Abstract
2022 6th International Conference on Data Mining, Communications, and Information Technology (DMCIT 2022), was held on Apr. 29, 2022, which was organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), and media supported by MDPI-Information. DMCIT conference has been successfully held for five consecutive years, in Phuket (2017), Shanghai (2018), Beijing (2019), virtual conference (2020) and Hangzhou (2021). The story continues in 2022, DMCIT continues to provide a unique and excellent forum to exchange research methodologies, explore practical applications, and foster innovative ideas, in Data Mining, Communications and Information Technology.
The conference was originally scheduled in Shanghai, China from April 28 to 30, 2022. Affected by situation of domestic epidemic (COVID-19), especially in Shanghai, as well as quarantine policies and travel restrictions, it is highly unlikely that most authors attend offline meetings. DMCIT 2022 conference had to be turned into a fully virtual conference via Tencent meeting, which matters a lot for most authors who have strong academic exchange desire and publication request as expected time. Therefore, the conference was held virtually on Apr. 29, 2022, instead of postponement.
