Abstract
The double carbon target puts forward higher requirements for end load interaction, user-side electric vehicles, air conditioners and other resources have high elastic characteristics. Their value as schedulable resources has not been fully realized, the interaction ratio is insufficient. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring user satisfaction, the elastic load control technology under load aggregator mode is used to smooth the load fluctuation of distribution network. IEEE33 node distribution system is simulated and user satisfaction model is established. The simulation results show that when the user satisfaction is greater than 80%, the elastic load can better fit the operation control value, and the average error is less than 5%, which can meet the application requirements.
