Peer review declaration

All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.

SCSET2020 adopts double-blind review. 1) The first step is the preliminary examination. We would reject the submissions whose topics did not meet the publication requirements. Besides, submissions with suitable topics would be further checked for their similarity through the Turnitin system. Accordingly, the manuscript would be rejected also if the repetition rate does not meet the standard. 2) The second step is double-blind review. The manuscripts will be assigned to the eligible reviewers in own review system. Meanwhile, the reviewer cannot see the authors' names and affiliation information during reviewing period, and also, the author cannot see the reviewer's information when viewing the review results. Reviewers will rate the article from the following aspects (1 is the lowest, and 7 is the highest) a) Appropriateness to the Conference b) Originality c) Technical Strength d) Presentation At the same time, the reviewer will give the comments and review results: rejection, modification, or acceptance.
