Abstract

Presently, developed countries such as Japan and the United States have set about building unmanned fleets, while China is still in the initial stage[1]. In terms of hydrogen production from wind power, European countries like Britain and Germany have begun their trials on offshore wind power. By contrast, China has just launched the first industrial test project on onshore wind power hydrogen production in Guyuan, Hebei province with the offshore wind power hydrogen production technology at a developmental stage. Ad hoc network technology has been mature in the application of low-speed and small-range Internet of things, but that in the high-speed and large-range is under preliminary test.
