Abstract
This paper considers the possibility of applying AI technology (photo printing) to teaching developers of new food products. It touches upon the issue of creating semi-finished products balanced in basic nutrients used in the process of photo printing in the production of food products within the course of the Master's degree program "New food products for rational and balanced nutrition". A technology of obtaining a natural dye for food ink from honeysuckle and rowan berries which are a source of vitamins and minerals is described. It will improve the existing technology of photo printing on food printers and obtain products that meet the basic principles of rational nutrition.
