Abstract
This work is devoted to new results of a deep-eutectic-solvents-based extraction of bioactive components from Chamaenerion angustifolium (L.) study. This plant has a lot of valuable properties, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and others. Plant material was collected in the Murmansk region. Choline chloride + malonic or malic acids were used as solvents (DES). Reference solvents were 95% ethanol and water. For obtained extracts total polyphenols content with Folin-Ciocolteu reagent, total flavonoid content with aluminium chloride, and total antioxidant capacity using phosphomolybdate method. It was shown that DES demonstrates higher efficiency in the extraction of plyphenols from Chamaenerion angustifolium (L.). Obtained data will be useful for functional food and bioactive food additives development.
