To adapt to the development of mechanization, a new mechanized planting mode is needed. Taking capsicum as the research object, a comparative test of mechanical east-west ridge planting mode and artificial north-south ridge planting mode was carried out in Hotan sunlight greenhouse with 2ZYZ-2 transplanter. The results showed that transplanting depth of 6 cm, row spacing of 30 cm and row spacing of 40 cm were the best working parameters of the transplanter. The plant height of artificial model pepper was 4.1% and 3.95% higher at 35 and 70 d, while the stem diameter of mechanized model pepper was 5.72% and 3.63% higher at 35 and 70 d. The difference was significant between them. However, the difference between the underground part of the two modes is small, while the accumulation of the mechanized part of the above ground is high and the characters are reasonable. The effective yield of mechanized mode is 2.38 t, which is 11.21% higher than that of manual mode. The two modes of pepper have the same nutritional composition. Therefore, the mechanized planting mode has certain advantages over the artificial planting mode and it can be used in Hotan sunlight greenhouse for pepper production.

In order to investigate the ecological environment of Tangshan offshore breeding area (in the north of Bohai Sea), water quality and phytoplankton were investigated and monitored in two consecutive years (2019 and 2020). To evaluate and analyze the water condition of the breeding area, we used the nutrition index (E), Nutritional status quality index (NQI), organic pollution assessment index (A), Biodiversity Index (H') and Integrated environmental quality index (EQI). The result showed that the range of E was 0.01∼0.97 in May (2019), 0.14∼0.59 in August(2019), 0.25∼0.63 in December(2019), 0.04∼1.21 in August(2020); the range of A was 0.39∼1.33 in May(2019), 0.73∼1.16 in August(2019), 0.87∼1.19 in December(2019), -0.15∼2.33 in August(2020); the range of H was 0.84∼2.11 in May(2019), 1.07∼1.21 in August(2019), 1.92∼2.86 in December (2019), 0.71∼1.47 in August(2020). By calculation, EQI was 94.34 in 2019 and 100 in 2020. The results showed that the nutrient level of the culture area was generally low, and it was in poor nutrition state. The phytoplankton diversity in summer was better than that in spring and winter. The organic pollution degree of the water area was low, but the water quality was good. In conclusion, the environmental quality of aquaculture area was good, which could meet the requirements of functional area.

Ni-Cr-Fe porous material has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good permeability. It has good application prospect and development value as filtration, sound absorption, energy absorption and biological functional materials. In this paper, Ni-Cr-Fe as the main raw material, and PVP, carbon powder, starch as additives, using In-kjet printing molding process, the proportion of raw materials and additives as different levels of orthogonal experiment, the optimal formula was studied. The optimum combination of parameters was obtained by means of open porosity test, hardness test, compression test and comprehensive factor balance analysis. The results showed that the ratio of Ni-Cr-Fe was 20:50:30, carbon powder was 3%, PVP was 15%, and starch was 0.8%. The technological process of preparing Ni-Cr-Fe porous materials by Ink-jet printing technology is discussed in detail, and the adhesive formula and ink formula suitable for Ni-Cr-Fe powder material are provided, which provides practical proof for the indirect pore forming theory of binder.

Based on the single screw extruder, straw/PLA composites with different straw mass fraction, drawing temperature and screw speed were prepared with corn straw powder and PLA particles as raw materials, and FDM printing test was carried out to further study the influence of straw mass fraction, drawing temperature and screw speed on the mechanical properties of straw/PLA composites The results show that the tensile strength of the composite is the best when the straw content is 15%, the drawing temperature is 215°C, the screw speed is 60r/min; the flexural strength of the composite is the best when the straw content is 15%, the drawing temperature is 215°C, the screw speed is 70r/min; the hardness of the composite is the best when the straw content is 10%, the drawing temperature is 195°C, the screw speed is 70r/min.

TC4 material has good comprehensive mechanical properties, but its development is limited due to its complex preparation process and high cost. Three-dimensional printing forming technology has the characteristics of low cost, wide range of materials, fast forming speed, etc. In this paper, the binder and powder formula of 3D printing molding process were studied. According to the viscosity value, surface tension, bonding effect and the service life of nozzle, the optimal formula of binder was selected. Finally, according to the formulation of binder and mixed powder, TC4 blank was prepared by 3d printing machine, TG-DSC curve of PVA and starch was analyzed, degreasing sintering process was designed, degreasing and sintering of TC4 porous material was carried out. Finally, the performance of the parts under different time - aging treatment is studied.

DLP technology is one of the 3D printing methods for ceramic materials, and its forming accuracy is affected by the preparation of ceramic slurry, debinding and sintering process. In view of three different slurry preparation methods and solid content, the flow characteristics of slurry were studied. The reasonable debinding and sintering process was formulated, and the debinding and sintering treatment were carried out. The influence of slurry preparation methods on the forming accuracy of green parts and sintered parts was found out. The results show that with the increase of solid content, the viscosity of slurry also increases and the fluidity becomes worse. Increasing milling time and rotating speed can improve the flow characteristics of the slurry with 70% zirconia solid content. The C method can not only increase the solid content of the slurry, but also reduce the shrinkage of the sintered parts and improve the dimensional accuracy of the sintered parts.

This paper analysed the main environment pullotions of event tourism in the Beer Festival of Liyang scenic spot and its characteristics, lastly put forward the measures for reducing negative effect of event tourism pullotions. The results showed that the main pullotion sources included solid waste, air pollution and soil pullotion. The solid waste of event tourism differs from daily garbage with more reusable materials such as paper, wood, metal and glass. While there are air pollution and soil pullotion in event tourism senic spot differ from sightseeing area. As concentrated pullotions distribution, more water in garbage and high reusability are the characteristics of Beer Festival environmental pollutions, so measures as new recycling technology, small processing stations and standardized management given to cut down the event tourism pollutions.

The chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and relative conductivity of Lolium perenne had different degrees of physiological response to Cd stress. Lolium perenne had certain physiological adaptability to Cd stress, which could reduce the damage of Cd to Lolium perenne cells. Low concentration of Cd stress could also promote the synthesis of chlorophyll and increase the photosynthetic products. Once the concentration of Cd was too high, the growth of Lolium perenne would be affected. The accumulation of Cd in plants exceeds a certain limit, which damages the physiological function of plants and affects the normal growth of plants. It is suggested that Lolium perenne has a certain remediation ability to cadmium contaminated soil. The experiment can provide a certain reference for the screening of cadmium tolerant plants and the remediation of cadmium contaminated soil.

Industrial wastewater pollution is a difficult problem that a country faced in the process of industrialization. Wastewater pollution directly affects the source of drinking water flowing through cities, and affects people's health and quality of life. This present study briefly introduced the application of new purification materials and the development of water treatment technology. Graphene materials are selected as an example to discuss the important role of nano purification materials in wastewater treatment. Our company designed a workshop wastewater pretreatment device based on nano graphene materials and applied for a patent. Tests show that the device could be applied to improve wastewater treatment effects and reduce wastewater pollution to the environment and surrounding water quality.

In order to reduce the waste lithium ion battery pollution to the environment, and realize the recycling of valuable resources. The paper studied the process of the citric acid leaching extraction of Co2+ from waste lithium battery cathode material. We investigated the influence of five factors (citric acid concentration, reaction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, acid leaching time, the amount of reducing agent) acid on extracting rate of Co2 +. The results show that the optimum technological conditions are the concentration of citric acid for 1 mol/L, the amount of reducing agent for 1vol. %, solid-liquid ratio of 3g/100ml, reaction temperature 70°C, reaction time 120 minutes. In this condition, the extraction rate of Co2+ reaches 96%.

Graphene oxide is prepared by carbonization, and then the graphene oxide is grafted with dodecylamine by one step to adjust the wettability. XRD and optical pattern tests of graphene oxide showed that the process of grafting dodecylamine modification can expand the layer spacing of graphene oxide by 0.044nm and enhance the intensity of fluorescence. The grafting dodecylamine modification can significantly change the solubility and wettability of graphene oxide in water, and the contact angle of the modified graphene oxide with water is 165°. This research was aimed to study the production of gypsum boards mixed with cotton dust fiber for construction purposes. The cotton dust fiber 5, 10, 15, and 20% by weight was mixed with gypsum plaster and cast in the size 300 × 400 × 9 cubic millimeters. The water content was added 77 % by weight of the mixture. The ultimate strength, modulus of rupture, and weight of the gypsum board were investigated. The results showed that the ultimate strength and modulus of rupture of the gypsum boards without cotton dust fiber were 168.78 Newton and 3.66 Mega Pascal, respectively, which met the criteria for standard gypsum board under TIS 219-2524. However, the ultimate strength and modulus of rupture of the gypsum board mixed with cotton dust fiber were lower than the standard gypsum board. The weight of the gypsum board was decreased when the cotton dust fiber content was increased. It was found that the appropriate ratio of gypsum plaster and cotton dust was 90:10 incorporated with 6 wt. % PVA. The ultimate strength and modulus of rupture of the appropriate gypsum board were 135.31 N and 3.13 MPa, which was the criteria standard gypsum board products (TIS. 219-2524). The weight of the appropriate gypsum board was lighter than the gypsum board without cotton dust fiber addition about 289.75 grams (21 percent). Therefore the gypsum board mixed with cotton dust fiber could be developed for the construction, ceiling, and wall.

Rubber cement-based material is a new kind of green material.At present,the research on the influence of rubber on the properties of cement-based materials has obtained some qualitative results (the addition of rubber can reduce the strength and elastic modulus of materials,but can improve the cracking performance of cement-based materials).But the research of the existing rubber mechanism analysis how to affect the performance of cement base material is not clear,as the research object,this article selects the rubber concrete combination of microscopic,mesoscopic and macroscopic,from the mesoscopic level,based on the composite elastic modulus prediction model,at the same time considering the rubber and the effect of pore rubber concrete elastic modulus prediction formula is established;From the macro level,the rubber concrete compressive strength,bending,split strength,modulus of elasticity drying shrinkage and crack resistance test and research,and analyzed the related theory,based on binary complex modulus of elasticity and calculation model,the equations of the elastic modulus of rubber cement mortar prediction formula,explains the difference of the rubber particle size effects on the mechanical properties of cement mortar,the rubber to reduce the mechanical properties of cement mortar in addition because of its "soft" characteristics.

In order to verify the nitrogen pollution status of shallow groundwater in typical city of Taihu Lake Basin, urban planning area of Suzhou city was selected as the study area, and 14 sampling sites representing different land use types were selected to carry out water quality analysis. The status, temporal variability of nitrogen pollution and composition characteristics of various forms of nitrogen for shallow groundwater were analyzed. The results show that the nitrogen pollution of shallow groundwater in study area is relatively serious. The average contents of total nitrogen, dissolved inorganic nitrogen, total organic nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen are 8.23, 5.45, 2.77, 2.53, 0.12 and 2.81 mg/L, respectively. The variation coefficients of various forms of nitrogen are large and the spatial differentiation is significant. The contents of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate in shallow groundwater show an obvious spatial distribution characteristics. Nitrogen pollution in old urban areas is much more serious than other types of areas, especially ammonia nitrogen pollution is particularly prominent. Inorganic nitrogen is the main form of nitrogen in groundwater, while ammonia nitrogen is the main form of inorganic nitrogen.

Detailed study of the chemical analysis results of 14 shallow groundwater samples, representing different land use types, were carried out in an attempt to identify the hydrochemical properties and influencing factors of nitrogen pollution for the Urban planning area in Suzhou city, China. Hydrochemical properties were analyzed by water quality and its' main influential factors of nitrogen pollution were analyzed by using ArcGIS geostatistics module and factor analysis method. The results show that the water chemistry type of shallow groundwater in the study area was mainly HCO3-Ca·Na type, the shallow groundwater was in a strong reducing geological environment rich in organic matter. Shallow groundwater shows a significant nitrogen occurrence with high ammonia and low nitrate owing to the strong reducing geological environment with abundant organic matter and low oxygen in the study area.The occurrence forms of nitrogen in shallow groundwater were controlled by the oxidation-reduction environment. Factor analysis shows that the nitrogen content and pollution of shallow groundwater are mainly controlled by human activities and geological conditions, followed by formation lithology, redox conditions and topography.

Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a protein serine/threonine kinase playing the central downstream role in multiple mitogenic signalling pathways. As a c entral regulator of cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and survival, mTOR has b een reported to modulate proliferation and angiogenesis in neoplastic processes. Curre ntly, sirolimus and its analogues the only five mTOR inhibitors approved for clinical u se, which shows a great capacity in anticancer therapy. However, endocrine resistance in cancer therapy has been observed in sirolimus analogues, and the unavailability of n ew mTOR inhibitor besides similar structure of sirolimus analogues makes the resistan ce even worse. It is urgent to discovery new mTOR inhibitors as candidates for develo pment of effective anticancer drugs. In this study, support vector machine (SVM) as a virtual screening strategy was proposed. SVM models of mTOR inhibitors were constr ucted by training data published before 2012, and the ones published after 2012 as test set were used to verify according to cross validation. The selected model performed thi n false hit rates of 0.12% and 0.46% by screening PubChem and MDDR chemical libr aries respectively. As results, 9 novel novel scaffolds for mTOR were identified, and 6 of them have been reported their anticancer-related therapeutic capacity. In summary, SVM performed its ability to identify novel mTOR inhibitors, which can supply some candidates for mTOR anticancer drugs, and supply effective method for anticancer dru g discovery in future.

In order to explore the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil properties and crop growth during the maturation of raw soil, a pot planting experiment with different fertilization treatments was carried out. Three fertilization treatments were set up in the experiment: single organic fertilizer treatment (OF), pollution-free fertilization treatment (NP), and conventional fertilization treatment (CF). The compactness of different soil layers,maize plant height, Chlorophyll value and above-ground biomass under the three fertilization treatments were measured. The experiment results showed that: compared with CF treatment, OF and NP fertilization treatment can better improve soil compaction and increase the plant height and leaf green value of maize, the chlorophyll value of maize under OF and NP treatments increased by 22.6% and 10.6%, and the plant height of maize increased by 58.0% and 31.8% respectively. The order of the magnitude of change of soil compaction in different soil layers was CF> NP> OF. Under conventional CF treatment, the maximum compactness value of 20 cm soil layer was 1426 kPa. For the aboveground biomass of maize, the aboveground biomass of maize under OF and NP fertilization treatments were significantly higher than that of CF fertilization treatment (P<0.05). In summary, OF and NP fertilization treatments can help improve the compaction of raw soil and the growth characteristics of crops, and increase the productivity of raw soil.

To explore the mechanism of kaempferol in treatment of anti-inflammation based on network pharmacology. The chemical ingredient targets of kaempferol were obtained from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database (TCMSP). The predicted targets related to predicted targets related to inflammation were obtained from GeneCards database. The prediction target of kaempferol was mapped with the target of inflammation to get the prediction target of kaempferol to anti-inflammatory. Cytoscape 3.7.1 software was used to draw the kaempferol targeted-anti-inflammatory targets network. Protein interaction network was made through STRING database. GO and KEGG were analyzed by the "ClueGO" plug-in of Cytoscape 3.7.1 software. There were 61 targets for kaempferol, 3416 disease genes were obtained, and 50 same targets were found. Important targets were screened out, such as AKT1, TNF, PTGS2, GASP3, MAPK8, JUN and GASP3. In 2020, the COVID-19 has a certain impact on the credit risk of China's listed of insurance companies. This paper selects relevant data of four China's listed insurance companies from the first quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2020, and then uses revised KMV model to measure the credit risk of these four insurance companies. According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia, Escherichia coli should not be detected in oral drugs. In this study, a visual LAMP method for rapid detection of Escherichia coli was developed to replace the traditional microbial limit test method. Methods Four specific primers (FIP, BiP, F3, B3) for loop mediated isothermal amplification were designed by using uidA gene of Escherichia coli, and calcein-Mn2+ dye was added to the system to establish a visual loop mediated isothermal amplification detection method for Escherichia coli Finally, the visual LAMP system was used to detect the presence of E.coli and the sensitivity of the system in drugs. Results The specificity of the optimized system was good, using this system to detect 10 different strains, the results showed that only Escherichia coli genome appeared, the system turned green, the other systems were brown yellow; the detection limit of gradient dilution Escherichia coli was 102 CFU/mL by LAMP. Visual LAMP was used to detect the oral drugs sold in the market and not passed the test of the drug administration, and no E.coli was detected, but the oral drugs that were artificially contaminated with E.coli were visualized by LAMP. The color detection limit of the system in oral drugs was 1.8×102 CFU/mL. Conclusion The visual LAMP detection system can be used for the preliminary detection of oral drugs containing Escherichia coli.

To investigate a material's behavior in cold roll-beating forming operations, in this paper the principal of slab cold roll-beating was briefly introduced and slab cold roll-beating experiments were carried out, and results of the analysis conducted on the produced pieces in terms of metallographic structure and hardness distributions were reported. Our results show that the cold roll-beating forming can cause the metal surface to harden while improving the mechanical properties of the material, which is interesting in order to understand a material's behavior when it is subjected to this peculiar deformation process; furthermore, it is of great guiding significance for further applications of the new forming technology.

In this paper, the flexural and post-cracking performance of deep soil–cement column reinforced by Jute fiber and PVA fiber, respectively were investigated. The results indicates that both Jute and Polyvinyl alcohol fiber significantly improved the first crack flexural strength and peak flexural strength. In addition, the fiber content play a critical role for enhancing the post-cracking performance of specimens, the peak strength ratio, residual flexural strength ratio, ductility index and energy absorption capacity increased with increasing fiber content. The Yellow River is the "mother river" of the Chinese nation. The Yellow River is vital to the economic, social development and ecological environment of the surrounding areas. Therefore, it is urgent to investigate the pollution laws of the water environment of the Yellow River and carry out corresponding treatments. First, we extracted six major pollutant indicators from three aspects, and then we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the water environment of a certain section of the Yellow River in the past 8 months: The entropy method is used to determine the weight of various pollutants' impact on the water environment, and the comprehensive evaluation index Q of water quality is obtained. This paper proposes a combination of barrier dielectric discharge (DBD) and saturated sodium bicarbonate solution boiling tube to generate a gas-liquid two-phase flow containing plasma, and through characterization methods to study the solution in the boiling tube under the action of DBD discharge the law of boiling evolution. Then, by designing the cavity, the gas-liquid two-phase flow mixture produced by the boiling tube was sprayed into the needle electrode discharge area of the reaction chamber, and the influence of the gas-liquid two-phase flow on the plasma treatment of VOCs was explored. Spectral diagnosis proved that after the introduction of gas-liquid two-phase flow, the plasma concentration in the discharge area increased significantly, and the removal rate of VOCs was effectively increased from 32% to 55% in the decontamination experiment. Zinc oxide nanowire is a widely used one-dimensional nanomaterial. The topological structure of nanowire determines its performance. At present, many researches have made on the growth conditions and structural parameters of zinc oxide nanowires through experimental methods. However, there is a lack of quantitative research on the correlation between macro physical fields and the parameter of structure. In this paper, we propose NPPN (Nanostructure-Parameter Prediction Network) based on deep learning algorithms to explore the correlation between physical fields and nanostructure parameters. The dataset is firstly created by experimental results and CFD simulation. We carry out large batch of preparation experiment of zinc oxide nanowires using the KQS automated machine based on the low-temperature two-step hydrothermal method. Meanwhile, we simulate the real physical field distribution of the reaction chamber through CFD software. The results show that the NPPN model has good predictive performance for the structural parameters of zinc oxide nanowires.

In this study, the formation mechanism of almond oil microemulsion were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the development of almond oil microemulsion. First by the stability of almond oil microemulsion test results show that the system in different conditions of centrifugal (5000, 10000 r/min), storage temperature (- 18 °C, 4 °C, 25 °C and 37 °C and 105 °C) and salinity (0.1, 0.5, 1.0 mol/L) and P H (PH = 1,5,9,13) conditions, have good stability, high light transmittance, almond oil microemulsion system stability is good.Finally, the formation mechanism of almond oil microemulsion was studied, and it was concluded that the n values of almond oil microemulsion prepared by different types of surfactants were all less than 1, all were pseudoplastic fluids, and the shear viscosity decreased with the increase of shear rate.The n values of almond oil microemulsion prepared with different n-butanol contents were all less than 1 and were pseudoplastic fluids. The shear viscosity decreased with the increase of shear rate, and the order of K values was: 1:2 > 1:3 > 1:4.This study has certain theoretical guiding significance to further study the formation mechanism of almond oil microemulsion and the development and production of microemulsion.

The browning index and carotenoid studies were carried out durning HA drying process. The browning action durning the HA drying process was fit according to the zero and first-order reaction model. Furthermore, the activation energy was obtained by the Arrhenius equation, which was 17.59 kJ/mol. This research provided the theoretical basis for the quality control of dried apricot slice.

The nitrogen and phosphorus pollution of sediments has increasingly become the main cause of eutrophication in reservoir. The temporal-spatial distribution features and pollution level of nitrogen and phosphorus of sediments were revealed in Zhangze Reservoir. The nitrogen and phosphorus content of 16 sediment samples were detected, as well as sediment oxygen demand. The temporal-spatial changing rules of nitrogen and phosphorus of sediments were analyzed. The pollution level of sediments was evaluated. The results showed that the total nitrogen content of sediments varied from 506 mg/kg to 4411 mg/kg, the total phosphorus content of sediments varied from 160 mg/kg to 961 mg/kg, and the sediment oxygen demand varied from 1295.7 mg/(m2•d) to 2957.6 mg/(m2•d). The nitrogen and phosphorus content of sediments in north and south section was larger than that in middle section. The temporal variation rule of nitrogen and phosphorus content was that it increased obviously in flood season and decreased obviously in freezing stage. The nitrogen pollution level of most of the sediments was severe pollution, with the most serious pollution near the dam and at the end of the reservoir. The phosphorus pollution level of most of the sediments was mild pollution, with moderate and severe pollution near the dam and at the end of the reservoir.

BP neural network has a good effect on data prediction. Using BP neural network to predict polymer fire risk index (IFHI) is a cross research method based on computer intelligent learning model and traditional fire risk assessment. In order to solve the defect of low precision of BP neural network in IFHI prediction, a solution to standardize the initial data processing is proposed to optimize the BP neural network simulation model. In the construction of BP neural network model, the range, threshold, and weight of the initial data need to be processed globally, and then the BP neural network is simulated and trained. Finally, the data is simulated and predicted by using MATLAB. The output results of the neural network with different data standardization processing methods are compared to verify the simulation accuracy. The results show that the input node parameters of BP neural network are processed by Z-score normalization method, which improves the learning ability of the model, improves the accuracy of the prediction effect, and reduces the IFHI error of prediction.

This paper demonstrates an Al–S battery which comprised of a MWCN/S cathode, aluminum anode and deep eutectic solvent of AlCl3/acetamide. The Al–S battery delivers an initial capacity of ∼453 mAh g−1 and maintains a capacity of up to ∼358 mAh g−1 after 200 cycles.

The chemical components of 189 kinds of Chinese tobacco materials were analyzed. There were obvious correlations between the total sugar content and reducing sugar content, total sugar content and total nitrogen content, reducing sugar content and nitrogen content, nicotine content and nitrogen content, respectively. There were certain correlations between chemical components and quality evaluation score of the tobacco materials. Total sugar and reducing sugar content showed similar correlations, while nitrogen, chloride ion and nicotine content showed similar correlations. The correlation between each single component and the quality evaluation score was not strong, and it was difficult to be used as a classification standard. Using the cluster classification method, the tobacco materials were well classified into three clusters. For each cluster, a reasonable relationship between the quality evaluation score and the chemical component contents of the raw tobacco material was set up. The method for rapid evaluation of tobacco quality score were established based on these results.

The distribution and transfer of sulfide in the thermal reaction process are studied. It has found that different types of sulfur have different distribution patterns in the refining process. Thiophene derivatives with better thermal stability are mainly distributed in the heavy components, while mercaptans and small molecular thioethers with poor thermal stability are mainly distributed in the light components. During the thermal reaction, part of the sulfide will decompose or react to produce sulfide with a smaller molecular weight, which will be transferred to light components or gases. The thermal reaction temperature has a certain effect on the product yield and sulfur content. As the reaction temperature increases, the liquid yield increases and the sulfur content decreases, but the thermal reaction temperature has little effect on the sulfide type distribution.

Under the new normal, the economic growth model of resource and environment consumption is unsustainable, and improving ecological efficiency has become an inevitable choice for high-quality economic development. Based on this, on the basis of constructing the input-output evaluation system of ecological efficiency at the city scale, this study uses DEA-Malmquist model to calculate the ecological efficiency and its dynamics of 9 cities in Fujian Province from 2009 to 2018. The results show that there are differences in ecological efficiency among different regions in Fujian Province, and the ecological efficiency of Fuzhou, Xiamen and Ningde all reach the best level. The ecological efficiency of inland areas in Fujian Province is obviously lower than that of coastal areas such as Fuzhou and Xiamen, which indicates that the coordination between inland areas and coastal areas should be strengthened. In addition, the coordination degree of regional production management and technological progress in Fujian Province is not high. Therefore, when the governments at all levels of Fujian Province plan the industrial development strategy, they should fully consider the development path suitable for improving the ecological efficiency, and finally realize the development strategy that green water and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains.

The paper aims to study the change of physiological and biochemical indexes through simulating the effect of different concentrations of phenol solution on the growth of peperomia tetraphylla. Then explore the degree of intimidated, and reveals whether the peperomia tetraphylla could regard as the best plant to absorb the phenol and purify the wastewater. Chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA) were regarded as the physiological and biochemical indexes. The results indicated that under the stress condition which the concentration of phenol is 100 mg/L, leaves of peperomia tetraphylla on the content of chlorophyll and MDA had both increased significantly, it suggests that under the concentration that peperomia tetraphylla has very good adaptability. Under the stress condition which the concentration of phenol is 80∼200 mg/L, stem of peperomia tetraphylla on the content of MDA had increased.

In order to explore the influence of nano carbon black content on the piezoresistive effect of resin based CFRP bars, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% nano carbon black modified resin were used as matrix, and the roller extrusion process was adopted to prepare CFRP bars. The initial resistivity, the response of resistance change and the relationship between sensitivity change and strain under static tensile test were compared and analyzed. The results show that the strain sensitivity of CFRP bars can be significantly improved, and the discreteness of test data can be reduced by adding uniformly dispersed carbon black into the resin matrix. The optimum content of carbon black is 6%, the sensitivity is 25.4 in the strain range of 0 ∼ 1.2%, and the linear relationship between resistance change rate and strain is satisfied, and the determinable coefficient is 0.985. When the content of carbon black is more than 6%, the effect of modification on the sensing properties of CFRP bars is not obvious.

Phenolic impregnated graphite is a new kind of material with higher corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. In the chemical industry, it is often used to make containers and pipes containing strong acid and alkali medium. In this paper, the working conditions of impregnated graphite materials in the actual production were simulated in the laboratory, and the. mechanical properties and material characterization of impregnated graphite after soaking in sulfuric acid at different temperatures were compared. The results show that the tensile strength of phenolic resin impregnated graphite decreases with the increase of immersion temperature under the action of acid medium and temperature; the results of thermogravimetric analysis show that the inner phenolic resin expands and extrudes graphite particles to produce internal stress, and the graphite particles will fall off partially, but the chemical structure of phenolic resin does not change.

The effect of interactions between polyphenolic substances (Chlorogenic acid, epicatechin and gallic acid) and gliadin under different pH (pH 3.8/7.0) were analyzed by fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that adding polyphenols could induce static fluorescence quenching of gliadin solution at pH 3.8 and 7.0. Fluorescence quenching spectrum of chlorogenic acid-gliadin complex at pH 3.8 presented a red shift toward long wave, while other phenols spectra showed blue shifts toward the short wave. The binding ability showed a significant difference between acid condition and neutral condition, and the quenching constants (Kq and KSV) of all three polyphenols at pH 3.8 were lager than pH 7.0. Compared to epicatechin and gallic acid, pH value had a marked effect on binding ability of chlorogenic acid with gliadin.

The hardness distribution and microstructure morphology of NM400 low alloy wear resistant steel plate with thickness of 50mm and 60mm were tested and analyzed, and the sliding wear performance of typical measuring points was also analyzed. The results show that the depth of the NM400 (50mm) hardening layer is about 35mm, accounting for about 70% of the plate thickness. The depth of the NM400 (60mm) hardening layer is about 22mm, accounting for about 37% of the plate thickness. With the position of the measuring point gradually away from the surface of the steel plate, the martensite content in the microstructure of NM400 (50mm) and NM400 (60mm) gradually decreased, and the contents of pearlite, bainite and other microstructure gradually increased. The hardness of NM400 (50mm) gradually decreased from 410HV to 335HV, and the hardness of NM400 (60mm) gradually decreased from 410HV to 305HV. The micro-wear morphologies of NM400 (50mm) and NM400 (60mm) at each measuring point are mainly furrow and contact fatigue spalling, and the wear types are mainly abrasive wear and contact fatigue wear. The furrow depth and the number of furrows on the worn surface of the sample at the corresponding measuring point position gradually increased as the measuring point position moved away from the steel plate surface, and the spalling area and the depth of the spalling pit gradually increased. The wear type gradually changed from particle wear to contact fatigue wear.

A global and regional prediction and evaluation model of plastic pollution is proposed. We have collected the data of global plastic production and plastic related indicators of hundreds of countries in the past 100 years, and established a global disposable plastic waste accumulation prediction model based on time series model and multiple linear regression. Our model suggests that the earth's disposable plastic waste will accumulate to the maximum level in 2054, but if we do not intervene in the current development trend of plastic waste, the whole ocean will be seriously polluted in 2024. We divide 145 countries into four categories by clustering algorithm, and establish multiple linear regression models with different leading factors, so as to put forward regional countermeasures. We use factor analysis method to evaluate the plastic pollution in 136 countries, so that the countries can control the plastic pollution more pertinently.

A preprocessing method based on wavelet packet decomposition and spectral subtraction algorithm is proposed in this paper. The tested original noise signal is decomposed with the wavelet packet analysis. It is divided into several bands with different frequency range. In these bands, the noisy signals are further processed by spectral subtraction method. The theoretical analysis result shows that the proposed method is effective in restraining the influence of surrounding noises on the result of transformer noise measurement. Inclined factors bring a lot of errors to indentation and scratch experiments. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of sample tilt on indentation and scratch behavior of single crystal copper. Angled indentation and scratching experiments were conducted on the flat of 5°,10°,15° and 30°, and spherical-conical indenter was used to study the effect. In scratching simulation with SPH method, normal and lateral forces during scratching process increased when tilt. Contrary to simulation result, when contact depth was held as a constant, the forces declined as tilt angle increased. In geometry model, the actual indentation depth was less than the theoretical contact depth and the projected area of the tilt indenter was an enclosed area like an elapse with two circular arcs. Residual impression images of indentation and scratching indicated that not only the sphere section of the tip of indenter, but also the conical surface penetrated into sample and squeezed a slope. The results showed that the size of spherical-conical indenter has significant effects on the size and shape of wear debris and could not be neglected during indentation and scratching tests with sample tilt.

Objective to study the performance of Zn/Ni composite coatings and Al/Zn composite coatings, which were deposited by Cold Gas Dynamic Spray. Methods: Those coatings was sprayed by Zn and Ni mixture powder and Al and Zn mixture powder on 300M high-strength steel surface, the SEM images and micro hardness tester analyzed the two kinds coatings' morphology and microstructure. The corrosion resistance of Zn/Ni coatings can be compare with Al/Zn coatings, which was investigated by neutral salt-spray test and coating furcated test. Results The results indicate that Zn/Ni coatings porosity is 0.8%, it is same as Al/Zn coatings. The micro hardness of Zn/Ni coatings is 70.8HV, which is higher than Al/Zn coatings 61.2HV. However, the salt spray result of Al/Zn coatings can reach 1000h and it can reach 770h even the coatings fails; which is better than Zn/Ni coatings, their salt spray resistance can reach 770h and it can reach 350h when the coatings fails. Conclusion those coatings could both be efficient corrosion resistance coatings on 300M high strength steel surfaces.

SiOxCyHz films were prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) with upper and lower pair electrode rolls structure, with the width of electrode rolls up to 600 mm. The influences of oxygen content, film thickness, oxygen/monomer ratio, reaction vacuum degree on water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) were studied. Based on the analysis of time series characteristics of production process based on common batch process end point quality prediction a predictive model based on bidirectional gated loop neural network is proposed to predict final product quality for unequal interval batch processes. Based on the requirement of forecasting value in actual production, loss function adapted to batch process is constructed, which makes model meet forecasting requirement under guarantee prediction precision, thus obtaining greater production benefit. Two-way gated loop (GRU) neural networks with different loss functions are compared with multi-directional partial least squares (MPLS) neural networks support vector regression SVR and gated cyclic unit neural networks. In order to study the constitutive relationship between the seawater sea sand recycled concrete (SSRC) and the epoxy-coated reinforcement (ECR), the pull-out tests were performed. There were totally 24 specimens with different types of concrete (natural aggregate concrete, recycled aggregate concrete and SSRC), strength grades (C20 and C25), bond lengths (3d, 5d and 8d), reinforcement types (ordinary steel bars and ECR) and cover thicknesses (67mm and 42mm). Test results indicated that the bond-slip curve of SSRC to ECR was similar to that of RC and OC, which can be divided into three stages: the micro-slipping, the slipping, and the declining. In the case of SSRC specimen and ECR specimen whose protective layer has a thinner thickness, the curvature of the ascending section of the curve decreased significantly. As to SSRC specimen with a higher strength and ECR with a shorter bonding length, the descending section of the curve tends to be flat. Finally, the expression of the bond-slip constitutive relationship between SSRC and ECR was proposed, which can shed light on theoretical analysis and practical engineering.

The arc characteristic analysis of C4F7N/CO2, CO2 and SF6 gases with volume fraction of 10%C4F7N-90% under DC condition is studied. Firstly, based on the internal physical process of arc, a two-dimensional axisymmetric arc model of C4F7N/CO2, CO2 and SF6 gas was established and calculated. The arc temperature distribution and dynamic characteristics of three gas media are compared and analyzed the results show that the temperature distribution of C4F7N/CO2 mixed gas is more similar to that of SF6 gas arc, and its radial cooling speed is faster, indicating that compared with CO2 gas, C4F7N/CO2 mixed gas has better arc-quenching characteristics, which can be used in the study of SF6 substitute gas.

In this paper, graphene (Gr) and coconut shell activated carbon (AC) modified electrode was developed for electrochemical behavior analysis of quercetin. Porous AC was prepared from coconut shell. The Gr was obtained by electrodeposition of graphite oxide on AC surface. The electrochemical behavior of quercetin was analyzed by Gr@AC electrode, and results show that the detection range of quercetin is 6 μmol/L to 100 μmol/L (R2=0.9977). The detection limit (LOD) is 0.5 nmol/L (3σ/slope), and the recommended method has a good recovery for the detection of quercetin in real urine.

Natural ventilation potential (NVP) are evaluation indexes that can effectively assist and optimize the natural ventilation design of buildings. With abundant relevant studies at home and abroad, various NVP evaluation indexes and calculation methods have been proposed, and strategies for natural ventilation design of buildings in different regions have also been given. Based on the parametric building performance simulation platform, this paper introduces s new NVP evaluation method to carry out parametric simulation research on the ordinary office buildings suitable for natural ventilation in Guangzhou. The results showed that the main factors that limit the NVP of ordinary office buildings in Guangzhou is condensation in summer, and low building density, building toward southwest, high glazing ratio or cross ventilation will bring about high NVP. Meanwhile there is an optimal value for the thermal resistance of the roof, and the greater the thermal storage coefficient of the main material, the greater the night natural ventilation potential.

The environmental investigation, sampling analysis and health risk assessment were carried out on the soil contaminated by As-containing chemical warfare agents (CWAs) from Japanese abandoned chemical weapons (JACW) in Northeast China, referring to "Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Soil Contamination of Land for Construction". The results indicated that the arsenic content in the contaminated sites exceeded the risk screening value. The health risks resulting from oral exposure were higher than those of other exposure pathways, and exceeded the acceptable level of human body. This paper demonstrated the analytical result of heavy metal pollution caused by JACW in the soil of Lotus Pool, where located in the Northeast of China. 10 typical soil samples were taken, in which 7 heavy metal elements were quantified by ICP-MS. By calculating the Nemerow Index and the ecological potential risk index, the pollution degrees and risk assessment of most sites were evaluated.

An improved method for immobilizing β-glucosidase was studied in present work. The immobilization included the following steps: preparing a nano silicon carbi de carrier, mixing the carrier, β-glucosidase and a cross-linking agent to obtain immob ilized β-glucosidase. Then, the immobilized β-glucosidase was mixed with Fe3O4 nano particles and self-assembled to obtain nano-silicon carbide@β-glucosidase@ Fe3O4 co mposite. This method improved the activity of immobilized β-glucosidase, and solved the technical problems of low β-glucosidase reuse rate and low enzyme activity retenti on rate.

In order to study the effect of drying temperature on the drying characteristics, chlorogenic acid content and product color of honeysuckle, the drying experiment of honeysuckle was carried out by using a self-made Tester of drying characteristics of honeysuckle. The results showed that increasing the drying temperature could shorten the drying time and increase the drying rate, and with the increasing of the drying temperature, the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle increased at first and then decreased, under the condition of other drying parameters fixed, when the radiation temperature is 80°C, the high drying rate and good product quality can be obtained at the same time.

A series of biodegradable polymers, poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) were prepared by ring-opening polymerization with racemic lactide and glycolide as main raw materials. Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and ubbelohde viscometer were uesd for the characterizations of the PLGA. And the effect of glycolide's (GA) content on molecular weight (Mw), vitrification transition temperature (Tg), intrinsic viscosity [η] of PLGA was discussed. The results show that the GA's content in PLGA molecular structure is higher than the actual feeding ratio. Meanwhile, with the increase of GA's content, the Mw, [η] and Tg of PLGA decreased.

Although the industrial circulating cooling water system can save a lot of water resources, there will be serious scaling and corrosion during operation. Based on the environmental friendliness of microbial corrosion inhibition technology, this work evaluated the influence of microbial environmental indicators on the corrosion rate of carbon steel in circulating cooling water system by full factor experimental design. The results showed that under 10-50 mg/L ammonia nitrogen, 1-3 L/min aeration fluxes, the corrosion rate getting lower with the increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration and the decrease of aeration rate, while the microbial content had little effect on the corrosion rate.

Starting from defining the connotation of green technology innovation performance, the evaluation index of green innovation performance was constructed. The panel data of industrial enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2018 were selected. Dea-sbm model and entropy weight method were used to evaluate and diagnose the green technology innovation performance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that; Under time heterogeneity; (1) The performance level of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the three regions is generally low and shows periodic fluctuations; (2) The green technology innovation performance of downstream regions "Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai" is at the level of "high green efficiency and high innovation efficiency", while the middle and upstream regions are always at the level of "low green efficiency and low innovation efficiency"; Under spatial heterogeneity :(1) the green technology innovation performance level of the Yangtze river economic belt is significantly different; > in the downstream region, > in the midstream region, and > in the upstream region; (2) Only nearly 30% of the provinces and cities are in the "high green efficiency and high innovation efficiency", while the rest of the provinces and cities are in the "low green efficiency and low innovation efficiency".

With the spread of COVID-19, the shortage and uneven distribution of medical and health resources in the traditional medical industry, as well as the vulnerability to infection, have aroused concerns. As a new way of Internet medical treatment, online medical treatment greatly alleviates the pressure of difficulty in getting medical treatment. However, few studies have explored the factors that influence users' use of online medical communities and the patterns of users' behavior. Based on the theory of perceived value, social support, information asymmetry and information behavior of "Type Person", this paper constructs the influencing factor model of users' usage intention in online medical community. Questionnaires were distributed to users in the online medical community, multiple linear regression was conducted through SPSS to test the assumptions in the model, and then user groups were clustered to analyze user behavior patterns. The results showed that perceived benefit, social support, medical effect and user trust had positive effects on users' usage intention, while perceived risk had a negative effect on it." Type A" users have a lower intention, "Type B" users are skeptical about medical effect, "Type C" users have a higher intention, and "Type D" users pay more attention to emotional support. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions for online medical community to improve the quality of medical information service.

The bridge expansion joints are an important structure of bridges, and its cleaning work is also important. Objective To observe the effect of Biminkang mixture on allergic symptoms and AQP5 level in allergic rhinitis rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: control group, model group, western medicine group and low, middle and high dose of TCM group. All rats in the treatment group were established AR model. After modeling, corresponding drugs were given for 14 days. At the same time, each TCM group were treated with semiconductor laser. Two weeks later, observing the symptoms of allergic rhinitis rats. The expression level of AQP5 was detected also. Results At the end of treatment, the symptoms in each treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the model group. The effect of middle and high dose of TCM group and western medicine group was better than that of TCM group in low dose (P<0.050. The expression of AQP5 in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Desloratadine tablets and Biminkang mixture could significantly reduce the expression of AQP5, which was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.01). Conclusion Biminkang mixture can effectively alleviate the nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis rats, its main role is to reduce eosinophil proliferation, inhibit the expression of AQP5, so as to reduce the secretion of nasal mucosa glands, reduce the nasal irritation performance, which is worthy of further clinical application.

In this study, the modified TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel and calcination method and the photocatalytic performance was studied by treating Methylene Blue simulated wastewater.The influence of the TiO2 dosage and time, modified method of TiO2, calcination temperature and calcination time on photocatalytic performance were examined.The FTIR of pure TiO2 was tested. The results of FTIR showed that the bending and stretching vibration peaks of hydroxyl and O-Ti-O structure of TiO2 were detected.The study indicates that modified TiO2 is beneficial to the treatment of dye wastewater.

In this paper, hypoeutectic Al-Si matrix composite reinforced by 5wt. % Mg2 Si were prepared under different pouring temperature (superheat) and electromagnetic stirring (EMS), and the effects of pouring temperature and EMS on the morphology a nd size distribution of primary α-Al, (α-Al+Mg2Si) eutectic cell and eutectic Mg2Si are investigated. The experimental results show that the low superheat + EMS process not only refines the grain structure of the primary α-Al and (α-Al+Mg2Si) eutectic cell, an d promotes the formation of more non-dendritic structure of the phases, but also refine s the eutectic Mg2Si and changes the nucleation mode of (α-Al+Mg2Si) binary eutectic from the nucleation on primary α-Al under conventional casting to the one on nuclean t particles in the interdendritic liquid under low superheat + EMS.

Soil pollution is serious now worldwide especially in China, with the continuous expansion of industrialization, the problem of soil heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more serious which is toxic to human beings. We studied the content and distribution of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, and Cd in soil of Jiujiang city. The results showed that the content of Cr and Zn were higher than others and the content of Cd was the lowest. Meanwhile, the content of the same heavy metal element has no significant difference between samples in different depth of the sampling point as our studied.

Cars are already a daily necessity for every household. As a device that every car must install, the car air-conditioning filter is responsible for filtering the air inside and outside the car. The air passing through the pipe achieves clean air and protects the interior of the car. The purpose of personnel, but according to research, the air quality in close to 40% of cars is not up to standard. The China Consumers Association used the method of sampling statistics to sample 51 passenger cars as test samples, including 22 car brands including European, American, Japanese, Korean, and domestic. The results show that nearly 40% of vehicles do not meet the current air quality requirements for passenger cars. As a firewall to ensure clean air, car air-conditioning filters are constantly being developed and updated in order to meet the air quality requirements in the car. At present, the air-conditioning filter elements on the market are basically activated carbon filter elements, and the filtration performance is not satisfactory. Based on the traditional air-conditioning filter element, this paper designs an air-conditioning filter element with birnessite-type manganese dioxide as the core. The experiment shows that it is 15% better than the common single activated carbon air-conditioning filter element in adsorption efficiency and purification efficiency.
