International Scientific Conference "Innovative engineering technologies, equipment and materials - 2017" has been hosted by the exhibition center "Kazan Fair" within the framework of the 17th international specialized exhibition "Mechanical engineering. Metalworking. Kazan »and 11th specialized exhibition" TechnoWelding" on the 6th and 8th of December, 2017.

Participants and guests of the conference discussed the scientific and technical achievements in the field of development, design and manufacture of engineering products. See the results of studies of the country's leading universities in the field of robotics, new materials (including on the basis of production waste), waste management and recycling, mechanical engineering, energy, fuel cells, manufacturing economy.

Presidium of the session "Innovative development of mechanical engineering and economics" headed by Director of the Institute of Engineering Prof. Nail Faikovich Kashapov. The Presidium also included: Deputy. Director of the Institute for educational activities Ildar Hafizov Ilsurovich and Deputy. Director of the Institute for Science Gilmanshin Iskander Rafailevich.

Research and Innovation have been presented by the staff of the Engineering Institute of KFU, Institute of Naberezhnye Chelny, Institute of Chemistry named after A.M. Butlerov, Institute of Management, Economics and Finance, Kazan State Power Engineering University and Kazan National Research Technical University named after A. N. Tupolev – KAI

Active participation in the conference were graduate students and students of the Engineering Institute. The experience of live communication with scientists, practitioners, representatives of the real economy will allow buduyuschim experts to determine its scientific direction for a successful solution of important problems of import substitution and enhancing competitiveness assigned to the engineering industry of our country.

The pulsatile stimulation technique (near-wellbore area) is an effective method of hydroimpulsive well treatment in oil production. The results of testing a pilot sample of a mobile pulsation unit at injection wells are presented, with an increase in injection capacity 3-4 times and other positive effects (well pressure drop, chemical composition change). The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of pulsation effects and create the prerequisites for the development of complex energy-saving ways of oil well treatment.

The article deals with methods of increasing the working capacity of parts due to the improvement of structural condition of the surface. There were analyzed the characteristic features of the borating method and plasma-electrolysis processing, the necessity for joint use of these methods. On the basis of the review the author suggests the application of plasma-electrolysis boronizing of parts. By increasing the working capacity of parts due to the improvement of structural condition of the surface by means of borating method and plasma-electrolysis processing, it is possible to use more rational application of alloyed materials for manufacturing various parts that have high physical and mechanical, operational characteristics, which is certainly actual for modern machinery production.

The article deals with steel triangular lattice towers with a triangular or diagonal bars for the construction of supports of transmission lines, poles wind generator installations, supports for the placement of lighting equipment. For these constructions have become consumption depends on the geometric parameters of cross-section. Therefore, to reduce the consumption of steel must be assigned the optimal value of parameters such as the height of the cross-section, angle braces. For these supports, an analytical expression of the masses. From the condition of a minimum weight of a formula for determining the optimal height of the cross-section triangular lattice towers. the equations and the graphs allow to determine these parameters to determine the optimal tilt angle braces and supports a triangular lattice truss. The value of the optimal angle for the supports with a triangular lattice is αopt = 68°, and for bearings with diagonal bars αopt = 63°.

In this article, a method is considered to increase the efficiency of boiler room operation with PTVM-180 boilers by the use of a flue gas flue in a condensing economizer. The efficiency evaluation of the utilization of the heat exchanger in accordance with the operating mode of the boiler house was evaluated, and the technical and economic parameters of the project were assessed, depending on the unplanned changes in such key factors as capital costs, operating time, operating mode.

Nickel is the basis of most of the heat-resistant materials used in the aerospace industry for power plant parts. Recently, the method of electrolytic coating with nickel is used to create protective coatings on aluminum, magnesium, zinc and cast irons. It is known to use the method of nickel plating of aluminum and magnesium alloys, in particular to protect the duralumin blades of screw aircraft. The lifetime of nickel-plated cast-iron drums for drying in paper production is significantly higher than in conventional cast iron, and paper quality is also improving. The aim of the work is to influence the concentration of hypophosphite on the kinetics of the cathode process and on the properties of the resulting nickel coating.

The paper deals with the problem of assessment of the state of a technical system described by first-order differential equations whose parameters change over time according to a certain law. The conditions of solvability of the synthesis problem in terms of matrix canonization technology are formed. An algorithm is proposed for calculating the coefficients of the state observer of the luenberger type, providing an asymptotic tendency to zero of the assessment error.

The article considers the results of theoretical studies of the stress-strain state of an eccentrically compressed element reinforced with a reinforced concrete cage. The theory of composite rods is used as a theoretical basis. As a result of the solution of the theoretical problem, analytical expressions are obtained for determining the normal stresses in the cross-section of the reinforced element and tangential stresses along the contact seam. The results of the calculations for the proposed approach are compared with the previously performed research results.

The article considers a range of issues related to ensuring the compatibility of prefabricated and monolithic concrete in the case of reinforcement of eccentrically compressed elements with reinforced concrete cage. A calculation expression is presented to determine the required thickness of the gain from the condition of ensuring the strength of the shear joint. The main design expressions for testing the strength of the contact seam in the case of using keys and reinforcement by transverse reinforcement are considered. Based on the proposed theoretical premises, a program of experimental studies has been developed.

The processes of agglutination and coalescence of a softened (liquefied) coating material of microspheres are considered both in the absence of an external influence and in its presence. The periodicity cell is singled out, the dynamics of the change in the form of the interface between the liquid and gas phases is described. The thermal and mechanical effects are marked out as external factors leading to shrinkage of the microspheres layer with coatings. Relationships for estimating the shrinkage of the periodicity cell and determining the influence of the named factors, viscosity, and surface tension on the porosity of the layer material are presented.

Heat transfer in the syntactic carbon porous materials is considered. A number of assumptions regarding the microstructure of these materials and the corresponding mechanisms of heat transfer are made. Relations to estimate the effective density, heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the materials taking into account the radiant heat exchange between the matrix elements are given. The behavior of these parameters depending on the structure, properties, and components of syntactic porous material is analyzed.

The influence of additives of natural sulfur-organic compounds on the thermal stability of the oil fraction of Arlan petroleum in an electric field is studied.

It has been established that the introduction of additives of natural sulfur-organic compounds into the petroleum fraction leads to a decrease in the formed solid sediment and acid number, which indicates an increase in the dielectric characteristics of the oil and an increase in its thermal stability in the electric field.

The optimum amount of addition of natural sulfur-organic compounds in an amount of 0.5% reduces the amount of water-soluble acids formed, and, consequently, also the aging of the oil.

On model mixtures it is studied the solubility of water in transformer oil in the presence of suphur-organic compounds of the general formulas CnH2n−11S, CnH2n−7S, CnH2n−5S, from 0,6 to 3,0% concentrations. It is established that the greatest dissolving ability of water in model mixtures have suphur-organic compounds s of the general formula CnH2n−11S due to the greatest recurrence they have.

Mathematical and computer models for the motion of a hybrid heavy truck in conditions of wheel slip have been developed. Algorithms for the redistribution of the torque between the wheels to provide controllability and stability of motion along the guided path have been proposed. The efficiency of the developed algorithms is confirmed by the results of computer simulation in the MATLAB / Simulink system.

In this paper, the influence of the parameters of pulsations on the heat transfer in tube bundles was considered. An analysis of the influence of the parameters of pulsations on heat transfer was carried out by empirical correlation. A new empirical correlation is proposed for calculation of external heat transfer in under of pulsating flow in tube bundles with different configurations. The maximum deviation of the empirical correlation with the data of the numerical experiment was 16.9%.

In this paper the energy efficiency of pulsating flows during of enhancement heat transfer in a shell-and-tube water oil cooler was studied. A device for enhancement heat-transfer in an oil cooler based on a hydraulic system and a hydraulic cylinder is developed. A shell side flow of the oil cooler underwent pulsating. A Reynolds number of the oil flow based on the outside diameter of the tube was Reoil = 658, a number of Prandtl Proil = 293. It is established that with increasing frequency and relative amplitude of pulsations, an increase in heat transfer commensurate with increasing power consumption. It is shown that the energy efficiency of asymmetric pulsations is higher in comparison with the symmetric pulsations.

Determination of the thermal and hydraulic efficiency η is one of the ways to assess the effectiveness of the method used to intensify heat transfer. In this paper, the hydraulic fluid efficiency of diamond-coated tube bundles is determined for a pulsating flow of a heat carrier. The Reynolds number was based on the outer diameter of the pipe and was Re = 100, the Prandtl number Pr ranged from 214 to 363. It was shown that an increase in the dimensionless amplitude β, frequency f, and pulsating ratio ψ leads to a decrease in thermal and hydraulic efficiency. The influence of the Prandtl Pr numbers on the thermohydraulic efficiency was also analyzed. It is shown that an increase in thermal and hydraulic efficiency is observed with increasing Pr.

Today, innovation is a powerful engine of social progress. Innovations determine economic growth in the all spheres of state activity through constant introduction of new technologies, products and services into production, which leads to reduction of dependence on imports of technologies, materials and consumer goods. Effectiveness development of enterprises in dynamically changing external and internal environment that requires constant innovation of production and management technologies depends on the existing intellectual property and the possibility of its generation in the foreseeable future. The intellectual property acts as a binding component of the scientific and industrial spheres, is a factor of increasing the innovative activity of the economic entities. The article proposes the principles of formation and development of the intellectual property of an economic entity, such as: efficiency, planning, dynamism, objectivity, balance, circulation of the intellectual property, synergy, rational transparency and minimization of transaction costs. Necessity of each principle of formation and development of the intellectual property of the economic subject is proved. On the basis of synthesis of approaches existing in scientific literature the author's definition of intellectual property of the economic subject in which presence of these principles is designated is offered. The article substantiates that the intellectual property has a direct impact on the activation of innovation processes due to the fact that intellectual property is the main "driver" scientific research, contributes to activation the processes of territorial and inter-sectoral transfer of innovation, contributes to the processes of industrial cooperation for create new innovative ideas and projects.

A mathematical model of cooling system with a vapor-liquid compression unit is presented. The modeling of dynamics of the parameters of the vapor compression system during the system start-up in the cooling mode was carried out. It is noted that with the accepted assumptions the evaporation and condensation temperatures stabilize fast enough: in the evaporator - in 0.5 s, in the condenser - in 2 s.

There was conducted the synthesis of the automatic control system with time-delays for multivariable plants in terms of input terminal and the state based on the system embedding technology. To reproduce the plant state vector the compensatory-observation scheme was used, compensating temporary time-delays in controlling. The article presents the current state and prospects of development of diagramm methods for the calculation of reinforced concrete construction. A brief review obtained by the authors results in this area, where great attention is paid to the improvement of curvilinear diagrams of concrete for different types of static loading of structures. Topical application of the considered methods for the analysis of structures in the zone of joint action of bending moments and shearing force that is not yet reflected in domestic and foreign regulations. In conclusion, the publication identifies ways for further research in the chosen area.

The aim of the research was to improve the physical model of deformation of a bent ferro-concrete element with cracks on the basis of modern achievements in the theory of damage accumulation and fracture mechanics. The presented model allows to determine the rigidity of the element in the operation stage taking into account the damage, the work of the stretched concrete over the macrocrack, the concentration of stresses at its apex, and the presence of a pre-destruction zone in it. The analysis of the results of calculating the rigidity of elements with different percentages of reinforcement by the proposed method and the diagram method using different diagrams of concrete deformation is performed. It has been established that the work of stretched concrete over the macrocrack has a greater effect on the rigidity at a load exceeding the cracking time by no more than 30%, which is especially pronounced in strongly reinforced elements (up to 48%).

Known methods of testing supports create longitudinal and transverse static load applied to the support. In real conditions the majority of the damage of the supports is connected with the influence on them of dynamic loads, which can exceed the static. The proposed method allows to conduct experimental studies of cascade processes of destruction of anchor site due to a wire breakage, when the potential energy of the tension wires is converted into a dynamic influence on the design of supports.

The aim of this work was to study the joint work of structural systems "steel bearing overhead power transmission lines 10 kV – prefabricated concrete Foundation of a new type [1] – ground". For this purpose the technique of computer simulation in a PC "ANSYS" of the system. The method takes into account the spatial work of designs and physical nonlinearity of materials from which they are made. In addition, for steel was used in the theory of Mises, for concrete – Williams-Warnake, for ground – Drucker-Prager. In addition, all the necessary geometric, strength and physical characteristics of the model were obtained on the basis of the existing construction Standards for the design. The analysis of stress shows that its strength, stiffness and stability is provided, and there are reserves: for the metal supports – up to 15% to the base – 30%, ground – 1%.Therefore, further studies should consider the optimization problem for the choice of an effective constructive solution of the support and Foundation (with clarification on how to calculate them), that may be grounds to apply for a patent or utility model. Based on the obtained results it is recommended that a new type of collapsible foundations to apply in the real world.

On the basis of the numerical solution of polydisperse gas suspension dynamics system of equations, the process of powder spraying on a plane surface in an electric field is described. The model includes motion equations of the carrier medium and disperse phase fractions under aerodynamic friction and Coulomb forces action taking into account interfacial exchange of pulse and energy. The system solves by an explicit predictor-corrector method with splitting on the spatial directions and the non-linear correction scheme. The numerical model is applied to gas suspension speed and density fields receiving in interelectrode space and on target electrode surface. The system of equations was written in the generalized curvilinear coordinates: the physical region of a current in variables (x, y) was written in a canonical computational region in variables (ξ,η) and was solved by an explicit second-order Mac-Cormack method. The Poisson equation for the electric field potential was written in the generalized coordinates and was solved by finite difference method with the use of the iterative Seidel scheme on a gas-dynamic computational mesh.

Studies of static-dynamic disorders, with the use of new, progressive technologies in the post-traumatic period becoming increasingly practical. We conducted studies of the support, dynamic function of the lower limbs, balance in a vertical rack in 20 healthy individuals (comparison group) in order to determine the normal values of the biomechanical research indices. Of all studied women 12, men 8. All subjects were of working age (25-55 years). The median age was 40 years. Of particular interest are data from biomechanical studies of the support, dynamic function of the lower extremities, sensory balance, conducted in 18 patients with fractures of the joint region of the lower leg bones in the dynamics at terms 9-12 and 18-24 months after the operation. In the study of the balance, there were found disturbances in the influence of the somatosensory, visual and vestibular systems on maintaining the balance of the body. Each balance study included a series of open and closed eyelids in a vertical patient stand with lower limbs straight in the knee joints on hard and soft (foamy) surfaces. The application of the hardware-software evaluation of the support-dynamic function of the lower extremities by the type of stabilometry at the rehabilitation stages will allow to identify and carry out the prevention of serious post-traumatic complications at an early stage of the disease.

To solve the problems of pattern recognition, it is necessary to use one of the image classification methods. To date, there are quite a few similar algorithms that differ in the quality and speed of recognition. This paper presents a comparative analysis of classification algorithms in the problems of road signs recognition based on the GTSRB dataset. The results of the work showed that the most promising methods of classification in the problems of image recognition are the methods of reference vectors and k – nearest neighbors.

The aim of work is research the microstructure of the products obtained in the ProJet 160 by ColorJet Printing technology. An IR spectrometer and a scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the structure. Analysis of IR spectra showed that when the gluing component was added, redistribution of the intensities of the absorption bands in the 3600-3500 cm-1 and 1130-1080 cm-1 region and the appearance of new lanes in the 3403 cm-1 and 1685 cm-1 region were observed. This indicates the phase transformation of the gypsum component under the action of water.

The production of individual implants, intended for a specific clinical case, is increasingly used in medicine. The next stage in the development of implants is the creation of a non-monolithic mesh structure of the implant body. This allows to reduce its weight without loss of mechanical characteristics, and the main thing is to fill the free intergrid space with bioresorbable material, which will be replaced by cells in the future. The creation of a reticular three-dimensional structure of the implant is a complex technical task and requires the search for new ways of production. In this paper, a comparative study of the possibilities of selective laser melting and casting on burned-out models of telescopic implants obtained by 3D printing methods is carried out. Various production methods produced prototypes of telescopic cervical implants and carried out their technical and economic analysis. It is established that the best quality of products is observed by Selective Laser Melting technology.

The work is devoted to 3D scanning capabilities investigation for controlling the geometric dimensions of cervical spinal implants. Models of cervical implants were modeled in the CAD program "SolidWorks" and were made on rapid prototyping installations RS 6000 and ProJet 1200. Polymer models of implants were used for casting on consumable patterns at the casting unit Inducast. Scanning of polymer models and metal castings was performed using the 3D scanning system Activity 850. The resulting parametric 3D model had a lot of defects and inaccuracies. However, the use of non-contact optical scanning methods greatly simplifies the measurement of the control dimensions of complex profile mesh implants.

The work is devoted to the investigation of the processes of obtaining fine powders from steel 17-4PH, for the purpose of their further application in 3D MicroPrint technology. This technology is a type of selective high-resolution laser melting of ∼ 30 μm. In 3D MicroPrint technology, a powder of less than 5 microns is used, which in turn necessitates the development of new cheap methods for obtaining spherical fine powders. The process of plasma-electrolyte powder production of 17-4PH steel was studied, the discharge burning conditions and conditions for the arrangement of the electrode system for obtaining powders with dimensions less than 5 μm were selected. The proposed method is simple and does not require expensive equipment.

Electrochemical stamping produces an oxide film on the titanium surface, which slows down the stamping process. In this paper, the task was set to develop technological methods that accelerate the process of stamping titanium alloys. Studies have shown that markings obtained from an electrolytes given in the work and according to the regime described in the work are stable, clear, contrasting, different in color from the base metal. The resulting marks have withstood repeated sterilization by boiling in water and a moisture resistance test.
