Abstract
The economy of energy conservation requires harmonizing the interests of energy producers and consumers. Such an agreement is possible in this case that the resource capabilities of the manufacturer and energy conservation of the consumers are considered simultaneously and on a unified basis. Investments should be directed to where minimal costs of produced or saved energy are ensured. With this approach, the demand for energy resources is provided at the cost-effective manner.
