2022 International Conference on Algorithms, Network and Computer Technology (ICANCT 2022) was successfully held online through Zoom on November 26-27. Due to COVID-19 and the pandemic-related nationwide lockdowns, the organizers decided to hold the conference in a virtual format.

The conference model was divided into three sessions, including keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to bringing together researchers, practitioners, scholars, professors and engineers from all around the world to exchange the newest research results and stimulate the scientific innovations in the field of algorithms, network and computer technology.

The conference proceedings covers a wide range of topics: algorithm, numerical simulation, network, blockchain and computer technology related fields. The accepted papers were peer-reviewed by reviewers drawn from the committees, external reviewers, and editorial board depending on the subject of the papers, peer reviewers provided constructive comments.

The coordinates of boundary points of a number of cadastral blocks can be obtained by electronic boundary points automatically, while the automation of data processing of coordinates needs to be improved. This paper focuses on the automatic clustering of electronic boundary point coordinates and analyses the location distribution and angle characteristics of cadastral blocks with real coordinates data from 6 villages. In this paper, a strategy is proposed that one boundary point of every cadastral block should be marked and Manhattan distance between points should be used as the similarity measure. A clustering algorithm of electronic boundary points for cadastral blocks is designed with the combination of K-means algorithm. The simulation results show the clustering accuracy of the algorithm can be above 0.9 when the number of cadastral blocks is more than 100, and it can be improved as the number of cadastral blocks is controlled within 25. This study provides a reference for optimization of existing electronic boundary points system and automation technology of the cadastral survey.

In order to understand the insulation operation state of cable joint in real time, an evaluation method of cable joint insulation state based on improved TOPSIS with variable weight is proposed. Taking the partial discharge(PD) data monitored online as an example, the representative PD characteristic parameters is selected. Furthermore, Sen + Mann-Kendall test method is used to quantitatively calculate the trend change of corresponding PD characteristic parameters. Then the deterioration degree is introduced to normalize the PD characteristic parameters. Considering the change of weight under extreme deterioration, a variable weight function is constructed to optimize the constant weight. Finally, an improved TOPSIS method is applied to construct the cable intermediate joint state evaluation model. The case analysis shows that this model is more accurately than the traditional model in assessing the insulation condition of cable intermediate joint.

By analyzing the timing characteristics of historical temperature data of the subway sensors, aiming at the problem of poor accuracy of a single temperature prediction model, combined with the long-term trend, multi period and irregular change characteristics of the temperature data, this paper proposes a combined prediction model based on the Long Short-Term Memory network (LSTM) and Support Vector Regression (SVR) theory, the prediction mean error of LSTM-SVR is lower than single model, which can predict the temperature of subway station with high accuracy, so as to provide a basis for controlling air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, also saving energy and reducing consumption.

Aiming at the lack of dynamic and comprehensiveness of trust evaluation methods in current adjudication algorithms, an adjudication algorithm for mimic API gateway based on trust distribution is proposed. The algorithm comprehensively considers the direct and indirect trust relationships between equipment executives from the perspective of trust distribution, and on this basis introduces a dynamic penalty strategy, which greatly improves the dynamics and effectiveness of the algorithm. In addition, the algorithm is simulated and tested in the simulated API gateway environment, and the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has significantly improved the reliability and security of trust evaluation compared with the previous adjudication algorithms.

The effectiveness of expressway toll station is the core part to characterize the quality of its toll service, but there are few studies on the effectiveness evaluation of toll station in China. This paper studied the effectiveness evaluation method of toll station based on entropy method and TOPSIS method. After putting forward an evaluation index system, the entropy method was used to determine the weight value of each index, and then the TOPSIS method was used to calculate the comprehensive score. In the application process, YOLOv5 target detection algorithm was used to calculate the index values obtained in real time in the monitoring video, make accurate and objective evaluation on the effectiveness of the toll station, and provide a basis for intelligent management of toll station.

With multiple GNSS availability and wider applications, many positioning modes like SPS, DGNSS, RTK and PPP have been developed to cover these flexible employments. Currently, some intricate influences such as ionosphere delays and environmental interference have caused obvious impacts to accurate positioning, and they are therefore formed highlighted research points for worldwide researchers and scholars. To deal with the ionosphere delay, this submission has proposed an intrinsic approach to identify and extract the ionospheric disturbance from GNSS observations in which Digital Signal Process (DSP) is employed to form an adaptive band pass filter for combined observations in the form of either code minus phase (CMP) or double differential (DD) carrier phase. Related mechanism for identification and extraction of the ionosphere delay using DSP are introduced and analyzed. We have also discussed the separation of ionosphere delay with multipath caused by signal reflections from nearby surroundings when deformation monitoring is conducted on some restricted environments. Effects achieved by DSP have been verified combining with typical SPS and carrier based relative positioning conducted in Guangzhou metro construction sites. Results exhibit that the suggested standalone approach to extract ionosphere delays is an innovative technical frame to achieve accurate positioning regardless of assistant messages from base stations or satellite navigation broadcast.

The power cable fire in an utility tunnel is difficult to control due to its characteristics of narrow and long structure, cable layer arrangement, and variable fire locations. Water mist system is one of commonly used method for fire control. This paper studied the fire extinguishing efficiency of high-pressure water mist system in utility tunnel by large eddy simulation (LES). In order to compare the fire extinguishing effect of the water mist system, two working conditions are designed, that is, the utility tunnel with water mist system and without water mist system. Results have shown that continuously operating of high-pressure water mist system can extinguish cable fires effectively. The cooling effect of the water mist is obvious and it can control fire development or extinguished fire. The temperature of utility tunnel would be reduced so as to prevent the structure from being destroyed.

Loess is a special kind of Quaternary sediment. The sub-stable skeleton formed by fine grains and salt crystals makes the loess with great risk of catastrophic changes under dynamic action. In order to study the influence of the natural structure of loess on its dynamic properties, the test was conducted on the loess at the near-fault site of the Lishan piedmont fault to analyze the influence of soil structure disturbance on the dynamic properties of loess. The test adopts dynamic triaxial test system. The results show that the soil structure disturbance has a large effect on the dynamic shear modulus of the loess, while it has little effect on the damping ratio. Under low confining pressure, the maximum dynamic shear modulus of original loess is smaller than that of remodeled loess. Under the high confining pressure, the original loess is larger than the remodeled loess. When the confining pressure is 400 kPa, the maximum dynamic shear modulus of the original loess is 93.28 MPa, which is 53.8% larger than that of the remodeled loess. When the dynamic strain reaches 0.15%, the difference between the damping ratio of the remodeled loess and the original loess is less than 0.04, and it can concluded that the soil structure disturbance has little effect on the loess in the Lishan piedmont fault.

This article takes a landslide in Zhidan County as the research object. Based on the field survey before and after the landslide occurred, the engineering geological conditions of the landslide were obtained, the landslide deformation characteristics were mastered, and then the landslide development process was divided into the early stable stage, the creeping deformation stage. the severe sliding stage and the stage after violent sliding. Soil samples of the landslide were taken before and after the landslide occurred, and the physical parameters were measured to analyze the physical properties of the slide zone soil. At the same time, direct shear, triaxial, and ring shear tests were used to obtain the mechanical properties of the landslide soil under different test conditions, and the shear strength index value of the slide zone soil was analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: After the landslide slides fiercely, the water content increases, the plasticity and compressibility increase, the properties of the slip zone soil deteriorate, and the relevant physical parameters such as the porosity ratio of the slip zone soil at the front edge change little; Moreover, the C and ψ values of the landslide soils decreased significantly, indicating that landslide sliding caused a large degree of shear damage to the landslide soils.

In view of the shortage of sand and gravel aggregates, the sea sand in coastal areas is used as roadbed filler in road restoration of tunnel project by the Yangtze river. The basic mechanical performance tests were carried out to demonstrate the particle gradation and consistency limit of dredger fill sea sand. Triaxial test and direct shear test were performed to analyze the stress-strain relationship of sea sand shear strength in riverside environment and the law of shear displacement under vertical pressure. The road performance was analyzed by testing the compaction characteristics and deformation resistance of dredger fill sea sand. The riverside slope is always damaged by water flow, therefore, the stability of the dredger fill sea sand road slope under the measures of wrapping soil was analyzed. Based on the analysis of existing measures to improve the safety of sea sand used in road, the technology of sea sand solidified by alkaline coupling agent is proposed.

It is important to keep fire safety for subway system especially for subway tunnel. This paper selects a 2.2 km tunnel of Beijing subway as the research object, and studies fire scenario for a stopped train with natural ventilation. The multi-scale method where a three-dimensional field model and a one-dimensional network model are combined is used to simulate smoke propagation in a tunnel fire. The effects of train length on the smoke propagation, temperature and visibility distribution are analyzed. The results show that during the initial period of 120s, the influence of train length on temperature distribution, visibility distribution and smoke distribution is not obvious. However, after 120s period, smoke distribution becomes more concentrated with the increase of train length, and the impact of stack effect is more obvious. For a shorter train, the concentration of smoke is higher. The temperature distribution inside the 60 m train is higher than those of 120m and 160m trains.

The most serious fire scene in a subway system is that a train catching on fire has to stop in the tunnel. The objective of this paper is to discuss safety evacuation of this scenario. A subway tunnel in Beijing was selecting as research object, and adopting numerical simulation methods to analyze smoke propagation in the tunnel and train carriage. In addition, the influence of train carriage door opening on the smoke spread was studied in the double narrow space formed by the carriage and tunnel. Results show that the opening method of door would affect the smoke spreading path, and the range of high temperature area. For a fire occurred in train carriage, opening of the end door of train can effectively enhance diffusion of smoke into the tunnel. This research is not only helpful to guide the cabin crew to evacuate efficiently and orderly, but also provide guidance for the planning of subway tunnels.

Pervious concrete is one of the most important new materials in the sustainable development of infrastructure construction, and has been widely studied and developed by the industry. Through freeze-thaw test, dynamic elastic modulus test, mass test and strength test, the durability of pervious concrete with different molding methods was studied. The test results show that the mass loss rate and strength decline rate of the pervious concrete controlled by the pervious rate are the lowest after 25 cycles of freezing and thawing, marshall compacted pervious concrete has the lowest loss rate of dynamic elastic modulus, and plug-in concrete has the lowest durability. Finally, the mix proportion of pervious concrete with optimal target porosity by rotary compaction is suggested.

In order to explore the deformation characteristics and stiffness degradation of loess near active faults under subway loading, a series of dynamic triaxial tests were utilized to model the effect of subway loading on loess near active faults. The cumulative plastic strain characteristics and stiffness degradation laws of loess under different dynamic stress amplitudes and different loading frequencies are obtained, and the cumulative plastic strain and stiffness degradation indices are fitted using empirical formulas and degradation models, respectively. The results show that the growth rate of cumulative plastic strain and the attenuation degree of stiffness degradation index are large under large dynamic stress amplitude and low loading frequency. And the empirical formula accurately fits the cumulative plastic strain curve, and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.9. Furthermore, the degradation model fits the stiffness degradation index curve well, and the degradation parameter increases with increasing dynamic stress amplitude and decrease with increasing frequency. The findings of the study can be used to guide the construction and safe operation of subway tunnels that traverse active faults.

The construction disturbance caused by pipe jacking is an index that must be strictly controlled in the project. With the wide application of curved pipe jacking in urban underground construction, predicting its ground surface settlement characteristics has become an increasingly important research topic. Based on finite element numerical simulation, a three-dimensional model of curved pipe jacking was established to simulate the construction stage. Compared with the straight pipe jacking, the normal component of jacking force is set in the outer tunnel of the curved pipe jacking to simulate the extrusion of the outer soil caused by the corner of the pipe joint, and the surface settlement characteristics of the curved pipe jacking are explored by changing the pressure value. The research results show that the surface settlement of the curved pipe jacking conforms to the normal distribution as a whole. Compared with the linear pipe jacking, the surface settlement is not symmetrical about the design axis of the tunnel. With the increase of the pressure outside the tunnel, the maximum settlement value of the surface and the difference between the two sides of the axis increase. Compared with the Peck formula, the width of the settling tank of the curved pipe jacking is larger, the convergence rate outside the width of the settling tank is slower, and the settlement trend is more in line with the Verruijt formula. The calculation formula is modified by axis offset distance and ovalization coefficient and modified formula can better reflect the measured engineering data. The research results can provide guidance and reference for the prediction and control of surface settlement of curved pipe jacking.

Elastic modulus affects the stiffness of pervious concrete, and stiffness is one of the elements restricting the durability of pervious concrete. To explore the deterioration of dynamic elastic modulus of pervious concrete under sulfate attack, this paper measured the variation of pervious concrete's mass and density with water-cement ratio of 0.28, 0.31, and 0.34 under sulfate attack. A nondestructive ultrasonic tests were also used to determine the change of the ultrasonic wave velocity reflected from pervious concrete. In addtion, the evolution of the dynamic elastic modulus were analyzed. The results show that the pervious concrete manifests an upward curve followed by a downward movement in its density and dynamic elastic modulus as the corrosion lasting. The pervious concrete with a 0.28 water-cement ratio suffers from the worst deterioration, while the concrete with 0.31 ratio experiences the lightest degeneration.

Nowadays, more and more bridges are difficult to meet the traffic needs because of the limitations on bridge clearance height while bridge demolition and reconstruction will lengthen the construction cycle, waste a lot of resources, increase the construction cost, etc. By solving these problems and using the original bridge effectively, the bridge jacking-up construction technology is widely used. With the construction of urban road network, the original ramp bridge needs to be elevated to the new main road in the process of viaduct construction in Shanghai, which involves the slope adjustment of large gradient bridge. The jacking section of the bridge with 16.5m width deck and the total length 220.51m is divided into two sections with 19.51+24×3+19m and 19+24×3+19m span combinations. A series of measures are put forward for the bridge jacking construction: the ball-head Jacks are installed to offset Jack deflection, the sliding steel plate is used to ensure vertical and horizontal displacement of the Jack, the push-pull devices are installed to ensure the width of expansion joint while jacking-up and the fast-hardening concrete is proposed to use in the process of pier heightening.

The structural stability, energy band, density of states images and absorption spectra of TiO2 (101) surface and TiO2 (101) @ MoO3 system were calculated and analyzed by the first principle method. The results show that MoO3 clusters can form Mo-O-Ti bridge structure on TiO2 (101) surface, which has good stability and is beneficial to practical use. Compared with the pure TiO2 (101) surface, the adsorption of MoO3 clusters on the TiO2 (101) surface can generate empty energy levels in the intrinsic band gap, which is conducive to reducing the energy requirements for electronic transitions, and thus conducive to electronic transitions between band gaps. The absorption spectrum analysis also proves that the TiO2 (101) @ MoO3 absorption spectrum has an absorption peak at the wavelength of 420nm, and the absorption spectrum is highly higher than the TiO2 (101) surface. The corresponding wavelength of the absorption peak in this region has entered the visible light region, which can greatly enhance the utilization of visible photons, and is of great significance for photocatalysis.

This paper introduces the shortcomings of the current fault arc detection scheme in the distribution network system, and purposefully designs an arc detection scheme with better safety performance. Through experiments, three types of fault arc detection technologies are compared. Combined with the foundation and security requirements of the distribution network system in the new era, the best arc detection scheme suitable for the intelligent microgrid architecture is proposed. Finally, the future research direction of arc detection based on intelligent gateway is described.

With the wide access of distributed new energy, how to quickly identify and accurately isolate the fault of distribution network is a key technical problem to be solved in the industry. Due to the numerous branches of the distribution network, the imperfect data acquisition network, and the transmission error of the transformer, there is an urgent need for new means to cope with the synchronization problem of data acquisition in different locations. To solve the above problems, firstly, the characteristics of multi terminal distribution network in case of fault are analyzed, and the automatic synchronization of protection data is realized by detecting the abrupt points of signals at different locations; Secondly, the information of each node in the distribution network is transmitted to the substation in real time through the 5G network, and the decision-making center connects the distribution lines with multiple branches for information synthesis to form a double ended line form that is convenient for calculation and comparison; On this basis, through the tanimoto waveform similarity algorithm, the correlation coefficients of current waveforms at both ends of each line are compared to determine whether they have failed, and finally a new scheme of fast protection for multi terminal distribution network suitable for distributed new energy access is formed. By building the distribution network model in PSCAD/EMTDC, the effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme under various fault scenarios is verified. Compared with the traditional over-current protection scheme, it has faster action speed and higher reliability, and has good practical value.

The anisotropy of loess has been widely studied. However, most studies only consider the difference in soil quality and do not consider the impact of special areas. In addition, the conclusions of scholar researches are differences, and not representative. With the development of underground engineering construction, the direction of principal stress of loess is no longer just vertical, and the study of loess anisotropy has become a key issue. Therefore, this study takes the loess near-fault area of the Lishan piedmont fault as the research object, the differences of shear strength parameters in different directions were studied by routine triaxial shear test. The results show that the anisotropy of loess in this area is obviously different, which is greater than that of loess in other sites. The difference mainly reflect in the cohesion. The cohesion of the sample of the θ=90° is 1.62 times that of the sample of the θ=0° about. The difference of saturated loess is decreases, and the difference of cohesion is about 30%. The results provide a reference for the construction of the underground engineering for this areas, the engineering construction should pay attention to the difference in the strength and deformation on different directions of the loess.

The traditional grid layout method is not applicable to the grid division of free-form surfaces, and how to divide a smooth and beautiful grid is a hot research problem for large-span spatial structures. In response to the above problems, after investigating the current scientific research results at home and abroad, our team proposes a meshing method using the 3D software Rhino platform to solve the problems of uneven meshing of free-form surfaces and low intelligence, and to divide a smooth and beautiful mesh.

The aim of this paper was to improve the automation of track inspection, data utilization rate, informationization of maintenance dispatch. We designed a track inspection vehicle based on multi-sensor information fusion, then gave the method of coordinate transformation and data fusion. And then researched the service of data displaying, data management and data analysis, proposed the system architecture and network topology, realized the system deployment on the cloud. And then demonstrated stability by comparing the results of two machine tests, and proved accuracy by comparing the results of machine tests with manual tests. The result shows that it had a high accuracy and stability. At last, designed the reserve of cloud platform function extension, discussed the method of data analysis. Research shows that, the track inspection vehicle can measure the track geometric parameter. The application of cloud platform technology can reduce the cost of operation, simplify the function extension. The research result has a positive impact on solving the current problem of track inspection, improving passenger comfort and ensuring safe operation.

Recent research apply KG embedding to multi-hop Knowledge Base Question Answering(KBQA) to predict missing links, however, it is often affected by the skewed distribution of nodes in the knowledge graph, resulting in poor generalization of the model. Therefore, we propose a method TrEKBQA based on traversing the knowledge graph embedding space for multi-hop KBQA, which performs path traversal in the KG embedding space instead of KG itself for link prediction to complete the knowledge graph, thus improving the accuracy of multi-hop KBQA.TrEKBQA model complex relationships using correlations between individual links and longer paths connecting the same pair of entities to traverse the KG embedding space to mitigate the effects of biased distribution of nodes and improve the performance of link prediction. In the pre-processing process, TrEKBQA uses the PRN algorithm to extract subgraphs related to the problem entity to reduce the number of target entities. Through experiments on multiple benchmark datasets, we demonstrate the effectiveness of TrEKBQA on KBQA tasks.

The low-light license plate recognition (LPR) is an important task in LPR, and the task of low-light LPR is a challenge in LPR. Compared with ordinary LPR, low-light LPR is more challenging. The first is that there are few studies on low-light LPR, and there is a lack of dedicated datasets. Besides, there are few lightweight networks dedicated to low-light LPR. The lack of lightweight private networks makes it difficult to deploy LPR methods efficiently. Based on this, this paper proposes a low-light LPR method. Specifically, we propose a dataset dedicated to low-light LPR with a sample size of 19,121. Besides, we propose a lightweight LPR method implemented using a lightweight architecture similar to VGG. We also compare with some commonly used lightweight methods, and the comparison results show that our proposed method has better performance. In addition, we also visualized some data that are difficult for the model to identify, and found several types of challenging data. This result is helpful for subsequent researchers to improve on this type of data.

To maintain safe and smooth operation of urban infrastructures, security evaluation and deformation monitoring have formed a challenging issue, especially for large scale buildings and structures since they are usually built within urban areas and densely populated districts. In recent years, related specific methods have been presented to achieve valid monitoring for these human structures, among which, GNSS, either combined with other spatial technologies such as remote sensing, SAR or InSAR, or sensors including inertial system or total stations, have played active roles for deformation monitoring. We propose a way to combine GNSS with wireless sensor network (WSN) to form a unique approach for deformation monitoring for some special regions that can not be effectively tackled by previous schemes. Our research work lies in two aspects. One is the configuration of networks in which roving GNSS receivers and reference receivers are properly distributed to form a more flexible configuration to suit for specific shapes of structures. The other feature is the employment of wireless sensor network to form a flexible routine for cost-effective data communication within the monitoring areas. Some methods to deal with challenges arisen from impacts like multipath and deformation prediction are also explored and discussed to promote monitoring efficiency. Related tests have been conducted to exemplify our technical routines and verify the feasibility of suggested monitoring schemes.

Identification and authentication of communication radiation sources using RF fingerprint feature extraction technology is widely used in civilian and military applications and has become a research hotspot. In this paper, an RF fingerprint extraction method based on time-frequency domain feature fusion is proposed. The frequency domain features of WVD and the time domain statistical features (variance, skewness, kurtosis) of the signal are first extracted, and then fused and downscaled using multivariate discriminant analysis to obtain new time-frequency fusion features, which are finally input to the support vector machine for classification and recognition. This method is used to analyze signals of walkie-talkies and signals of cell phones with and without noise, and the experimental results show that this method effectively improves the recognition rate and has good noise immunity compared with using frequency domain features or time domain features alone, and the accuracy is improved by about 5% under the condition of low SNR. When the SNR is -10dB, the recognition accuracy of walkie-talkies can reach 81.6% and that of cell phones can reach 86.1%.

In this study, the deformation characteristics of deep excavations retaining structure in loess areas are investigated statistically by analyzing filed measurements in three typical loess areas of Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Gansu. Generally, the study results showed that the maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure ranges between 0.277‰H to 3.712‰H, with an average of 0.1029%H (H is the final excavation depth of excavations). The maximum lateral displacement is approximately located at 2/3 of the excavation depth. In addition, a quantitative analysis is carried out on the influencing factors for the lateral deformation of the retaining structure, such as the insertion ratio of retaining piles (walls), the length-wide ratio of the excavation plane, synthetical stiffness of the support system, heave-resistant safety factor, and the set depth of support in the first tunnel.

The excavation of deep foundation pit could have a great impact on the adjacent existing structures. The proposed Ferris wheel is located in Jianghehui Block. The construction site is narrow and adjacent existing structures. In this paper, the finite element model was used to compare the influence of the underground separation wall protective measures on the deformation and internal force of adjacent existing tunnel. It was found that the foundation pit bottom presented a tendency of large deformation in the middle and small deformation on both sides. Based on the principle of soil-structure interaction, the optimization study of the underground separation wall was carried out, and it was found that the excessive thickness has little contribution to the reduction of lateral displacement.

With the networked development of subway tunnels, the approaching construction of a newly-built tunnel will bring great threat to the safety of the existing tunnels. In this paper, taking Nanjing Subway Line 5 Passing underneath an Existing Subway Station as an example, the impact of different underpass construction methods on the Project is explored by numerical simulation. As shown in the analysis results, the multi-pilot hole step method has the least impact on the existing station, which can effectively control the progress of vault settlement and surface settlement deformation. The construction would result in large settlement deformation at the center of the existing station, and the closer distance from the central axis of the newly-built tunnel would create a greater settlement value, with the bottom settlement reaching 2.36mm during the excavation of the pilot holes. In the process of excavation, the surface settlement curve changes from the shape "M" to "V", and the surface settlement due to the removal of temporary support accounts for 66% of the total settlement.

The development of the construction industry promotes the development of BIM technology, which in turn promotes the development of the construction industry. This paper first analyzes the status quo of BIM technology, construction organization design and engineering cost, and then analyzes the construction organization design and engineering cost application based on BIM technology. This paper takes a residential building as an example for detail, uses BIM technology to carry out modeling and measurement, construction schedule plan, site layout and project cost, and conducts the rationality analysis of the quantity and the rationality of the cost. The results show that the development of BIM technology greatly facilitates the construction organization design and engineering cost of construction projects.
