Abstract
The three-wheel bootstrap high-pressure water-separated system (HPWS) has been widely applied for the aircraft air-conditioner pack due to the advantages of high efficiency and stability. To guide the design of HPWS, a parameter decomposition model is established, including the sub-models of wet air, air cycle machine, heat exchanger and water extractor, and a tailor-made solution algorithm is proposed. The model accuracy is validated by the test data of an aircraft, and deviations of the calculated temperatures and pressures are within ± 5°C and ± 5%, respectively.
