Abstract
In order to learn about the energy release characteristics of PTFE/Al (Teflon/aluminum), samples with a mass ratio of 73.5: 26.5 (PTFE: Al) were designed by the molding-sintering process. The drop hammer device and spectrometer system were selected for the experiment. By analyzing the spectrum of the reaction flame, the reaction temperature was calculated. At different drop heights, the reaction temperature changes little, and the standard deviation of reaction temperature of PTFE/Al is 14.90. We believe that the reaction temperature of PTFE/Al does not change with the height of the hammer drop, and the average reaction temperature of PTFE/Al under different drop hammer heights is 2733.41±14.9K.
