Abstract
Based on the foundation characteristics of the 1200 m2 hyperbolic natural draft cooling tower in a power plant, and after analyzing many kinds of standards, the method is decided which could be used for foundation Settlement Calculation of the foundation in the cooling tower; The results of calculation are analyzed, when using natural foundation, the foundation Settlement deformation of the cooling tower can satisfy the design requirements.
