacity, reduction of land sewage discharge and ecological risk, and protection of the Marine environment. In this paper, the selection and layout of the sewage outfall into the sea of Gaoqi sewage treatment plant is taken as an example. First, the primary sewage outfall is selected according to the sewage outlet selection and delimiting principle. Then, the hydrodynamic and water quality model is established to predict and analyse the effects of sewage discharge from each primary outfall on marine water quality and sensitive areas of ecological environment. Finally, the final discharge outfall is determined by considering the environmental impact, engineering economic conditions. The results show that the recommended scheme is in line with the Marine function zoning, with good pollutant diffusion conditions, far away from the ecologically sensitive areas, and with the minimum project investment.

Because of unsuited shield type selection, equipment configuration and construction measures, lots of construction problems appeared like clogging, excessive settlement, spewing, abrasiveness, oversized grains and abnormal working parameters. Ground conditions and construction measures encountered in numerous metro projects across China are categorized in order to improve the selection of shields specific to complex ground conditions. Firstly, according to grain-size distribution, diversity of complex ground is classified as four types. Secondly, oriented by ground suitability problems, the four types are divided into eight sub-classes based on the critical geological parameters or conditions. In order to provide an overall view for planning of shield selection, the map of China consisting of metro cities is regionalized according to the above classification. In the end, construction countermeasures for each types are put forward including shield type selection, equipment configuration, soil conditioning and tunneling parameters. With the rapid development of urbanization, land cover and land use patterns have changed, which damages the landscape structure, affects the transfer of material and energy, and reduces the value of ecosystem services. The construction of landscape ecological security patterns is an important challenge that could promote species exchange between biological groups and material and energy exchange between landscape elements and ensure regional ecological security. Few studies have focused attention on the randomness of species to path selection, thus failing to objectively reflect the process of species migration and diffusion. In this paper, according to the circuit principle, the current value between nodes was used to extract strategic points, and the ecological corridor was screened by the cost weighted distance, which is more in line with the analysis framework of species' random selection of a migration path. As an important place for human activities, river basins are important areas connecting surface water with groundwater, land cover and ecosystems. Based on the circuit principle, the landscape ecological security pattern of the river basin was constructed in this paper, which provided some new ideas for protection and management. Taking the Yellow River Delta in the lower reaches of the Yellow River in China as an example, the main conclusions were as follows: (1) The ecological sources of the Yellow River Delta were 34, with forest land and lakes as the main sources, and they were crucial to the stability of the regional ecological security pattern. A total of 49 ecological corridors were identified, among which 32 were key corridors and the rest were potential corridors. The key corridors throughout the whole region need priority protection and can be used as a core area for the observation and monitoring of natural resources. (2) Based on the circuit principle, 14 pinch points and 19 barrier points were identified, indicating that regional habitat connectivity must be further improved. Based on the concept of natural resources life community of mountains, rivers, forests, farmland, lakes and grass, the resource optimization strategy is proposed for the ecological security pattern, which is of great practical significance to maintaining the integrity of the river basin ecosystem.

According to the preliminary analysis of the data, it can be found that with the increase of the year, the apple yield has a significant linear growth trend. Therefore, through comprehensive analysis, this paper establishes a regression model and uses MATLAB to solve. Based on the test and analysis of the model, five criteria are given to judge the merits and demerits of the data, and the requirements of data integrity, that is, whether there is abnormal data culling in the process of model fitting. By analyzing the export volume of fresh apple and apple juice in China and the world, the export scatter model of fresh apple and apple juice in China and the world is established. The scattered point model of apple planting area between China and the world is established. It shows that China's apple market plays a very important role in and influences international trade. China is the largest apple producer in the world and plays an important role in the international apple production. The influencing factors of fresh apple export include distance, economic development of importing country, international politics, product quality, cost, market environment and brand. In terms of the future change law and forecast, the development level of the apple industry is constantly improving, the supply will continue to exceed the demand in the next few years. And the polarization phenomenon of domestic apple price will be more and more obvious.

This paper introduces the volatile organic waste gas pollution characteristics and the treatment status of chemical pharmaceuticals companies. According to the characteristics of volatile organic waste gas of a pharmaceutical enterprise, after comparing various treatment processes of volatile organic waste gas, the treatment process of alkali washing spray + high efficiency mist eliminator + activated carbon adsorption + nitrogen desorption + condensation was finally adopted. Waste gas treatment scale of 60000m3/h, after stable operation of the equipment. Each emission index reaches the air pollution emission limit stipulated in the "Emission standard of air pollutant for pharmaceutical industry" (GB37823-2019).

Elastic load can be regarded as a demand response resource, such as the temperature-controlled loads, the energy storage and the electric vehicles. It participates in the operation and dispatch of the power grid, and its position is becoming more and more important in the future power system. Due to the complex economic environment of the power market, all users involved in demand response are required to interact with each other to obtain an efficient control and dispatch method. From the perspective of user economy, this article takes the minimum total cost of user electricity as the objective function to optimize the load demand response. Two different algorithms, the particle swarm algorithm and the nonlinear algorithm, are used to solve the problem. The results show that the application of particle swarm optimization in the elastic load demand response has obvious characteristics and advantages.

As the mother river of southern xinjiang, the tarim river is the lifeline of the economy, natural ecology and the lives of people of all ethnic groups in the southern xinjiang oasis. Alar city is located in the upper reaches of the tarim river, with arid climate, scarce precipitation throughout the year, strong evaporation, lack of water resources, and fragile ecological environment. The deterioration of the water quality in the tarim river basin, the sandification of the revetment, the serious soil erosion, and the deteriorating ecological environment have become the main factors restricting the sustainable development of the social economy and ecological environment of alar city. For the traditional earth environment change detection algorithm based on remote sensing image, only the band information of the image is utilized, and it is difficult to obtain the defect of the complete change detection result. Based on the spectral information of the image, the change detection method based on Markov random field model introduces the spatial correlation of pixels, which improves the accuracy of change detection to some extent. However, due to the over-use of spatial correlation in the process of introducing pixel spatial information, these methods have the disadvantage of poor detection results due to the fixed weight parameters in the modelling process. Aiming at the limitations of these methods, this paper proposes the environment of earth change detection method based on the variable weight markov random field combined with the space gravity model. Using the space gravitation model, the use of pixel spatial information is more reasonable, and the idea of variable weight is introduced to improve the defect that the change detection result is too smooth due to the fixed weight parameter. Experiments on real high-resolution remote sensing image datasets verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.

In order to cater to the new development paradigm, it is increasingly important of inland shipping system to expand domestic demand. Based on the linkage mechanism between inland shipping and regional economy, the index system of coordinated development is constructed, then the coupling coordination degree model of each index weight determined by entropy weighting method is calculated, the coupling correlation degree and coupling coordination scheduling between Jiangsu inland shipping system and regional economy system from 2009 to 2019 are enumerated, the key factors causing coupling effect in the two systems are analyzed by grey correlation analysis at the last. The result shows that the coupling between inland shipping and regional economy in Jiangsu Province has been at a high level for a long time, and the coupling coordination level has experienced a change from maladjustment to benign coupling, showing a trend of steady progress. Container throughput, cargo throughput, iron ore throughput, coal and its products throughput, GDP and per capita GDP are the key factors of the interaction between inland shipping and regional economy in Jiangsu Province. By revealing the linkage mechanism between inland shipping system and regional economic system, some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional systems can be put forward.

North Canal is one of the important tributaries of Haihe River, however, it can't meet the requirement of environmental flow. Improving water resources utilization efficiency is one significance way to enhance the environmental flow guarantee degree, Hence, it's significant to study the potential of improving water use efficiency of the North Canal Basin. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, this paper comprehensively evaluates the water use efficiency of the North Canal Basin from 2016 to 2019, and analyses the water use efficiency improvement potential. The results show that the water use efficiency of the North Canal Basin is high compared to the national average level, and the water use efficiency of the basin is increasing from 2016 to 2019, and the comprehensive score of water use efficiency in 2019 is the highest at 0.927, and lowest in 2016 at 0.896. The water use efficiency of the North Canal Basin still has the potential to be improved, and with the promotion of ecological civilization construction in China, the environment water consumption in the North Canal Basin is increasing year by year, and the environmental flow guarantee degree of the North Canal Basin will be gradually improved.

Through the node splitting method, different transport paths and modes are combined into the multimodal network, and a model of the multimodal path optimization problem targeting transport cost and transport time minimum by the introduced weights is constructed and solved with EXCLE. This paper selects Zhengzhou Metro Line 1, which is currently the most mature and has the most complete passenger flow data in Zhengzhou City. First, using SPSS software to perform principal component analysis on the original data. Second, using MATLAB software to further process the data processed by principal component analysis. Finally, through the establishment of a gray correlation model, the results of Lanzhai Station on Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 are obtained that its import and export passenger flow has the most significant impact on the passenger flow of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1.

With the rapid growth of China's urban population, the construction of its urban transportation network will be more vigorous than ever. The influence of road traffic noise on urban residential areas has become increasingly prominent. However, most of the current research is limited to the analysis of the flat sound field, leaving the research on high-rise residential vertical sound not so detailed. This study aims to find out the vertical sound field distribution law of traffic noise to high-rise buildings on the sides of the road. We monitored the environmental traffic noise effects in a high-rise residential area in Zhejiang Province and established a high-rise residential model in the SoundPLAN Software to simulate the vertical sound field distribution of traffic noise. The law is that the value rises sharply to the peak in the range of 0-7F (23.0m) then decreases slowly as the height increases. We also made a linear analysis of the noise data to arrive at a linear regression equation. This study provides a new way of taking noise prevention and control into consideration in high-rise housing. Special attention must be given to the isolation of traffic noise on floors by selecting soundproof doors and well-functioning windows. This strategy of creating a high-quality sound environment in a residential area can be put forward to improve people's lifestyle and environment.
