Abstract
This article is intended to help an organic chemists and industrial engineers to choose a suitable method for the analysis of substances with complex structure and its control in industry. In the paper the current level of the NMR development and analytical abilities of the different NMR techniques is considered. It is noticed, that as a rule the results of the one-dimensional NMR are quite difficult to interpret in the case of a complex molecular structure. The main principles and different varieties of two-dimensional NMR techniques are described.
