Abstract
The numerical calculation of the electron-positron pair production cross-section is carried out. The positron energy spectrum has narrow peaks and dips related to resonance states of the compound superheavy nucleus. The contribution of the spontaneous channel to these irregularities proved to be insignificant in our model. The process takes place mainly at the internuclear separations about 40 fm. The more complicated system with residual atomic shells can be treated in the same way. It is shown that the positron and electron spectra appearing in this system must be modulated by the NS'-resonances.
