Climate change causes extreme weather in Macao, especially typhoons and flooding. In this paper, some raw flood data is missing from the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau, due to some flood sensors that were damaged during Typhoon Hato in 2017 and Typhoon Mangkhut in 2018. So we use data interpolation to construct new datasets and curve fitting to simulate real inundation depth. Besides this, we explore Neural Network, Long Short-Term Memory, Random Forest, Adaptive Boosting, and Linear Regression for analyzing, comparing, and evaluating the best combinations of flood prediction models, datasets, and scenarios caused by typhoon presence in Macao. Furthermore, we apply Bayes Network to the aforementioned models to evaluate the accuracy of predicting flood situations because of typhoons. The experiment results show that the different models achieve a different performance in predicting specific scenarios.

This paper studies the feasibility of two-dimensional microwave respiration monitoring. According to a real human computed tomography image, the chest cavity is established in the simulation, which is more realistic and persuasive. Based on the formula of 4-Cole-Cole expressions, some corresponding parts of the human body's relative permittivity and conductivity are calculated. Moreover, the dielectric properties within the lungs will change during respiration, and the changes will affect the transmission of microwaves in the human thorax. In this paper, the frequency of 433MHz and 915MHz is adopted to monitoring respiration. The simulation data is collected and analyzed to get intuitive maps. In summary, this study illustrates the feasibility of microwave respiration monitoring.

In order to understand the latest research progress, research trend and future research hotspot of remediation of soil organic pollutants at home and abroad, this paper uses the core database of web of science and its own literature analysis tools, vosviewer visual analysis software and origin, etc., and publishes the top 10 countries (regions) in the amount of papers and publications at different times, research institutions, research directions, journal sources and other types of published literature on remediation of soil organic pollutants were analyzed. The results showed that: with the growth of time, the number of publications increased gradually; China, the United States and Spain ranked in the top 3, among which China had 9 organizations in the top 10; the journal with the most publications was Chemosphere, while the journal with the most citations was water research, indicating that the remediation of soil organic pollution mostly drew lessons from the remediation of water organic pollution.

Urban agriculture provides economic, social, and cultural functions that improve human health and well-being for individuals and communities that reside in cities. However, with high land values and densely populated areas, available spaces for urban agricultural development are relatively rare. This research aims to explore feasible ways for residents that live in dense urban apartments to operate urban agriculture within the confines of a limited space. The design strategies for apartment farming will be summarized, which will provide opportunities for urban residents to grow fresh food, despite living in dense urban areas.

This article using the spatial econometric analysis technology to build a space from the perspective of geographical feature weighting matrix, spatial correlation of the regional economic growth and integration, to explore the ecological innovation capacity and regional spatial spillover effect of economic growth, and using the spatial regression model decomposition of the partial differential method of actual effect based on 2009-2017 panel data from 29 provinces cities and autonomous regions in China. Based on the data of 29 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2017, this paper constructs the spatial weight matrix from the perspective of geographical features, establishes the spatial panel econometric model, and investigates the spatial correlation and clustering of regional economic growth uses spatial econometric analysis technology. We explore the spatial spillover effect of ecological innovation ability and regional economic growth, and uses the partial differential method of spatial regression model to decompose this effect. The results show that, firstly, China's regional economic development is not balanced, and the economic development of neighboring regions is basically the same, which has a certain degree of spatial agglomeration and significant spatial correlation, and China's economic growth has significant spatial heterogeneity. Second, the ecological innovation environment has a great spillover effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions, and the human resource level and capital investment have significant positive spillover effect between neighboring regions. The coefficient of ecological innovation output is significantly negative. Thirdly, the regional flows of capital input, labor force, the level of opening up, industrial structure and human capital not only have obvious direct effects, but also have a significant promoting effect on economic growth through the spatial spillover effect. The conclusion of this paper provides policy enlightenment for promoting sustainable economic growth among provinces and regions in China.

The paper uses a method that combines biological characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence characteristics to analyze potato scab bacteria collected from China. The study found that the obtained universal detection primers B1/B2 showed good specificity for all pathogenic strains, and could stably expand the target band, while non-pathogenic strains had no bands. The paper uses the spore dilution method to verify that the established detection method has a sensitivity of 20 pg·μL-1 for strain DNA, and the detection threshold for spores is about 4.0 CFU/μL. The genome amplification results of the test samples showed that the target bands were detected in the scab pathogen Streptomyces, diseased potato sample tissues, and diseased soil samples, but not the scab pathogen Streptomyces, healthy tuber tissues, non-sick soil samples and other strains None of the bands of interest were expanded, indicating that the method has good specificity. Therefore, we can conclude that the qualitative detection method of potato scab bacteria can realize rapid detection of strains, diseased tissues and soil samples.

Along with the rapid urbanization of China, the construction waste disposal becomes an urgent problem than ever before. Through evolutionary game simulation, we studied the evolution law of government - enterprise - social governance system by using simulation and analyzed the case of "12 20" special heavy landslide accident in Shenzhen construction waste dumping site. Results indicate that the economic efficiency of the risk strategies, the strength of social supervision, the punishment intensity of government and the cost coefficient of illegal waste disposal all have a significantly influence on the multi-parties evolutionary game model. It is concluded that, for the effective supervision of construction waste disposal, government should built social supervision mechanism, promote the strength of social supervision, enhance the punishment intensity of government, and reduce the risk income of waste disposal enterprises.

Wetland ecosystem can be influenced by many eco-environmental indexes, which will affect the ecological environment quality to varying degree. In this study, weights of different indexes that will have a influence on wetland ecosystems can be determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Based on the field survey of Wuleidaowan National wetland and distribution of 400 questionnaires to environmental experts and workers managing wetland, of these 398 were returned, the environmental evaluation of wetland system can be fully conducted. The target of the study was divided into four main evaluation criteria, ecological resources(B1), wetland landscape(B2), infrastructure(B3), management(B4), and the four evaluation criteria were further divided into 17 indexes at the bottom level. The results of target index layer sorted by combination weight analyses indicated that species diversity, ecosystem typicality, overall style and wetland water resources have the greatest influence on determining the ecological environmental quality of Wuleidaowan National wetland. In addition, the comprehensive evaluation index(CEI) of Wuleidaowan National wetland is 0.9443, namely 0.7<CEI<1.0, showing ecological environment in Wuleidaowan wetland is very excellent on the whole. However, based on the findings, there is a need further to strengthen community co-management, regulate conservation of recovery, improve science value and aesthetic value and optimize the mission facilities to plan, manage and protect the Wuleidaowan National wetland ecosystem.

In this paper, the exposure ways and risks of lead in the shooting field are discussed, the factors influencing lead migration in the soil are analyzed, and the control measures and the methods of removing and recovering lead in the soil are summarized. The results demonstrate that soil pH has a great influence on the mobility of lead, which can be reduced by applying lime to improve soil pH. However, this approach is only suitable for daily maintenance. The removal of lead completely depends on screening and soil leaching, which can remove more than 99% of the lead particles.

Under the policy of achieving carbon peak before 2030, the paper predicts whether Jiangsu province can achieve the peak of carbon emissions before 2030. Based on the data of Jiangsu province from 2001 to 2018, the paper uses Lasso regression model to screen out 8 significant factors affecting carbon emissions, sets the values of each influencing factors during 2019-2030, and uses the BP neural network model to predict the carbon emissions of Jiangsu province during 2019-2030. The prediction results show that Jiangsu province will achieve the carbon peak in 2023 under the hypothetical scenario, with the peak carbon emissions of 335.1755 million tons.

In this paper, the operation characteristics of a 480t/h ultra-high pressure pulverized coal fired boiler with municipal sludge were studied. The results show that: mixing sludge has a negative impact on the thermal efficiency of boiler operation, and with the decrease of boiler evaporation and the increase of sludge mixing ratio, the decline of boiler thermal efficiency increases, but mixing sludge can effectively reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in the boiler. Through the optimization and adjustment test, it is found that the optimal oxygen content of the boiler is 3.61% when the proportion of sludge is 5%.

With the rapid development of the container industry, the use of container houses has become extensive. This paper uses the method of orthogonal experiment to study the change of the energy consumption of the container by changing the size, height, direction of the container window and the direction of the container building. The building used a container house in Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China as a case. 71 scenes were created, 3D modeling was performed using Revit and imported into Green Building Studio for Energy Use Intensity (EUI) calculation. This research is divided into three processes. The first process is to study the impact of window-to-wall ratio. Through the first process, a rule is obtained, and the height of the window has the greatest impact on energy consumption when the window-to-wall ratio is 0.2. Therefore, in the second process, the window-to-wall ratio of the windows is fixed to 0.2. When the height of the windows of different orientations changes, the energy consumption of the container house changes. In the third process, based on the results of the first two research processes. the orientation of the container house is changed, namely the north-south orientation and the east-west orientation, and the energy use intensity calculation is performed again. The results show that the window-to-wall ratio has the greatest impact on the energy use intensity of the container house. The larger the window-to-wall ratio, the greater the energy consumption. The height and orientation of the windows have an impact on the energy use intensity but not much.

Coastline is an important geographic background for each coastal area, and dynamic monitoring of coastlines is beneficial to coastal natural protection and further coastal construction and development. Based on the Landsat8 data and Sentinel-2 data from 2014 to 2019, this paper uses a method combining regional growth and edge detection to analyze the Cixi section's coastline changes on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. Firstly, the multi-source remote sensing data is preprocessed, and then the MNDWI value of each image is calculated. Then, each image is processed into a binary image by a regional growth algorithm. Eventually, we realize the coastline segmentation by the Canny operator of edge detection. The research represents that the coastline of the south coast of Hangzhou Bay moves toward the ocean year by year, and the length of the coastline generally decreases. The analysis may be caused by human-made activities in Hangzhou Bay Area in recent years, such as river cut-offs and urban construction. The research in this paper provides a reference for the protection of natural coastlines and human-made coastlines.

The emergence of low-cloud and low-visibility can affect air activities, and bring huge economic losses to airlines. Based on the aviation meteorological observation, forecast and airport alert of Pudong and Hongqiao airports, this paper analyses the meteorological service effect of a low-cloud and low-visibility weather process in Shanghai from January 27th to 28th, 2016. The results show that: (1) The absolute error between forecast and actual situation of Pudong and Hongqiao airport presents an obvious normal distribution and the forecast accuracy of Pudong is higher than that of Hongqiao. (2) For the airport with cloud ceiling of 30m∼60m and prevailing visibility of 600m∼800m, the alert of Pudong airport is more accurate and advanced, but for the airport with cloud height of less than 30m and prevailing visibility of 400m∼600m, the airport alert is quite different from the actual situation, and lacks lead time. (3) The alert of Hongqiao airport is accurate for the airport with visibility less than 800m from 03:30 to 10:30 on 28th, and the lead time is relatively high. However, it lacks the lead time for the airport with prevailing visibility greater than 1000m at 11:00 on 28th.

This article uses and validates the analytical methods for the determination of aniline and 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and discusses the determination of semi volatile organic compounds in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The feasibility of the application. The results showed that the semi volatile organic compounds aniline and 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine target corresponding to the internal standard response value and concentration showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was between 0.9997 and 0.9983 respectively; the detection limit was 0.04 mg, respectively/kg and 0.04mg/kg, the limits of quantification are 0.2mg/kg and 0.2mg/kg; the relative standard deviations of the two semi-volatile organic compounds in the precision are 2.5∼16.9% and 3.6∼6.2%, respectively; the accuracy is 2 The recovery rates of these volatile organic compounds were 64.5-83.9% and 72.6-74.3%, respectively. The verification results show that the linear relationship, detection limit, precision and accuracy all meet the requirements of "Determination of Semi-volatile Organic Compounds in Soils and Sediments by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry" (HJ 834-2017). Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology can achieve fast, accurate and sensitive detection of target substances, and can meet the detection requirements of trace semi-volatile organic compounds, so this method can be better applied to the detection of soil and other environments.

The anti-fatigue effect of macadamia (Macadamia integrifolia) protein and hydrolysate prepared with basic protease were investigated. Random mice grouping was carried out to create 4 groups including the control group and protein hydrolysate groups at low (150 mg/kg·d), medium (500 mg/kg·d) and high (1500 mg/kg·d) doses. All groups were treated by gavage for 28 consecutive days. Weight-loaded swimming test, serum urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase activity, blood lactic acid and liver glycogen assays were performed to assess its anti-fatigue effect. The results showed that macadamia protein hydrolysate could significantly prolong weight-loaded swimming time, promote synthesis of liver glycogen and decrease blood urea nitrogen and lactic acid. Moreover, it can also significantly reduce serum creatine kinase activity. Therefore, macadamia protein hydrolysate had significant anti-fatigue function.

In this study, macadamia peptides were produced by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline protease, and five components were separated by ultrafiltration centrifuge with different molecular weight (1kDa, 3kDa, 10kDa, 30kDa). The amino acid composition, solubility, water absorption capacity and emulsifying properties of five components were compared. Results showed that all macadamia peptide components were rich in amino acid species, the contents of essential and hydrophobic amino acids ranged from 189.59 to 281.10mg/g and 204.26 to 258.78mg/g, respectively. Meanwhile, the small molecular weight components (MP-1) showed the best solubility and water absorption capacity, large molecular weight components (MP-5) had the best emulsifying properties. This result indicated that the distribution of molecular weight had significant effects on the amino acid composition and functional properties of macadamia peptide components. This study provides a theoretical basis for the further development of macadamia peptide products.

This study investigates variations of air quality index (AQI) for air pollutants in the metropolitan area (New-York-Newark-Jersey City; NY-NJ-PA) during 2010 - 2019 to identify the key influential factors for air pollution using grey relation analysis method. The results show that the annual averages of daily AQI values for multiple pollutants in NY-NJ-PA generally decreased except O3. The AQI values of O3 fluctuate greatly. The main factors affecting AQI values of CO, PM2.5, O3, SO2, and PM10 are the emissions of CO2, SO2, and NOx, whereas the main factors affecting AQI values of NO are the emissions of SO2, population, and NOx.

To study the solidification effect of red mud, calcium carbide residue, and phosphogypsum mixture on Cu2+-contaminated soil under the soaking condition, the stress-strain, leaching toxicity, and microstructure of solidified soil with cement and mixture were systematically analyzed. The results show that the peak stress of the mixture solidified soil increases with the curing age, and the addition of solid waste is beneficial for the improvement of peak stress. Its leaching concentration of copper ion is not only lower than that of cement solidified soil, but also lower than 0.6mg·L−1. Besides, the leaching concentration decreased gradually with the curing age. According to the microstructure of solidified soil, it is found that the hydration products of the solidified soil are mainly represented by calcium silicate hydrate/calcium aluminosilicate hydrate and ettringite, which play an important role in the development of the strength and the solidification of copper ions.

The remediation effect of biochar on Cu, Cd, Pb and Hg compound contaminated soil was studied by adding different concentrations (0%, 5%, 10%) of pig manure carbon and fruit charcoal into the soil contaminated by tailings by biochar and plant pot experiment. The results showed that the addition of biochar could effectively reduce the content of heavy metals in soil, and the effect of fruit charcoal was significantly better than that of pig manure charcoal, and when the addition of fruit charcoal was 10%, the remediation effect of copper, cadmium, lead and mercury compound contaminated soil was the best.

Traditional treatment methods have a poor quality of wastewater and high treatment process costs. This subject takes the low concentration of lead and copper wastewater from a lead storage battery factory as the research object, and uses the principle of the precipitation of Thiobacillus acidophilus to remove lead and copper from the wastewater. Carbon emission intensity is an important indicator to evaluate the urban development level. Taking Fuzhou, a low-carbon pilot city of China in Jiangxi Province as an example, based on the current levels of energy consumption and carbon emissions, this paper proposes the concept of "the marginal effect of carbon emission intensity" and analyzes the eleven factors influencing the decline of carbon emission intensity in low-carbon cities. Results show that the rise of carbon emissions in industrial sectors are the main reason for the abnormal increase in the carbon emission amount and intensity of Fuzhou, and that the coal consumption level, GDP and electricity sent out to other cities are the key factors influencing the decline of carbon emission intensity. Based on the analysis, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as a reference for the municipal government in the construction of low-carbon cities.

Aroma is an important factor in the quality of green tea. In order to explore the effect of Exocarpium Citri Grandis(ECG) on the aroma formation of green tea, the aroma components of green tea were extracted and identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS. The results showed that the main aroma components of green tea were D-Limonene (58.69%), γ-Terpinene (14.51%), Myrcene (9.82%), 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate (3.98%) and caffeine (2.67%).After co-fermentation with ECG, the main aroma components of green tea were changed to D-Limonene (33.64%), 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate (11.7%), γ-Terpinene (9.38%), 2-pentadecanone (8.93%) and caffeine (6.04%).The content of terpenessuch as D-Limonene decreased, while the content of aromatic components such as linalool increased, and the types of volatile components increased in green tea. Among the newly added volatile components, the higher ones were2-pentadecanone (8.93%), β-ionone (2.76%) and dihydroactinidiolide (2.17%), which can give green tea fruity, violet and coumarin aroma. This study indicated that ECG contributes to the enrichment of greentea aroma, which provides theoretical support for the development of mixed tea with unique aroma.

The adjustment of coal energy resource tax is an important price control method to realize energy saving and emission reduction and promote low-carbon economy. The global financial crisis and my country's economic recovery provide a favourable opportunity for coal resource tax adjustment. Combining the current background of the new era of energy conservation and emission reduction, the paper builds a China Energy CGE model based on the actual situation in China, and calculates the impact of ad valorem tax rates on different coal resources. The results of the study found that the coal resource tax reform has a weak negative impact on the economy. Considering the tax return scenario, it cannot only offset the impact, but also drive a small increase in GDP; the coal resource tax reform will not push up the CPI, deregulate electricity prices, and considering the tax rebate has a more obvious restraining effect on prices; the coal resource tax reform is conducive to improving the structure of domestic demand. Undoped and Cu-doped ZnS were sucessfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis spectrophotometer were used to characterize the synthesized products. Characterization results indicated that Cu has been successfully doped into ZnS, and the doped material was smaller and had looser surface. In addition, the band gap was decreased from 3.50 eV to 2.27 eV through doping of Cu. Photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline confirmed the superiority of Cu-doped ZnS compared with ZnS, and the electron paramagnetic resonance and quenching experiment were used to investigate the photocatalytic mechanism, ·OH was regarded as the dominant species for tetracycline oxidation degradation. The effects of tetracycline concentration and catalyst dosage were further studied. Also, the good stability of Cu-doped ZnS was demonstrated via the 5-cycle test.

In order to effectively evaluate the pollution status of available lead (Pb) in farmland environment, a method for the determination of available Pb in greenhouse soil by atomic absorption spectrometry with primary secondary amine (PSA) as solid phase dispersion adsorption material was established. In combination with neutral salt (such as 0.01 mol/L CaCl2) extraction technology, neutral lead-containing aqueous solution was obtained. Based on the rapid adsorption of Pb in neutral environment and the rapid desorption of Pb under acidic conditions, the pretreatment method of sample enrichment and purification based on PSA was established by optimizing the parameters. The samples after enrichment and purification were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results showed that the linearity of the method was good in the range of 0.010 ∼ 0.050 mg/kg (R2 = 0.9990). The limit of detection was 0.0051 mg/kg and the limit of quantity was 0.017 mg/kg. The recoveries were 97.6% to 99.2% and the relative standard deviation was 0.79% ∼ 1.56% at the concentrations of 0.010, 0.030 and 0.050 mg/kg.

In order to verify the applicability of the proposed method, we collected the environmental parameter data of six subway stations and evaluated them by using the environmental assessment method. The distribution of pollutants in the reactor and the intensity of UV light were calculated by CFD and visualized. Based on the big data of electricity consumption in industrial enterprises, this paper uses the DCCA (Detrended cross-correlation analysis) method to study the correlation between electricity consumption and pollutant emission concentration. Under the "ultra-conventional" control measures of the COVID-19 period, urban population distribution is different from usual time. Studying its evolution laws has a certain reference effect for the judgment of urban population aggregations, the division of precise control zoning, and the differentiated management of places during the COVID-19 control period. Based on the data of Baidu heat maps and points of interest (POIs), this paper uses three models of the population density index (PDI), the exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and the geological detector (Geodetector) to analyze the characteristics and the influencing factors of the evolution of population distribution of Xi'an in three stages which are closed control stage, unsealed control stage and slack control stage. The results show that: in the three stages, 1) The value of the PDI and the range of the PDI change in Xi'an continue to increase. The single-day PDI curve shows "low-high-low" changing characteristics from morning to night in and within the third ring zone, and "high-low-high" in the suburb. And, by comparison, it is found that the social vitality of the first and second ring zone is more strongly impacted because of COVID-19 control measures. 2) The overall population density in Xi'an is gradually increasing, this is represented by gradual increase of the very high- and the high-density areas, and continuous decrease of the low- and the very low-density areas. And the centripetal distribution of population density, which is high inside the city and low outside the city, is becoming more and more obvious. 3) The spatial distribution of population density represents obvious high-value clusters or low-value clusters in the three stages, ESDA shows a circle structure of inner heat and outer cold, and this trend continues to be reinforced. 4) The intensity order of influencing factors of the 7 types of facilities on population distribution is: residential communities > catering facilities > living service facilities > healthy facilities > commercial facilities > office places > green spaces and squares, and the influencing factor intensities show a continuous increasing or a continuous decreasing process in the three stages.

Cr3+: ZrSiO4 ceramics with different concentrations of Cr3+-doped were prepared by a simple solid-state reaction method, and the effect of Cr3+ concentration on the photoluminescence of ZrSiO4 samples was investigated. The X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) was used to analyze the structural characteristics of the samples. The XRD results show that zirconium silicate has been completely synthesized at 1400°C, which indicates that Cr3+ enters into the lattice of ZrSiO4, but does not change the structure of it. The emission spectra of ZrSiO4 were measured by the fluorescence spectrometer. The strongest emission peak was at 689nm, which was attributed by the 2E-4A2 of Cr3+. The influence of different concentrations of Cr3+ on the luminescence of zirconium silicate was investigated. When the concentration of Cr3+ is 0.1mol%, the luminescence intensity of the samples is the highest. When the concentration of Cr3+ is 0.5mol%, the intensity of the emission spectrum decreases, which is due to the concentration quenching of Cr3+ in the crystal lattice. Finally, the influence of charge compensator ions on the emission intensity of the sample is explored. The results show that the emission intensity of the zirconium silicate samples is improved when the appropriate amount of Li ion is added.

In the context of promoting high-quality economic development, it is of great significance to study the relationship between the expansion of urban construction land and carbon emission for the transformation of economic development mode and the implementation of green and low-carbon development. Based on the time series data of Nanchang City from 1995 to 2017, this paper analyzes the relationship between urban construction land expansion and carbon emission by constructing carbon emission measurement model, VAR model, using co integration test, Granger causality test, pulse analysis and other research methods. The results show that there is a co integration relationship between urban construction land expansion and carbon emissions, and Granger causality test shows that urban construction land expansion is the Granger cause of carbon emissions, while impulse response analysis confirms that the impact of urban construction land expansion on carbon emissions at the early stage is not significant, and the subsequent impact increases gradually, and the impact on carbon emissions will reach a stable state when urbanization is mature And put forward policy suggestions.

PM2.5 is an important component of air pollution, its chemical composition and source are relatively complex, and it stays in the atmosphere for a long time, which has seriously endangered public health, damaged the ecosystem and even affected the climate and environment. Therefore, the prediction of PM2.5 is of great significance for public health protection and environmental management. One of the reasons why it is difficult to predict PM2.5 is the interaction between air pollutants, so a method that can not only accurately predict the change of PM2.5 concentration, but also explain the results is needed. In this paper, different surface meteorological information is used as time series data to predict the hourly PM2.5 concentration in Wuhan. The prediction can explain the influence of input variables, and use random forest to learn and predict the data. In addition, the meteorological information, air pollutant information and dust value of Zhengzhou City grouped by time series are used as input variables to reflect the air characteristics of North China. This method can learn all the specific time information of the input variables processed by time series in a balanced way, and can also explain the related effects of the input variables. In addition, it also shows that the related variables in North China have an important impact on the generation of PM2.5 in Wuhan.

With global warming a certainty now, all human activities should adapt the local climate change. It is important to study the characteristics of climate change in Guiyang due to rapid development and little research has been carried out. Supported by meteorological data of 8 weather stations in Guiyang from 1980 to 2017, Mann-Kendall analysis results of the study area for monthly mean temperature and total precipitation show that warming and the alteration of precipitation pattern is appearing with the temporal-spatial heterogeneity. The changing of the precipitation temporal-spatial patterns will indeed increase the risk of drought and flood disasters. The abrupt warming point occurs mainly after 2000, while the abrupt point of precipitation is not significant. The temporal-spatial heterogeneity of climate change is should be considered when implementing the development strategy. Our study can provide a reference for regional climate change research and guidance for making key decisions in the development in the term of environment.

Control the hydroponic conditions of hyacinths with different nutrient solution ratios, select the "Blue Star" variety, and set the CK control group with hyacinth bulbs with uniform bulb sizes for experiment, observe and record the hyacinth root system under different nutrient solution ratios, Bud length, growth vigor and so on. The effects of different nutrient solution ratios on the growth and ornamental quality of the root system and buds of hydroponic hyacinths are preliminarily summarized. The results showed that the nutrient solution treatment would temporarily hinder the growth of the root system, and promote the acceleration of the root system growth after the slow seedling period. The effect of formula B was the most obvious. There was a certain correlation between the growth of buds and the growth of roots. Nutrient solution treatment has good effects in controlling plant lengthening, adjusting crown width, increasing scape diameter, increasing leaf area, and increasing leaf chlorophyll content, but different varieties have different adaptability to different nutrient solution formulas.

The change of planning thought from "taking things as the center" to "taking people as the center" requires that the allocation mode of supporting public service facilities in urban and rural residential areas should also change from simple service radius to accessibility analysis. In this study, Dijkstra algorithm is used to analyze the spatial network with the help of the spatial data of urban transportation network and six types of public service facilities. Based on the concept of equalization of urban and rural public service facilities, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality living space of urban and rural residents based on accessibility, determines the weight by calculating the information entropy of each index, and compares and analyzes the accessibility evaluation results on the scale of urban and rural residential areas. Try to construct the full coverage and partial coverage of the 15-minute living circle of various facilities under four modes of driving at higher or lower speeds and walking for adults or the elderly. The research results show that the hardware construction of the city's transportation network system and public service facilities is efficient and convenient, with high accessibility and accessibility, showing the characteristics of urban-rural equivalence. The figure 2 was the amplification results of different strains of DNA , and the fragment size of different strains were same in the result, but the result should not be same , so the result was wrong.
