Abstract

Along with the development of modern communication technologies such as 4G and 5G, Internet of Thing (IoT) technologies are being implemented more widely. The need for remote monitoring of environmental and patient parameters can be realised by means that represent IoT technologies. The localisation of mobile sensor nodes for low power IoT can be realised by tracking the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) values. This paper examines the RSSI values of sensor nodes in the Bluetooth Low Energy network for IoT.
