Abstract

This paper presents real time simulation of hybrid microgrid consist AC microgrid along with DC microgrid and utility grid, where developed Hill Climbing algorithm for even power transfer between AC microgrid plus DC microgrid ensuring stable and reliable system operation under different loading conditions. Also generalized function generated to deal with the power flow from utility grid to AC microgrid and DC microgrid. Typhoon HIL control centre used for the accomplishment of hybrid micro grid. The proposed system is developed in the Schematic Editor. Hybrid microgrids are simulated using the real-time emulator HIL402 for real-time simulation within the SCADA environment.
