Abstract
Heat transfer is one of the most common unit operations in industrial production. In this paper, the variation law of heat transfer coefficient of smooth tube heat exchanger and tube heat exchanger with spiral coil at different flow rate is discussed by experiment and numerical simulation, and the corresponding correlation formula of convective heat transfer criterion is fitted. This has certain reference significance to improve the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger to reduce the energy consumption of the country and improve the design of heat exchanger structure.
