Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Problem Based Learning with 3D thinking maps on the ability to think creatively and physics learning outcomes. This research is a true experimental research design with the Posttest Only Control Design. The data analysis technique used is a statistical test with a different test technique (t-test) using SPSS 23. Experimental class learning using Problem Based Learning accompanied by 3D thinking maps, whereas for the control class do not use it. The normality test results of student learning outcomes in the experimental and control classes are not normal, so the t test on student learning outcomes uses the Mann Whitney U Test. T test results of student learning outcomes that have a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 then the value is below 0.05 which indicates that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected) then it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model with 3D thinking map affects the physics learning outcomes in high school.
