The paper highlights the relevance of using composite materials for reconstruction of heavy-duty concrete and reinforced concrete flooring in industrial buildings, stating that at the current stage of construction development special attention is paid to the use of steel fiber concrete flooring, as this material allows for reconstruction of industrial floors with minimum financial and labor expenditure. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the adhesive between the flooring to be restored and reinforced and the new steel fiber concrete layer is a composite polymer-bitumen material with cement and graphite powder additives, which was previously experimentally developed by the authors. This material, given an adequate thickness, also serves as a structural spacing to level the surface of the underlying layer and reduce friction under the bottom of the upper steel fiber concrete layer and the existing floor. The paper describes the reconstruction workflow. The composition of the steel fiber concrete layer has been assumed based on the research of other authors. Although experiments proved the integrity and strength of the flooring after its reconstruction with the new technology, it is noted that the final characteristics of the proposed floor structures and workflow can only be assessed in the course of normal use, which can be the basis for further research aimed to optimize the thickness of the suggested composite layers. The experiment delivered certain labor and material cost figures for evaluating the economic efficiency of the use of the composites described below in the concrete flooring reconstruction.

The paper raises certain questions concerning the use of structural glass (glazing) in external vertical enclosures of modern construction systems, pointing to the need for combining composite materials, especially composite foam, in translucent enclosures, which helps dramatically reduce the weight of external panels while improving their heat and sound insulation performance. It also emphasizes the relevance of energy efficiency at the building operation and building construction stages, as energy efficiency is not only the heat saving performance during building operation, but also a high effectiveness of the construction technology.

The novelty of the study lies in engineering a wall panel possibly combining two materials — profiled glass and composite foam. The paper not only details the panel design, but also describes the manufacturing technology and the envelope arranging processes with two wall panel attachment methods and related joint assemblies. Based on a number of scientific publications, the handling mechanisms are discussed suitable for different ways of coupling the structural elements — wall panel and floor slab. Focusing on box-type structural glazing, the authors stress the need for further study involving other types of structural glass (channel shaped, ribbed, trimmed) to create multicomponent wall panels for a variety of regional climate conditions.

Environmental monitoring of the construction works must consists of the modern scientific methods and techniques of physical, chemical, and biological measurements for monitoring the construction sites intermittently or continuously. It determines the pollutant factors and makes the right environmental quality assessment.

During the construction period the environmental monitoring subjects are the construction waste water and the sanitary sewage, the surface water around construction site, the noises around the site and from the construction site engines (if the construction period has continuous operations, the monitoring takes place 24 hours a day) and the dust. Particular attention should be paid to monitor the concentration of fine dust particles, due to the negative impact on human health.

In order to get the effective data about the PM2.5 and PM10 fine dust particles concentration in the air during the construction operations a slightly polluted area was studied according to the map of the dust emission. This area is located in Zheleznodorozhny district of Rostov-on-Don up to the Seversky Donets River. The large residential development «Ekaterininsky» is under construction there.

The environmental monitoring of this fine dust polluted area included the study of three subjects.

The results of local dust emission showed the significant amount of fine dust from any height levels where construction works are carried out.

This article describes the results of environmental monitoring of dust pollution in Rostov-on-Don and environmental requirement and measures which should be designed in the Construction method statements and the Work performance projects for reducing the environmental impact during construction operations.

In order to obtain a proved solution for composing a new type molding system, a model of main framework of a dome mold was made as compared with natural sizes on a scale 1/10. As a result of analyzing the values of its constructional and technical-economical parameters there has been found a completely new solution for constructing a molding system with thin-shielded molds.

Construction of a monolithic dome technologically is quite a complex and time-consuming process that in the first place is explained by the fact that an appropriate mold is necessary to create before.

It describes a completely innovative construction of a molding system of the dome of 12 m in diameter with thin-shielded molds in levels and with an original solution of connection and fixation of the curved edges of the cathedral the second in size in Georgia on Mount Makhata in Tbilisi being under construction. It has been established that it is very effective for the selection of a mold system of a large-diameter monolithic iron-concrete dome to carefully study and examine its minimized model.

It has been found out that by thin-shielded molds it is possible to compose separate load-bearing elements of various complexity and configuration included in the molding system. Also, the process of joining in thickened blocks of the above-mentioned elements as well as their mounting and firm fixation has been simplified. It should be noted as well unlimited possibilities of increasing extremely the features of their toughness by adding the edges of simple hardness. And what is more important, use of standard materials and molding devices significantly reduces labor and material consumption connected with formation of molds.

Nowadays it is necessary to make the environmental impact assessment (EIA) in order to identify, analyze and take into account the direct and indirect effects of environmental impact during the planning of design consideration for construction projects. The results of this assessment determine the aftereffects of a certain construction project's implementation. These results are the objective information about the future state of the environment of the territory for making decisions on the implementation of the planned project.

The economic component of this assessment is the determination of the cost of implementing measures to protect the environment of a given territory. Current design trends have a tendency to change the criteria for planning the construction projects. It is important to make the managerial, technical and commercial decisions during the project development in favor of the environmental safety of the construction industry. During the criteria of the assessment development, it is necessary to take into account the prevention measures. It is important to prevent the pollution but not to monitor and eliminate the negative effects.

This article considers an example of the calculation of the criterion for choosing the environmental pollution control measures which can reduce the construction cost. These calculations make it possible to determine the environmentally and economically suitable area for the construction of an object in the populated area.

The study is dedicated to identifying the influence of the tower crane location and its technical characteristics in panel housing construction for the duration of lifting operations. The organization of the construction site is represented by a triangle, at the tops of which a tower crane, a warehouse of panels and a place of installation are located. It is assumed that the delivery of goods is carried out separately by turning the crane and then moving the crane truck in the right direction. The computer model is described by a nonlinear trigonometric equation, the roots of which were found by the Newton method. As a result of a model study, it was found that to accelerate lifting operations, it is necessary to select a crane with a large boom reach and move it further away from the direct connecting warehouse to the installation site, achieving the isosceles of the triangle formed by the crane, warehouse and installation site, and also the minimum lifting time operation increases with decreasing angular velocity of the tower crane.

One of the main conditions for achieving the set value of the buildings and structures construction duration is the construction production planning. Due to the fact that the construction process has an uncertain dynamic nature, it is recommended to use probabilistic analytical models to determine such a calculated parameter as the duration. The article proposes a probabilistic model for estimating the duration of construction of buildings and structures on the basis of the normalized Erlang's law of the n-th order. This model allows, by changing the number and duration of work lying on the critical path, to assess the construction project completion probability within the prescribed period.

There are renovation and conversion programs currently under way in all major Russian cities with million-plus population. Based on the findings of integrated survey of built-up areas, existing buildings and their architectural and space planning concepts, as well as the outdoor utility systems, and also taking into account economic expediency, developers make decisions on demolition of buildings or converting them into non-production facilities. Despite the available extensive international experience and a wide spread similar trend everywhere in Russia, no system-based, research-backed approach to such projects is known to exist. The article discusses the basic principles of forming a system that permits the interconnection of project participants, organizational structures and information bases, leading to an increase in the effectiveness of the project's main indicators, provides an opportunity for managers to quickly evaluate the activities of project participants and manage individual modules of the system. The main elements of the system are: conversion; information support, as well as organizational structure. The harmonious synthesis of these elements makes it possible not only to evaluate the existing level of efficiency, but also to design a system of interconnections, as well as to control it. The main basis for the formation of the possibility of designing this is the differentiation of the existing system and its elements into separate organizational and managerial modules. These modules allow to make their quantitative and qualitative assessment, which in turn, makes it possible to control the entire system.

Fault times occur due to the late delivery of building materials for which it is impossible to create a stock on a construction site (for example, a concrete mix) when erecting buildings made of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete. High reliability of supply volume forecasting of building materials per unit time is required to reduce non-production fault times. Based on the equality intensity of the work performance and the structural materials supply intensity, the goal is to develop a generating forecast method of the demand for building materials, taking into account a given level of organizational and technological reliability. The use of classical methods of probability theory made it possible to develop a non-complex mathematical apparatus, which use reliably ensures high confidence of demand forecasts for building materials. The study results can be used in relation to building materials for which it is impossible to create a stock on the construction site, for example, a concrete mix. The practical application of these research results is capable of developing production plans reflecting the real possibilities of contracting organizations, including the production intensity increase of construction and installation works.

The article shows the feasibility of improving the manufacturability of the prefabricated monolithic floors reinforced concrete structures production by reducing their own weight. In the works of the authors, the reduction of the sole weight and the cost is achieved by using the light materials filling the inter-gully space. It is proposed to use gas-concrete, polystyrene foam concrete blocks or limestone-limestone blocks as a local building material in the Crimea with such materials for the advanced system MARCO. Due to that, the cost of the interfloor overlap device has been reduced by approximately 10%. In addition, there is an additional cost reduction also due to the improved ergonomic work performance, increasing the productivity of workers by 6%. Innovative design and technological solutions are also presented, replacing the part of heavy concrete in a flat floor slab with hollow cores made of lightweight artificial materials - expanded polystyrene, polyethylene or cement wood.

During the last decades, the problem of maintaining the level of the housing stock was solved by the residual principle. The low quality of housing due to the use of short-lived materials and projects not reflecting the real objects' state has led to accelerated rates of physical and moral deterioration of buildings. Implementation of the overhaul program is one of the priorities, but despite its significance, a number of problems of its implementation have been identified. The planning methods currently used do not properly reflect the changes taking place. The article proposes one of the possible solutions to the difficulties arisen, namely, the formation of a backlog on the program-target approach basis. Construction companies must diversify their backlog taking into account the existing workload and the lot structure determined by the customer.

The monitoring results of the Saratov reservoir water quality for the period 2000-2018 are presented. The observations were carried out monthly at a stationary point located in the downstream of the Zhiguli hydroelectric station. It is established that the water quality in the water supply source is characterized by a significant seasonal variability. During the period of algal nuisance, the reservoir organic pollution increases, and the concentration of nutrients decreases. Excessive content of organic substances in the summer low water period complicates the technological processes of water purification. Phosphates, whch concentration drops to almost zero at the peak of water «bloom" are the limiting indicator inhibiting the algal nuisance.

The industrial processes are noticed to be accompanied by the contaminators' emission inter alia the high-dispersion aerosols. To reduce the amount of the dust emitted into the atmosphere, it is advisable to provide the cleaning devices installation as a part of exhaust ventilation systems. Entrapped substances may be recycled or returned back to production, and it's especially valuable if rare and expensive row materials are used in manufacturing. Trapping aerosols of fine dispersion with simple and reliable mechanical devices with low energy consumption is quite important. The proposed apparatus for the dust particles cleaning emissions is with a dispersion of 0,1 μm. Device operation is based on enlargement and following entrapment of solid fine particles on slabs perforated by the way of chinks and irrigation water contaminated air by the nozzles with the particulate composition of from 2,0 to 10 μm. The chinks width on the first and the second slabs, displacement of chinks hole axes of the first and the second slabs relative to each other and distance between slabs ensure creation of increased coagulation and stable sedimentation of particles are discovered.

The paper is devoted to the present-day problem - improving air quality in the office space working area. A design feature of such premises is small height (about 3 meters). This makes difficult to supply the required amount of air without creating drafts in the working area. It can be noted that such a problem solution is related with the new materials and technologies use in practice. These include textile terminals made of 100% polyester woven with carbon fiber. This material has the following properties: high strength and wear resistance, minimal particles entrainment from the surface. Unlike steel galvanized air ducts, in the textile air duct it is possible to laser-cut precise holes with melted edges with the necessary pitch and diameter. A diagram of the personalized ventilation organization in the office space is presented on the basis of the developed air-distributing device with a micro-perforated textile liner. This device allows to adjust the air flow depending on the individual needs of the person up to shutting down the system in the absence of an employee. Reducing the flow of fresh air contributes to the ventilation system energy efficiency.

The article discusses the main calculating methods of the dust removal systems. Calculation and design of systems for cleaning is made taking into account the technological features of the production process and operating conditions, the typical equipment designs use and the units and machines sizes minimum number use. As a rule, the dust deposited on the ceilings of the enterprise has smaller fractions than the dust removed from the nodes of the process equipment. What is important is the parameters selection of the dust collecting apparatus for the dust to be cleaned. So, to adjust the vortex dust collectors, when using the existing aspiration systems, for the dust removal purpose, it is proposed to use a probabilistic-stochastic approach to establish fractional efficiency. The vortex dust fractional collectors' efficiency depends on the probability of trapping dust particles of a certain diameter in the areas of installations. The procedure for determining the fractional efficiency of vortex dust collectors to adjust the stationary aspiration systems for dust removal is considered.

The main purpose of the Sengileevsky reservoir is currently the flow part accumulation of the Nevinnomyssky canal for municipal and industrial water supply of the city of Stavropol, the city of Mikhailovsk, Shpakovsky and Grachevsky districts, the irrigation of the river Egorlyk and the water supply regulation in the Rostov region and the Republic of Kalmykia, provision of water to the Right-Egorlyk Canal, Mezhdurechenskaya Environmental Protection Agency and incidentally, Egorlykskaya and Novotroitskaya Hydroelectric Power Station, Stavropol CPP. From the Sengileev reservoir water is supplied to the city of Stavropol and several other districts of the region, with more than 1 million people being provided with water. Water intake structures with a pumping station on the Sengileev reservoir are unique and have no analogues in Russia. Water is taken by pumps from a depth of 10 meters and then supplied by three pumping stations to a height of about 500 meters.

The water quality in the reservoir in different years mainly corresponds to classes II – III, "pure" or "moderately polluted" with a WPI close to 1, whereas in the tributaries for a number of sections the water quality may decline in certain periods to V-VI as "Dirty" and "extremely dirty".

The main idea of the work is to use an environmentally safe technology to combat drainage, pre-purification of water in front of the sewage treatment plant and ensuring uninterrupted water supply in settlements at any time of the year.

Based on the analysis of constructive-technological, functional operation of technical water supply systems of thermal and nuclear power plants (TPP, NPP and CHP) it is determined, that using water flow rates up to 100 m3 / s and more for cooling, which are taken from the water bodies (reservoirs, large rivers) and dumping the same amount of water heated to 8-10 degrees back, causes a multifunctional change in the aquatic environment. In order to balance the anthropogenic load on the water body used as a reservoir - cooler, various design solutions are currently used in selecting the estimated water discharges and dumping the heated water into a water body. The reservoirs are made of traditional building materials that require large capital expenditures, and most important, they are ineffective in protecting alluvial stations from the indication of various species young fish and in the distribution of the heated water on the water surface of the cooler reservoir. Based on the results of innovative and constructive studies of lightweight water intake structures and jet distribution structures made of high-strength synthetic fabric materials of domestic production, the soft floating structures (SFSs) have been developed. They provide protection of pumping units from young fish with an efficiency up to 90% as well as the environmentally necessary management of the distribution of heated waters on the surface of the reservoir-cooler. The achieved research results have successfully passed the industrial approbation at the Konakovskaya and Stavropol regional power stations.

The energy infrastructure modernization is a complex social and technical problem requiring an integrated approach. After analyzing the hot water system operation in a residential apartment building, being previously a hostel, the reason for the temperature regime violation was determined. In connection with the building status change, the residents number has significantly decreased, the service block, which led to a change in water consumption conditions has been eliminated. In addition, the requirements for minimum water temperature in centralized hot water systems have changed. The question of using a dead-end hot water supply system possibility, provided by the project or its reconstruction into the circulation network, was considered. The studies were conducted in accordance with the methodology described in MIC 4.3.2900-11 "The centralized hot water supply systems hot water temperature measurement". There was a discrepancy in the temperature coolant standard indicators at the dismantling points on different floors of the building. The difference in temperature at the input (the heat meter and thermometer readings) and at the end user is associated with additional water cooling in the supply pipes of the domestic hot water heating system. When transferring the public buildings to housing stock, it is necessary to revise not only water consumption rates, but also the hot water supply scheme in general. The lack of circulation leads to waste of hot water and increases the cost to the consumer. To ensure the required temperature standards for a full day in a dead-end hot water supply system, which is provided for by the project, continuous dismantling of the water is required, which is difficult to achieve with a changed building status. The resolution of the problem is possible only when the domestic hot water heating system is switched to the circulation mode with the circulation piping and the circulation pump installation.

At the present stage of water management complex development as a part of the agricultural-industrial complex (AIC), there is an ambitious task to create fundamentally new technologies for using water resources for existing and emerging irrigation and watering systems (I.W.S.). Based on the transformations in natural environments natural processes unity (atmosphere, hydrosphere, upper layers of the lithosphere and soil cover) aimed at the water resources formation (surface and underground runoff) within the basin geosystem under consideration spatial limits, with water use technological processes at I.W.S. as a part of the natural-technical system (NTS) "Environment - I.W.S. – Population" ("E.- I.W.S. - P."), presents the comprehensive studies results of the processes of interconnection, interaction and relationship (IIR) of the I.W.S. technogenic component with E. and living P., on the basis of which the methodological foundations were developed for putting forward the new ideas on water resources use, where the central concept is the "Ecological Acceptability" of design decisions, stipulating the system principle of the principal role of the whole in relation to the main problems of Energy, Water, Food and Ecology. The I.W.S. environmental acceptability is determined by the current regulatory environmental requirements for environmental safety (ES) in the areas of I.W.S. influence. Based on the comprehensive research results, the constructive and technological requirements are formulated for providing electronic components in design solutions, as factors in providing electronic information for I.W.S.
