Abstract
Currently, a method of screw compressors regulation by smooth change of rotors spinning frequency, or so-called frequency regulation, is widely used. The operation process of oil-injected screw compressors at frequency regulation modes were examined in this paper in terms of the relationship of a compressor operation modes and its oil system. The calculations based on the operation process mathematical model of oil-injected screw compressor were aimed at defining its integral characteristics when changing the rotor spinning frequency, the quantity of the oil supplied and the discharge pressure.
