In section 2.1.2 the following sentence inadvertently included part of a title of one of the references:

'The Delta-Mendota Canal (188 km) and Friant Kern Canal (F-K Canal, 245 km long (figure 1) are the primary CVP canals transporting international experiences of water transfers: relevance to India water from northern California to the southern Central Valley'

and should read as:
