The 1st International Conference on Innovation Energy (IE-2019) was held on October 23, 2019 at Perm National Research Polytechnic University (Perm, Russia).

The Conference was organized by PNRPU and was carried out in the framework of international cooperation and also supported by educational and research grant WP 2.6.6 573879-EPP-1-2016-1-FR-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP by European program Erasmus + (the Project INternationaliSation of master Programs In Russia and China in Electrical engineering / INSPIRE) with the participation of leading universities in France, Germany, Italy, Russia and China.

This conference has been held for more than 10 years and this year received international status. Traditionally conference is distinguished by its high representativeness and aroused great interest among the scientific and technical community of our country, neighboring countries and western electrical engineering companies. Approximate number of participants is 80-100 scientists and industry professionals working in the field of electrical engineering, power energy, IT and their applications in electrical engineering, energy conversion and energy saving systems.

the paper considers applying virtual enterprise methodology to master's educational program "Radiophysics". The paper presents the results of the development of a business process model of a virtual enterprise engaged in conducting research and development work. The options of platforms for the implementation of the models obtained and their use in the educational process for training masters in the direction of "Radiophysics" are considered.

The article describes a new method for measuring the velocity of movement of an object with a magnetic field source. A moving plasma piston in a channel of a magnetoplasma accelerator, which is essentially a moving conductor with current, is considered as an example of such an object. The method is based on the measurement of the difference signal of two induction sensors. The advantage of the method is the presence of a linear dependence between the primary measuring signal (difference signal) and the final informative parameter (the value of the velocity of movement of the conductor with current). The task of simplifying the velocity measurement is solved at the expense of this advantage.

This article deals with PEST and SWOT analysis of factors characterizing the university's international activities. Environmental factors were identified that have an impact on the functioning and future development of the educational institution, including the international activities of the university. External and internal factors that affect the international activities of universities have been identified by SWOT analysis. These results will be used to build up a cognitive map of the international activities of the university

Permanent magnets are widely used in various technical devices. Mathematical models of magnetic fields of permanent magnets are considered to solve the problems of analysis and synthesis of such devices. The paper proposes a third model, based on the use of point sources of a magnetic field in addition to the two known models of uniformly magnetized permanent magnets (current and charge models). Each point source is characterized by a vector magnetic moment. The features of the model for permanent magnets of various shapes are considered. The advantage of the new model is to reduce the computation time of the magnetic field parameters by reducing the dimensionality of the modeling problem.

The purpose of the research is to build a regression model of the approximation error dynamic characteristic of magnetization, where we take the maximum total error as the dependent variable, the degree of the polynomial and the number of points as independent. This model will optimize, in terms of accuracy, the choice of the number of points of the dynamic characteristic of magnetization and the degree of approximating polynomial. This model was obtained using the software Statistica, which allows for factor experiments to obtain and further analyze the regression models of synergetic systems. Synergetic systems are complex open non-equilibrium self-organizing systems that are capable of responding to external influence by self-organizing structures.

Nowadays, more and more automation tools are used in production and in industry. An important development of this direction are the elements of bionics, which allow replacing human labor with robotic devices. Despite the fact that robots are used in many places, their functionality is limited to small flexibility. It is proposed to use a bionic robotic arm, imitating a human hand and allowing you to feel the force of compression. Such a robotic mechanism will allow replacing human labor in the places where a greater accuracy is required and ordinary robotic arms are not acceptable. This manipulator will allow one operator to control two machines at the same time (earlier, when all operations were performed manually, this was not possible), which significantly reduces costs. In the paper a scheme of such a bionic robotic arm was developed and studied.

Currently, the most widely used equipment to oil extraction is a sucker rod pump. More than 70% of oil wells are equipped with this mechanism. The advantages a sucker rod pump are usage simplicity and high efficiency, but the main drawback is difficulties with diagnostics and repairing. So providing continuous operation of oil well equipment is the key issue in oil well maintain process. Nowadays, the most efficient method of oil well equipment diagnostics is building and an analysis of dynamometer card, namely dependency of load on rod string on polished rod displacement. This diagnostic method is widely used due to simplicity of its implementation, as well as clarity and easy interpretation of the results. If there are any problems in sucker rod pump operation, shape of dynamometer card changes. Moreover each specific fault in operation has unique characteristic shape of dynamometer card. In this article author proposes techniques overview of oil well equipment diagnostic using dynamometer card, the use of which is a big step in "Industry 4.0" model implementation in the oil production field.

The article presents a method of representing the topology of the electrical grid on the basis of a topological list (T-list), including both structural and numerical information about the elements of the grid. The method of calculation of emergency operation modes parameters of power supply system (PSS) with T-list use, which can be used for calculation on the personal computer, is resulted. The considered approach allows optimizing computing resources at calculation of emergency operation modes of industrial enterprises PSS.

This paper considers the existing method of outdoor lighting maintenance, its disadvantages and advantages of well-known modern, but not used methods. Modern service methods using a new connector are introduced. The requirements for the connector are defined, its structural and parametric synthesis is made and for this an integrated digital model is developed. The economic justification for using the new service method is presented.

The article studies the issues of ensuring electrical equipment operability during operation process, as an indicator of reliable and efficient power supply of heterogeneous consumers. The problem of electrical equipment operation process managing is considered from the point of view of many technical and economic factors that affecting decision making and the priority of taking measures to emergency prevention. The concept of information decision-making support, aimed at controlling the electrical equipment actual condition and planning work to ensure its operability in the short and long term, was proposed. An example of the information decision-making support implementation when choosing objects with the maximum risk of operability loss was given.

Transmission line is one of the main elements of the power supply system. Line capacity can increase, when series compensation are used. Unfortunately, the use of these devices can lead to a failure of operation or to a false operation of the relay protection of the line itself. To analyse the operation of the relay protection of the compensated line, the RTDS software and hardware complex was selected.

Here are presented the synthesis of paper-making machine electric drives control systems. Quality indicators of paper and cardboard are directly related to the accuracy characteristics of the electric drives of both machine wires in conditions of unpredictable changes in loads on their shafts. It is shown that to solve the problem of stabilization of wires velocities and their ratio it is advisable to implement the principle of servo control. It is proposed to use the lower wire speed stabilization subsystem as the leading one, and the upper wire speed servo subsystem with the stabilization of the zero deviation of the integral from difference of electric drives speed. Presents the results of a synthesis and analysis of two-dimensional servo system finite electric drives control in conception of the modern vector-matrix control theory. A discrete-continuous mathematical model of the electromechanical system is obtained. To ensure the quality of speed control, discrete finite state regulators are used. As a result of the synthesis, expressions for the implementation of a discrete control device are obtained. In simulation, the reactions of the drives to the increment of the speed and to the increments of the loads on the drive shafts are obtained. The simulation results showed the effectiveness of the proposed principles of electric drive control. The electromechanical system demonstrates the properties of astatic control and reduces the deviation of velocities in steady-state modes to zero. The solution to the problem of reducing the mutual influence of electric actuators for the stabilization of the velocities of the machine wire and maintaining them in the specified ratios will reduce to a minimum the displacement of the paper layers formed on both machine wires. The practical application of the proposed electric drive control system in production contributes to improving the quality of products manufactured on a paper machine.

This article describes the development of a semi-natural torque load simulation system on an induction motor shaft that simulates the operation of a sucker-rod pump (SRP). For semi-natural simulation, a laboratory bench with an induction motor (IM) and direct current motor located on the same shaft is used. The four-link mechanism kinematic scheme of a sucker-rod pump and the implementation of software modules for calculating load torque are presented. The main results of simulation tests are given.

This paper is aimed to describe a smart region as not only a set of technological tools and solutions but as network system of people living in a region, their quality of living, communication, government, infrastructure, transport, economy, science, technology etc. The model region Salzland demonstrates that smart-decisions are required today first of all in mixed (urban and rural) areas to equalise the existing city-rural divide and to secure the future of the rural areas. The study provides strong evidence that despite different initial and basic conditions, all smart initiatives are aimed to the similar thing – the improvement of existing systems and structures in the considered space, whether million metropolis or thinly populated rural region.

The present study investigates the problem of sorting search result by relevance. The new algorithm based on iterative procedural Internet search is developed. The aim of the study was to improve the existing algorithm. Results show that applying the improved algorithm approximately doubles Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain at k and therefore greatly decrease average time to find relevant documents in search results list.

The present study investigates the concept of information business systems and other categories of e-business in the entire structure of digital economics. The hypothesis is based on the trends of actual theories concerning the change of the business management paradigm aimed to the transition to Industry 4.0 and identifies the role of the developed classification of information business systems and the matrix of digital economics as tools for modernizing and adopting the newest management techniques. Here we report that we compiled the matrix of digital economics that allowed us to rank such economic categories as 1) economics 2) digital (=electronic) economics 3) net economics 4) e-business and information trade 5) information business systems. To carry out the fundamental analysis of information business systems with the analysis-by-synthesis method, the classification of information business systems was developed, which assists in widening and explicating the category studied and in representing the main components of information business systems offered in the authors' formula.
