The objective of this review was to systematically retrieve and review the key literatures pertinent to the concepts and aspects of Transformational Leadership. As the literature appraisal was the crucial module of this research, identifying relevant studies had to be a systematic as well as significant process. To retrieve as many pertinent published articles as possible, this study referred the different database and search engines and various pre-synthesized keywords, including Transformational leadership style, Transformational leadership behavior, leadership, and Transformational leadership in industry. "Transformational leadership" and "transformational leadership in industry" were used as the main keywords and phrases which retrieved enormous amounts of original peer-reviewed studies. The literature search identified many published articles indicative of the significance of the Transformational leadership. The subject of operative leadership in organizations had been indicated by recent many studies. When selecting, promoting, and appraising employees, leadership skills were taken into account. In credit of its standing, organizations stereotypically assisted and encouraged the development of employees' leadership skills as evident. The review provided a comprehensive assessment of different transformational leadership scales and suggested MLQ as a short scale that was found to be easy to administer and score. The evidence indicated that it had acceptable reliability and construct validity.

This paper aims to identify the relationship between e-leadership and the success of implementing e-government. Identified results obtained from the extraction of several previous studies that discussed e-leadership and e-government. The ability of e-leadership is defined as how a leader utilizes information technology in its efforts to achieve government goals. Each government has a different quality of e-government depending on the e-leadership it has. The research methodology uses literature studies and literature review of online journals related to research topics. The results of the study showed 5 e-leadership items that can influence the success of e-government. These items are strong leadership, leadership vision and mission, align IT and Strategy goals, commitment, and leadership functions. These items are items related to information technology. Furthermore, these items can be used as an illustration to show the e-leadership relationship in the success of e-government in Indonesia.

The research aimed to study the guidelines for developing the sustainable leadership of private school principals, under jurisdiction of Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office. The participant included Ten experts for focus group discussion selected by Purposive Sampling including the Lecturers teaching Leadership Course in the university, the Provincial Education Office administrators, the school director, the expert, and the academic receiving doctoral degree in Educational Administration. Methodology regarded qualitative paradigm. The guidelines of developing the sustainable leadership of private school principals were interpreted through Focus Group Discussion from the experts selected by Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed by using the Content Analysis based on conceptual framework and other issues being studied, and concluded into main issues. The findings revealed that the guidelines for developing the sustainable leadership of private school principals, under jurisdiction of Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office were provided into 9 categories. These included 1) outcome based oriented, 2) strategic administration, 3) the process based oriented (instead of planning), 4) Ethical and moral based administration, 5) professional administrors, 6) strategic abandonment or detachment, 7) cooperative development potentiality, 8) strategies measure for continual success, 9) building up sustainability. The paper will discuss about these guidelines. The paper may have implications for developing professional development of sustainable leadership in Thailand.

Skills to 21st century of science for sustainable of reading, writing, arithmetic, relation technology and innovation, relation qualitative, critical thinking, creativity, creative tension, critical proactively, communication, collaboration, collaborative cultural, competency, connecting, composition, controlling, cost effectiveness, empowerment, efficiency and effective, evaluation. Causal factor of the competencies and skills the 21st century are to affective of science educational for sustainable to direct influence was statistically significant at a level of .05 level. Also, the roles of leaders into science educational for sustainable as being a leader of setting direction and encouraging leadership, a planner and management, change and coordination, communicator and resolving conflicts.

The emergence of the democratic-leadership is one of the most humane style of leadership. Democratic leadership positioned people as the most important factor in the leadership exercised by the orientation and emphasis on relationships with members of the organization. This study raised that the democratic-leadership in government agencies to study the leadership approach of bureaucrats at Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah East Java Province. The data collection techniques used descriptive research with qualitative approach, then the techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. While, the research data analysis used interactive analysis model approach of Miles and Huberman, which includes: (1) data reduction; (2) the presentation of the data; and (3) conclusion. Based on Nawawi theory's [1], this study showed that (1) Leaders are very obedient to the rules/procedures work, (2) Leaders look more autocratic, (3) leaders make familiarity with subordinates, (4) leaders develop kinship situation and teamwork, (5) the leaders seem monotonous work and do not like a modification, (6) Leaders seem slow in decision making, and (7) leaders are accustomed to low-risk jobs with less survival trends.

Construction is an industry with a high possibility of risk. The construction industry accounts for the highest number of work accidents globally, with more than 60,000 fatal accidents per year. A construction safety culture through mature safety leadership can be the fundamental factor to improve safety performance. Safety leadership is the process of interaction between leaders and followers to achieve organizational safety goals. In many cases of work accidents in construction projects in Indonesia, the leadership of the project owner is rarely discussed. It is more often determined that the responsible stakeholder is the contractor. Leadership by the project owner is the main factor for generating new and effective safety management measures. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Safety Leadership of construction project owners in Indonesia. This study uses the Delphi round technique to analyze experts' judgments to avoid biases. This study results in obtaining several factors and indicators that are considered to have an influence on the safety leadership of construction project owners in Indonesia.

This paper examines the most suitable leadership style in the palm oil plantation industry, particularly at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. The research methodology encompasses in-depth interviews. Over a six-month period from January to June 2023, a list of 60 potential participants was created to meet the research objectives. Thirty participants agreed to participate in the study and were selected for in-depth interviews. Each participant received information about the meeting time and location and was required to sign a consent form ensuring confidentiality of the shared information. The research concludes that among the four leadership styles considered (heart leadership, servant leadership, authentic leadership, and ethical leadership), heart leadership is the most suitable for PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Heart leadership encompasses ten aspects, including Conscience, Love, Intention, Self Control, Teamwork, Honesty, Integrity, Attention, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Servant Orientation. Implementing heart leadership at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III can create a positive work environment, boost employee engagement, and lead to overall organizational success. This leadership style emphasizes open communication, empathy, and trust between leaders and employees. Leaders with heart leadership will listen empathetically, understand employees' needs and aspirations, and offer necessary support, fostering trust, motivation, and a positive work culture. By embracing leadership values like conscience, emotional intelligence, and servant orientation, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III ensures a focus not just on organizational success but also on sustainable farming practices.

This research aims to learn the direct influence of transformational and transactional leaderships on Indonesian company's performance through company's culture, strategy, management accounting and control system as a marine state. This research involves descriptive and inferential designs in solving the research problem. To test the model and the hypothesis, SEM analysis is used. The populations of this research are companies registered in Indonesian stock exchange in 2012. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data of the research are obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The respondents are companies' managers represented by accounting and finance managers with the positions 1 and 2 levels below top management team who have direct communication with the top management. The results of the research show that transformational leadership influences company's performance directly, but not the transactional leadership. The company's culture is not the mediation variable in indirect influence on the company's performance, either in transformational or transactional leadership. On the other hand, management control system proves to be the mediation in transactional leadership on the performance but not for transformational leadership. Meanwhile, management accounting system proves to be the mediation variable in the influence of transformational and transactional leaderships. Except the variables of company's culture, strategy, management accounting system and management control system, each directly influences the performance.

This research was aimed to investigate the effect of the leadership fisherwomen and cleaner production of the fish processing industry on the effectiveness of environmental coastal preservation in Tangerang District. The research was conducted by survey method and analyzed using Path Analysis (PA). Sampling was done by proportional random sampling. Data sources were obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the leadership of fisherwomen had a significant influence on the effectiveness of effort to preserve the coast with a value of 0.420>0.005. Cleaner production in the fish processing industry, was significant effect to work leadership fisherwomen on the effectiveness of coastal preservation with a value of 0.361>0.005. The leadership of fisherwomen together with the cleaner production of fish processing industry had a significant simultaneous effect on the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment (P<0.05). The value of R square obtained was 52.3%, meaning that the work effectiveness variable preserving the coastal environment can be explain 52.3% by the leadership variable and the clean production environment of fish processing industry while the remaining 47.7% can be explain by other unexamined variables.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been widely used in human life, especially in the field of government, including Indonesia, which uses AI as an effort to reform the bureaucracy to be active and efficient. One obstacle found in the application of AI in Indonesia is the leadership factor, especially in public services, with complicated service procedures that require innovations to provide solutions to people's problems. The ability of leaders is an essential aspect in facing the industrial revolution 4.0 where humans cannot beat the machine, but humans have the mind that distinguishes the two; a leader must form a culture of leadership system with a strong organization and influence through leadership style. Currently, the City of Jambi is in the public spotlight with a new model of leadership of Mayor DR. Syarif Fasha who applies technology-based services to facilitate the Jambi people's access to government services. Researches on AI for government services are mostly done, but the research that explains leadership styles in the application of AI to government services is very minimal. Thus, this research focuses on the influence of leadership style on the implementation of artificial intelligence for government service. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and data sources obtained through website and application of the government service, the Mayor's social media, report document and journalism related to the research topic. Data analysis used the Nvivo 12 plus data-processing application and crosstab. The results showed that the leadership style influenced the response of AI and the progress of the city through indicators of government quality, performance, responsibility, and attractiveness, which affect leadership style in the application of AI for government services.
