Abstract
This article considers the application of intelligent geographic information system in forestry. A distinctive feature of the proposed system is the use of data processing module included in the GIS. Ways of increasing the efficiency of network resources are also considered. Recommendations have been formulated, which will enhance the quality of service, transmission speed, efficiency and scalability of routing protocols, cost and signal quality in GIS.
