The issue of patterns of injection and recovery wells in zones of non-uniform permeability reservoirs is discussed by many researchers. The researchers aim to identify the influence of well patterns in reservoir zones with different permeability on the efficiency of oil recovery. This issue is particularly acute for systems maintaining reservoir pressure. The location of injection wells in low-permeable zones, and recovery wells - in high-permeability zones helps increase the coverage of the impact. Moreover, even in the conditions of a partially developed reservoir, transformation of the existing development system has significant potencies for increasing the ORC. One more crucial problem is the study of the effect of extensive highly permeable inclusions (faults, zones of reservoir loosening) on the effectiveness of regular development systems.

The article presents a simulation-dynamic model for calculating leasing payments for leased equipment. The model was developed based on the system dynamics method using Powersim Studio tools. In the model, the calculations were carried out for financial leasing, regressive payment schedule and the method of minimum deductions. The model was used as a tool to study options for leasing payments with linear and non-linear deprecation methods, with a multiplying factor-accelerated depreciation. As a result of experiments with options, various amounts of leasing payments (depreciation, loan payments, commission fees, total leasing payments, etc.) were received. The conducted study allows us to conclude that the constructed simulated dynamic model is quite universal and on its basis, it is possible to carry out a variety of studies concerning various aspects of equipment leasing.

Various modes of city passenger transport are being analyzed in the paper. The ecological efficiency of transport based on CO2 emissions data for vehicles consuming various types of fuel is investigated. An automated calculation algorithm to compare initial and operating costs for conventional and hybrid buses consuming diesel fuel and gas with an electric bus having an autonomous ride range of 15, 60 and 250 km is developed. The calculation used correction factors reflecting the rising cost of fuel and electricity with the reducing cost of lithium-ion batteries per kWh. For the calculation of initial expenses the costs of equipment and charging stations are summed up, and for operating expenses the cost of maintenance, fuel and electricity for traction and heating, and payroll of drivers have been taken into account together with the replacement of batteries considering their limited cycle life.

In the paper, we propose a new model of the natural gas market simulation. It takes into account the random nature of the natural gas demand that depends, for example, on temperature fluctuations during the heating period. The natural gas supplier strategy is optimized with the reservation of the necessary amount of fuel to compensate for demand fluctuations. To implement simulation modeling, we developed a scalable application with the DISCOMP framework. We apply DISCOMP to develop and use scalable applications in a heterogeneous distributed computing environment. The application significantly increases the number of model runs and improves the simulation accuracy in comparison with the Mathcad computations on a personal computer.

A continuous production process has a number of peculiar properties that affect the organization of technological equipment maintenance and repair aimed at the most efficient using of the service time, that is, the required number of equipment maintenance and repair with the required quality. It is necessary to have its own service department in large manufacturing enterprises, which includes an autonomous mechanical repair unit, allowing one to manufacture, restore parts, components and assemblies for the main technological chain, without the third parties help to ensure the continuous functioning of the repair service. This approach provides a significant reduction of service cost, production and part (unit) repair time, a more accurate account of the production conditions characteristics. However, as a rule, the organization of the repair and mechanical shops is at a low technological level due to the secondary role of such units within the manufacturing enterprise. It is possible to revise the approach to the organization of internal material, information flows with the using of modern modeling process methods. This is the purpose of this work. A chronometric measurement of the manufacturing process, the part restoration before and after the test process change were carried out, a new process simulation was produced by ARIS EPC, which allows one to analyze the action algorithm of the process participants to achieve this purpose.

At present, it is obvious that an increase of the enterprise efficiency indicators is achievable in providing a process approach to manufacturing management. The process approach allows eliminating fragmentation in flow of works, organizational and informational gaps, duplication of functions, inefficient use of material and human resources, as well as significantly reducing transaction costs. However, it should be noted that its successful implementation is a multi-step problem, which takes significant time, labor and material costs. It is important to use CASE-tools for analysis of business processes in integration with corporate management systems (ERP-system) implementing these business processes. One of the well-known CASE-tools in structural analysis and design methodology is the ERwin Process Modeler. The article proposes a universal solution for transforming the process models of ERwin Process Modeler business into business process models in the ERP system environment «1C: Enterprise». The developed software-tool allows supporting and updating business processes without changing the configuration of the ERP system, and it is important for manufacturing enterprises with a complex technological process.

Design and development of modern information systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, requires using the principles of the process approach to analysis of business processes and various tools for automating business-process modeling. The "End-To-End" design of business processes, consisting in the continuous or discrete interaction between business process models and elaborated ERP-system, is particularly relevant. Such integration of business process models and ERP-system becomes important during the design process of the information system for high-tech industries characterized by high dynamics of internal logistics processes. The paper discusses business process modeling using the methodology and software tools ARIS by IDS Scheer Company. Based on the analysis and research results of integrating business process models, performed by ARIS Value Engineering methodology, and the well-known Russian ERP system 1C: Enterprise 8.1, an approach and software tool were proposed to enable the ARIS model for importing into the specified ERP system. The proposed method allows maintaining and updating business processes without changing the configuration of the ERP system. The developed software tool is universal for integration purposes with typical software products of 1C. ERP-system settings with embedded software tool remaining typical without reference to the configuration and it is still possible to maintain and update the ERP system in a standardized operation mode.

The article analyzes the effectiveness of the quality management systems that operate at a number of enterprises. The main problem in most cases is determined as weak usage of the process approach in business-process management. To eliminate this problem, the authors offere to apply a process approach in the quality management systems of engineering enterprises for the purpose of receiving actual processes. Based on these processes and modern software tools, regulatory documentation is generated with the subsequent transition to the implementation of executable processes or BPM-systems (Business Process Management System). The regulation of business processes provides employees with regulatory documentation, and application of executable processes eliminates the "human" factor in process management. In addition, it is possible to monitor performance indicators and use the Deming cycle to continuously improve product quality. The practical realization of the project has been done in the framework of the Russian business-modeling software "Business Studio" and "Elma".

There is a need in modern society for regular monitoring of changes in the quality of life of the population as an important criterion for the effective management. Monitoring today is one of the main parts of any project. The authors identify indicators that reflect the introduction of smart city technologies and the corresponding possible implementation of new technologies based on such concepts as inter-machine interaction (M2M) with a centralized management server and blockchain network organization. Monitoring, because of its focus on tracking a process, becomes the basis for making decisions in investment distribution. It makes recommendations that will allow one to move away from considering the static state of the processes and adjust the development of the "smart city" trends.

Ensuring the reliability of the software has become increasingly complex and challenging. The most important problem is providing failure-free software operation to prevent financial losses or machinery breakdown. It can be solved with N-version programming which requires increased costs due to the use of redundant software components. In this paradigm, redundancy refers to diversity of software components. This paper discusses the implementation of software components in various languages with different syntax. We propose an efficient and time-reducing approach to the development of a multi-syntax programming language compiler. The technique of compiler parsing is based on the existing flex and bison specifications. The proposed approach makes it easier to detect errors in multi-syntax N-version software solutions, as well as reduce the likelihood of their occurrence due to the use of an automated tool, which is crucial for its implementation in an industrial setting.

An integrated enterprise management model based on information about enterprise activities was developed. The integrated model formalizes enterprise management methods, including information systems caused by digitization of production and the economy as a whole and involves implementation and consolidation of effective management methods which can be adapted to changing conditions at the information systems level. The problem of labor-intensive implementation and development of information systems which requires phase implementation (phasing involves decomposition) is solved by constructing a model structure divided into levels and sub-models. This approach to the model structure can be used for phased implementation based on the analysis of the KPI system, business processes and the organizational structure of the enterprise. The complex model is a tool for implementing the management method and analysis of structural functional description of enterprise's activities. The analysis results indicate the need for reorganization, changes in business processes or modification of key indicators.

The effectiveness of the use of modern production equipment to a large extent depends on its workload. However, it is impossible to manufacture only one type of product; therefore, production becomes multi-profile, the role of coordinating it with the market increases. Both the market and the production process are stochastic, so the probabilistic agreement of these two processes on the basis of the Kolmogorov equation in the canonical form is considered. The level of coordination is estimated by the difference in the probability density that the market price for a given product exceeds the level of its production cost using the technology implemented in multi-production. The latter probability density assesses the readiness of technologies for implementation, including the availability of raw materials, materials, energy, serviceable equipment and devices — all of this consumes control resources. The optimal allocation of these control resources in the preparation of technologies can significantly improve production efficiency. Of practical significance is the revealed fact that the dependence of control actions on time is exponential: the value of organizational control resources decreases as it moves away from the moment when demand for this type of product arises. Dependence on demand is logarithmic and the value of organizational control resources increases with increasing demand for this type of product.

The article proposes a decision-making model using a fuzzy analysis of production incidents for various factors. For the analysis, a database of factors of industrial incidents that occurred in the Belgorod region in 2007-2017 is used. The model is based on a quantitative assessment of the degree of belonging of the current value of the state parameters to each of the scenarios of severity of consequences at the corresponding point. This model is implemented in an expert decision support system for occupational safety and risk management. The use of such systems allows one to provide multivariate analysis of occupational injuries and occupational risk factors and to identify groups of workers for whom the level of occupational risk exceeds acceptable values.

The article discusses the approach to the methodology of modeling and forecasting the production activities of industrial enterprises. It uses mathematical probability theory. All the studies are made by the example of the furniture industry enterprises. This approach enables to carry out effective planning of production and commercial activities. It also contributes to an increase in the effectiveness of marketing activities and decision making. The presented results have been achieved through the use of mathematical models and tools based on the application of the approach to defining the probability of non-zero demand for the goods. The developed mathematical models make it possible to prepare the initial data and make effective management decisions based on them in the form of plans and programs of industrial activities in a quick manner. The enterprises producing goods or providing services in a large assortment are forced to conduct a comparative mathematical analysis of the business units of the industrial enterprise in order to make a decision on the distribution of investment resources. The priority field of enterprise activity (which brings the maximum profit) receives the maximum financial investments.

The essence of transformational processes which happen in the Russian economic system now consists in "diffusion" of innovative business in the system of the economic factors causing changes in the market relations. These transformations, first of all, are shown in acquisition by production and the market of social orientation. Respectively more and more relevant are socially oriented innovative enterprises (SOIE) which are developed and introduce in production the new technologies and products making long-term positive impact on level of quality of life and welfare of the population. When carrying out imitating modeling processes of economic-mathematical modeling can be divided into a number of stages: identification of an object, the specification of model, identification and assessment of specific signs of model, definition and check of interrelations between them, and their configuration, the mathematical description. At the same time all cycle is usually repeated several times, and in each cycle the mathematical model is specified, in particular, if it is about the model important for practical calculations. In this case additional requirements for implementation of algorithmic technology and programming are imposed to it. For achievement of goals in a research the mathematical description on the basis of the device of matrixes is used. In the course of carrying out economic-mathematical modeling the matrix device at creation of mathematical matrixes was used, for the description of type socially oriented business of structure of holistic management.

When developing approaches according to innovative development of the timber industry enterprises, it is necessary to consider the strategy of innovative development of the production direction within its spatial and social and economic features. The system of assessment of indicators criteria has to contain the necessary indicators considering all levels of development of the enterprise before its functioning in world economic relationship. In the applied system of assessment of innovative development of the timber industry enterprises the available financial statistics and their updated data obtained on the basis of the offered new approaches to calculations have to be used. Each innovative process has to be in a condition of continuous development. During change of one process, another and some other change, i.e. the processes to some extent are interconnected among themselves. In certain cases ecologic-economic events seldom develop in an individual order, they have to form complexity of processes where the independent impact of each process on others, on degree of their hierarchy comes to light. During research of influence of a number of factors on one productive process, application of the analysis on the basis of a correlation and regression method with creation of the regression equations is possible. In this method interdependence of factors is considered; therefore, influence of each factor on this or that process is represented in more detail. In a correlation and regression method direct influence of a factor on a productive indicator, indirect influence of group of factors and influence of all set of factors on a productive indicator are considered.

Incentive of employee's work is one of the most important parts of the workflow. There are many types of incentives, but intangible incentive methods are the most effective due to the increased productivity with minimal cost of resources. Effectiveness has been proven by the example of a McDonald's company. Nevertheless, managers do not use these methods or use them incorrectly. Moreover, incorrect use of these methods can be a reason of degrading employee productivity. In this regard, it is proposed to create software. Using this software managers are able to analyze the characteristics of employees and the current state of non-financial incentives. Thanks to this software, an increase in the effectiveness of the use of intangible incentives and the formation of a community within the enterprise are expected.

The design of management decisions is one of the most difficult and most creative processes in all managerial work. It requires thorough understanding of the current situation and prospects of both the company and its environment. The article considers the problem of determination of the degree of influence of uncertainty factors on the performance of an agricultural company. After carrying out a schematic factor analysis of the financial results of the agricultural company, the authors selected parameters such as crop yields and average selling price, for analyzing the degree of exposure to uncertain factors. Since both the selected parameters are affected by a large number of certain factors and factors uncontrollable for the company's management, the authors find it unacceptable to apply factor analysis to them. Instead, the suggestion is made concerning grouping all the factors on the basis of their certainty and definition of the influence degree for each group. As a result, the proposal was made for the projecting method, such as economic and mathematical modeling, to use the data from both the firm being the subject of modeling, and from the similar enterprises available from the regional Department of Agriculture. In this case, the accuracy of the forecast will be much higher, besides, it can be developed in 3 or 5 probability scenarios.
