The International Scientific and Research Conference "Topical Issues in Aeronautics and Astronautics" is one of the most significant scientific conferences arranged by the Reshetnev Siberian State Aerospace University (SibSAU), the flagship university of the Krasnoyarsk Region (Russia).

The Conference is annually arranged in April and dedicated to the Cosmonautics Day, the anniversary of the first manned flight to space.

This Conference is arranged for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students, scientists and lecturers, as well as developers, designers and constructors representing leading companies and enterprises of the aerospace sector to give opportunities to present their projects, research work and results. The Conference is a great chance to connect scientists and highly-qualified and skilled specialists with a new community of future scientists and practitioners in the aerospace sector.

The Conference proceedings include papers presented by creative young specialists closely connected with aviation and space vehicles - design, production, problem-solving in space machine building and aerospace education, macro- and microeconomic development of the field, new approaches to solving philosophical and social problems, - experienced scientists and specialists, and all those who want to dedicate themselves to aeronautics and astronautics.

The selected papers are presented in these proceedings to share University research results, innovations and cutting-edge technologies with the international community to develop aeronautics and astronautics on a global scale.

This paper presents algorithm for generating neuroevolutionary multi-agent system that allows agents to learn from high-quality activities. Dissimilar traditional learning algorithms proposed algorithm combines student-teacher of-line learning and teaching agents based on sufficient activities producing by any agent in its subculture. The simulation studies demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is effective at rapidly generating near-optimal control agents.

This paper presents model of interaction in Smart Grid on the basis of multi-agent system. The use of travelling waves in the multi-agent system describes the behavior of the Smart Grid from the local point, which is being the complement of the conventional approach. The simulation results show that the absorption of the wave in the distributed multi-agent systems is effectively simulated the interaction in Smart Grid.

Filters of the 6th order, based on 2D electromagnetic crystals were developed. Application in structures of resonators with convolved and earthed on its base with strip conductors enables the implementation of filters having high frequency-selective properties and demanded in the aerospace equipment.

The filter of high frequency-selective properties is developed. The central six-mode resonator of the design which can be used in the aerospace equipment is electromagnetically connected with six single-mode resonators. The good agreement of the calculated data in comparison with the data received on the experimental model of a design is shown.

The present paper reviews a method for establishing secure information systems by complicating the possibility to research them for potential adversaries. A formalized model of a researcher and a definition of a research secure system are presented. A theorem for conditions required for creating a system perfectly secured from research. The Shannon's theorem of absolute security of perfect secrecy ciphers in cryptography is an instance of the theorem presented in the paper.

The paper solves the problem of automated process control of space vehicles waveguide paths soldering by means of induction heating. The peculiarities of the induction soldering process are analyzed and necessity of information-control system automation is identified. The developed automated system makes the control of the product heating process, by varying the power supplied to the inductor, on the basis of information about the soldering zone temperature, and stabilizing the temperature in a narrow range above the melting point of the solder but below the melting point of the waveguide. This allows the soldering process automating to improve the quality of the waveguides and eliminate burn-troughs. The article shows a block diagram of a software system consisting of five modules, and describes the main algorithm of its work. Also there is a description of the waveguide paths automated soldering system operation, for explaining the basic functions and limitations of the system. The developed software allows setting of the measurement equipment, setting and changing parameters of the soldering process, as well as view graphs of temperatures recorded by the system. There is shown the results of experimental studies that prove high quality of soldering process control and the system applicability to the tasks of automation.

The complexity metrics of the software code applicable for the analysis of binary files, as well as the methods used at overlaying the obfuscating transformations of these files are considered in the article. The results of the research of the metrics dependence on the performed by special software products obfuscating transformations of a vulnerable binary file are presented. The research confirms the applicability of the technique of the automated vulnerabilities search in binary files, whose analysis is difficult due to obfuscating transformations overlay.

Positioning along the joint during the electron beam welding is a difficult scientific and technical problem to achieve the high quality of welds. The final solution of this problem is not found. This is caused by weak interference protection of sensors of the joint position directly in the welding process. Frequently during the electron beam welding magnetic fields deflect the electron beam from the optical axis of the electron beam gun. The collimated X-ray sensor is used to monitor the beam deflection caused by the action of magnetic fields. Signal of X-ray sensor is processed by the method of synchronous detection. Analysis of spectral characteristics of the X-ray sensor showed that the displacement of the joint from the optical axis of the gun affects on the output signal of sensor. The authors propose dual-circuit system for automatic positioning of the electron beam on the joint during the electron beam welding in conditions of action of magnetic interference. This system includes a contour of joint tracking and contour of compensation of magnetic fields. The proposed system is stable. Calculation of dynamic error of system showed that error of positioning does not exceed permissible deviation of the electron beam from the joint plane.

This paper examines the results of experimental studies of a previously submitted combined algorithm designed to increase the reliability of information systems. The data that illustrates the organization and conduct of the studies is provided. Within the framework of a comparison of As a part of the study conducted, the comparison of the experimental data of simulation modeling and the data of the functioning of the real information system was made. The hypothesis of the homogeneity of the logical structure of the information systems was formulated, thus enabling to reconfigure the algorithm presented, - more specifically, to transform it into the model for the analysis and prediction of arbitrary information systems. The results presented can be used for further research in this direction. The data of the opportunity to predict the functioning of the information systems can be used for strategic and economic planning. The algorithm can be used as a means for providing information security.

During the tests of the spacecraft electrical systems there is a need for simulators of individual parts of the spacecrafts, in particular, solar array simulators (SAS). One of the topologies of medium and high power SAS simulators has dual control of consumed power and contains series or parallel connected linear and switching regulators. This topology allows to provide wide bandwidth and high efficiency, but the range of the resistance change of periodically switched SAS load is limited to the value of the stabilized attribute. Nonlinear compensator (NC) allows to reduce the average feedback voltage of the switching regulator in case of periodic load switching, which, in turn, allows to increase the average value of the stabilized attribute. The describing function method provides a mathematical description of the NC electrical circuit, which allows to select parameters of NC that eliminate the excitation of self-oscillation based on the SAS load switching frequency range and to study the switching regulator stability.

In this paper the model of the cathode spot of a vacuum arc is considered in the framework of the drift-diffusion representation. It is shown that the main source of electrons, providing the current transport of vacuum arc, are ionization processes in the cathode zone, while the emission processes are an auxiliary source of initial electrons. The effects associated with the distribution of electron density in the plasma column of cathode spot, in particular the formation of a "plasma reaction zone" and "ionization wave", are discussed.

The physical, mechanical, and tribological properties of quasicrystalline coatings based on the Al65Cu23Fe12 alloy prepared by plasma spraying have been investigated. The specific features of the phase formation due to the competitive interactions of the icosahedral Ψ and cubic β phases have been elucidated. A correlation between the microhardness and the content of the icosahedral phase in the coating has been determined. The decisive role of the quasicrystalline phase in the formation of high tribological characteristics of the coatings has been revealed and tested.

This article discusses coordinate measurement errors in short-range pseudolite navigation systems. An analysis of the components of the measurement error of radio navigating parameters has been performed; the geometric factor values have been calculated for various variants of constructing the system. The peculiarities of measuring the spatial orientation of objects using interferometric methods in on-ground short-range navigation systems have been ascertained.

This paper discusses the synthesis of an algorithm for adaptive interference nulling of an 8-element phased antenna array. An adaptive beamforming system has been built on the basis of the algorithm. The paper discusses results of experimental functioning of navigation satellite systems user equipment fitted with an adaptive phased antenna array in interference environments.

This article discusses the application of user navigation equipment of satellite radionavigation systems (GLONASS/GPS) for measuring the inclination of the aerial axis of rotation. The authors have demonstrated that the required accuracy of the angular inclination is achieved only in a relative phase mode, which is not always feasible. The application of filtering for measured parameters of navigation equipment has namely been used for planimetric coordinates. Filtering is performed using the second order Kalman filter. It has significant effect; thus, even at a speed of 1 rpm, there is no disruption in the autonomous coded mode; for the relative phase mode, the required accuracy is achieved at 3 rpm.

In the article the description of device, which provides automatic positioning of electron beam relative to joint of welded parts during welding, is given. Extremum seeking based on synchronous detection of sensor signal (X-ray or secondary emission) is realized in the device. Measurements are made when beam goes out of the channel following the welding direction.

The application of synchronous detection is possible due to the fact that during joint scanning with electron beam harmonics, carrying data about beam position relative to the joint appear in the joint sensor signal spectrum.

The paper gives a brief overview of the key problems of designing questionanswering systems. It offers the approach to the determination of the questionanswering system of giving an answer to the question based on a modified measure of one set to another inclusion. The results of the proposed approach in the problem of automatic selection of the answer to the question of several possible options are presented. These results showed that the system is able to give the correct answer (of 4 possible ones) in more than 50% of cases with a relatively small knowledge base.

The main purpose of automatic grouping of EEE components on a set different parameters is the most legible splitting group of EEE components into several homogeneous production batches produced from a single bath of raw materials. A holder-positioner was developed in order to be used in high vacuum systems designed for synthesis and in situ samples investigation by optical methods in 77÷1171 K temperature range. During tests of holder- positioner the designed system demonstrated independence from other process chamber components, compactness, a large number of the sample degrees of freedom and the stability of maintaining temperatures in the range from 77 to 1171 K with a maximum sample cooling rate about 0.1 K/s.

Current progress in underwater archeology is based on a rich arsenal of high-tech appliances, among which sonar technology plays a key role; it enables scientists not only to detect submerged archeological objects, but to examine them in high definition without having to conduct diving operations or use expensive underwater unmanned vehicles. While the majority of sensational scientific discoveries using sonar have been made in saltwater environments, freshwater ones, rivers in particular, have seen limited activity. The river Yenisei in central Siberia contains an unrecorded number of shipwrecks that await being discovered and studied. In this article we focus on the peculiarities of using sonar for detecting archeological sites on the Yenisei. This article is based on the results of the 2016 expedition, which has determined the location of Thames, a 19th century British steam schooner which was wrecked on the Yenisei.

This paper proposes to use hydrodynamic treatment of wood for the manufacture of wood-based panels from sawdust without using adhesive materials. It was found that such a treatment of wood particles (sawdust, dust, wood powder) allows producing panels with high physical-mechanical properties and water resistance. It is proved that the hydrodynamic treatment allows providing maximum energy of autoadhesion interaction in the moulding material due to increase of specific surface with small changes of geometric size of particles in comparison with mechanical methods of milling.

The combined manipulators composed of telescopic booms and rotary supports with movable in longitudinal vertical plane columns which provide an increased outreach of operative parts and a bigger service space are widely used in different branches of industry (engineering, transport). The article considers development of mathematical model of kinematic links motion of the combined manipulator with a column movable in longitudinal vertical plane. The mode of load lifting in a synchronous movement of boom and column from the position of picking the load up to the transport position was analyzed.

Control and information processing systems, which often executes critical functions, must satisfy requirements not only of fault tolerance, but also of disaster tolerance. Cluster architecture is reasonable to be applied to provide disaster tolerance of these systems. In this case clusters are separate control and information processing centers united by means of communication channels. Thus, clusters are a single hardware resource interacting with each other to achieve system objectives. Remote cluster positioning allows ensuring system availability and disaster tolerance even in case of some units' failures or a whole cluster crash. A technique for evaluation of availability of cluster distributed systems for control and information processing based on a cluster quorum is presented in the paper. This technique can be applied to different cluster distributed control and information processing systems, claimed to be based on the disaster tolerance principles. In the article we discuss a communications satellite system as an example of a cluster distributed disaster tolerant control and information processing system. Evaluation of availability of the communications satellite system is provided. Possible scenarios of communications satellite system cluster-based components failures were analyzed. The analysis made it possible to choose the best way to implement the cluster structure for a distributed control and information processing system.

With the development of automated control systems of space systems, there are new classes of spacecraft that requires improvement of their structure and expand their functions. When designing the automated control system of space systems occurs various tasks such as: determining location of elements and subsystems in the space, hardware selection, the distribution of the set of functions performed by the system units, all of this under certain conditions on the quality of control and connectivity of components. The problem of synthesis of structure of automated control system of space systems formalized using discrete variables at various levels of system detalization. A sequence of tasks and stages of the formation of automated control system of space systems structure is developed. The authors have developed and proposed a scheme of the combined implementation of optimization and simulation models to ensure rational distribution of functions between the automated control system complex and the rest of the system units. The proposed approach allows to make reasonable hardware selection, taking into account the different requirements for the operation of automated control systems of space systems.

This method is developed to identify the most valuable areas of forests, which currently does not legally protect. These areas are planned to recommend for inclusion in the National Forest Heritage of Russia.
