Highlights of 2020

Prof. Ming LI from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences has been appointed as Executive Associate Editor of JOS
Professor Li received his Ph.D. degree in 2009 from Shizuoka University in Japan, and joined Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a professor in 2013. His research focuses on microwave photonics, optoelectronic devices and integration technology, and has published more than 120 articles, with eight patents, and chaired several international conferences.
