The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) is still increasing every single day. One of the measures which can be taken to reduce the number of positive cases of COVID-19 is to provide credible and valid information services regarding the disease. The information provider service is in the form of an interactive hotline so that people can ask for more detailed information related to COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to identify the provision of information about COVID-19 through the COVID-19 Hotline in DIY and analyze its trend of the utility. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques. There are two types of COVID-19 hotlines operating in DIY managed by the Regional Disaster Relief Agency (BPBD) and the Health Office of DIY. The results obtained from this study are the trend of the number of COVID-19 Hotline users in DIY is fluctuative according to the situation and conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in DIY. The information submitted to the BPBD DIY COVID-19 Hotline is general information related to the way of handling COVID-19. Meanwhile, more detailed health information and mechanisms for handling COVID-19 can be obtained through the COVID-19 Hotline of the DIY Health Office. Through this research, it can be concluded that the COVID-19 Hotline in DIY can provide the information that the community needs. The most asked category of information was related to health services regarding COVID-19. The trend of the utility of the COVID-19 Hotline can be seen through the spread of incoming calls. The largest number of users is in the city of Yogyakarta. This is due to the highest positive cases of COVID-19 in DIY are in the city of Yogyakarta, so the need for information related to the development of COVID-19 also increases. The difference in the number of COVID-19 calls in DIY in each regency can be caused by the COVID-19 Hotline service at the city and district levels as well.

This study aimed to evaluate the cardiopulmonary function and impairment of exercise endurance in patients with COVID-19 after 3 months of the second wave of the pandemic in Turkey. A total of 51 consecutive COVID-19 survivors, mostly healthcare providers, still working in the emergency room and intensive care units of the hospital after the second wave of Covid 19 pandemia were included in this study. Cardiopulmonary exercise stress test was performed. The median of the exercise time of the COVID-19 survivors, was 10 (4.5–13) minutes and the mean 6.8 ± 1.3 Mets was achieved. The VO₂ max of the COVID-19 survivors was 24 ± 4.6 ml kg⁻¹ min⁻¹ which corresponds the 85 ± 10% of the predicted VO₂ max value. The VO₂WRs value which was reported about 8.5–11 ml min⁻¹ per watt in healthy individuals as normal was found lower in Covid 19 survivors (5.6 ± 1.4). The percentage of the maximum peak VO₂ calculated according to the predictable peak VO₂ of the COVID-19 survivors, was found significantly lower in male patients (92 ± 9.5% vs 80 ± 8.5%, p: 0.000). Also, there was a positive correlation between the percentage of the maximum predicted VO₂ measurements and age (r: 0.320, p: 0000). The peak VO₂ values of COVID-19 survivors decreased, and simultaneously, their exercise performance decreased due to peripheral muscle involvement. We believe that COVID-19 significantly affects men and young patients.

Covid-19 has had an effect on various aspects of life. This study was to compare spatial distribution of covid-19 in Indonesia and Malaysia and its prevention efforts. The design of this study is a comparative study using descriptive analysis. Research was carry out in June through September 2020, taking location in Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia and Perak, Malaysia. Research focuses to data on infected positive patients with covid-19. Research data uses a secondary data, which is official statistics of covid-19. Statistical data then tabulated and mapping. The administrative map of both research sites used as a basis for the production spatial distribution map of positive patients infected with covid-19. Research shows that the number of positive patients infected by covid-19 June through September 2020 in five districts of Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia continued to increase significantly. Judging from time, spatial factors changes in covid-19 risk zones occurred in June to September 2020. Public movement and open access to Central Java Province causes 5 districts on Yogyakarta Special Region enter the high risk zone covid-19. Compared with Perak, Malaysia it different, spatially covid-19 infected number of positive patients in Perak, six district are relatively steady and four district are increasing. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is now a global pandemic. Tens of millions of people have been confirmed with infection, and also more people are suspected. Chest computed tomography (CT) is recognized as an important tool for COVID-19 severity assessment. As the number of chest CT images increases rapidly, manual severity assessment becomes a labor-intensive task, delaying appropriate isolation and treatment. In this paper, a study of automatic severity assessment for COVID-19 is presented. Specifically, chest CT images of 118 patients (age 46.5 ± 16.5 years, 64 male and 54 female) with confirmed COVID-19 infection are used, from which 63 quantitative features and 110 radiomics features are derived. Besides the chest CT image features, 36 laboratory indices of each patient are also used, which can provide complementary information from a different view. A random forest (RF) model is trained to assess the severity (non-severe or severe) according to the chest CT image features and laboratory indices. Importance of each chest CT image feature and laboratory index, which reflects the correlation to the severity of COVID-19, is also calculated from the RF model. Using three-fold cross-validation, the RF model shows promising results: 0.910 (true positive ratio), 0.858 (true negative ratio) and 0.890 (accuracy), along with AUC of 0.98. Moreover, several chest CT image features and laboratory indices are found to be highly related to COVID-19 severity, which could be valuable for the clinical diagnosis of COVID-19.

We did not intend to produce a comprehensive review; instead we highlight the most important and clinical protocols against these sequels. Moreover, the principles and mechanism of action of each light-based technique proposed were reported and discussed.
