Abstract
This paper expounds the industry and policy background of small complete domestic sewage treatment plant in China, and discusses the basic principles and basic investigation of the development of technical standard for small complete domestic sewage treatment plant, the key technical contents of standard for small complete domestic sewage treatment plant are expounded. Through the development and implementation of this technical standard, it will provide standardized technical support for standardizing and improving the manufacturing level of small complete domestic sewage treatment plants in China.
