Abstract
In order to use local and inexpensive raw materials in the production of semiconductor solar photovoltaic cells, scientific research is being conducted. Measurements were carried out on FTO, ITO glasses TiO2 calloid and I iodine crystal. Using the samples, a photocell was prepared under experimental conditions and measurements were made and analyzed for their effective operation.
