The axis of pedestrian movement between traditional and contemporary thought

Traditional residential revival in the city of Baghdad has been characterized by achieving environmental, social and economic integration and meeting the humanitarian requirements, taking into consideration the compatibility between the material and spiritual sides, focusing primarily on achieving the safety of the pedestrian movement which provides the best protection. As well as walking on foot is one of the oldest means of transport necessary and necessary and indispensable for access to various events and so on their positive impact on human health. At a time when most of the modern residential neighborhoods are deficient in achieving this trend, which generated a clear confusion in the movement of pedestrian because there is no homogeneity facilitates the transition process.
