Preface

Welcome to the International Conference on Informatics, Engineering Science and Technology (INCITEST 2018) held by Universitas Komputer Indonesia. I am very grateful and honored to serve as the chair of the organizing committee. In my own name and on behalf of the organizing committee we would like to express our satisfaction for hosting this conference, which aimed to share ideas and current research in the areas of Informatics, Engineering, Science and Technology.

Our conference call was answered by around 300 abstracts authored by one or more persons. Each abstract submitted had at least a peer-blinded review by the expert review panel. The scientific committee contains expert from Indonesia and from other countries. The conference has been renowned by the IOP, international publisher, as the high quality conference and therefore the output will be Scopus-indexed proceeding. All of this, and the expertise and of the keynote speakers composes, I am confident that the conference will bring the fruitful outcome for us and enrich our knowledge indeed. Finally, I wish everybody a very interesting and stimulating time here in Bandung at the conference.

This paper aims to explain that using the Business Activity Monitoring method in a business process is expected to make the business process better. By utilizing the current information technology, a business process company can be monitored by the company with ease. Through information technology, to monitor the company's business processes, which allows automating the process of formation of representations for business processes provided, it is necessary to integrate all the information technology used. Information technology offered is using the business activity monitoring, in the hope to monitor a business process activities well and effectively. The concept scenario is simplified by the person making the business decision, estimating the place of the company's economy, using specialized software, then based on a series of business decision rules informing the user or other parts of the business activity. The block diagram of this technology is developed and the appointment of its basic elements is considered, conducts a retrospective analysis of business processes, forecasts the business activities of the company, and collects performance statistics for all activities and controls that can change business processes. Information technology offered is using the business activity monitoring.

The purpose of this research is to design a system that can support effective and efficient online learning system in time and cost. The method used in this research is a descriptive method by making a system about facts which refer to the research object, collecting primary data through interviews and observations about the learning system, and collecting secondary data through a research related to learning systems. The result of this research is the creation of e-learning application that can facilitate all education level especially from elementary to high school level in the understanding of verbal learning materials that can be accessed anytime via internet, as well as the creation of non-monotonous e-learning applications to one party only, but both teacher and student can interact with each other. In addition, users (student) can evaluate themselves on the subject they understand by writing or orally through the video.

Indonesia is a developing country that has used many benefits from various technology to develop various factors of such countries like an economy, education, tourism and others. In this era of information technology is the most dominant sector for society, manual activities in the past have changed with the utilization of information technology both communication, economy, and education. The education world is the beginning of learning for the children nation to advance their homeland. Every school in Indonesia must have been utilizing school based on digital technology that we can adjust to technological developments, it can make Indonesia become a developed country and can compete with other developed countries. Therefore the utilization of information technology is very important to form a creative personality and generate ideas with use technology. The wider insight of technology, more creative ideas are generated. This can give birth to younger smart generation to advanced Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to facilitate the prospective participants in the registration so the applicants do not need to go to the registration venue, minimize transportation costs incurred by the prospective participants, and to facilitate the implementation of competition from various aspects through online way. The method used in this research is collecting primary and secondary data by interview and direct observation to the futsal field, processing data that has been obtained using object-oriented system approach and waterfall system development, and creating a system design using use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The result of this research has increased the participants because they can see schedule information directly by accessing the website, and the team of participants can see the results of the match that has been going on because of the website-based information system built with the concept of a real-time report.

The purpose of this study is to create the information system of academic assessment used in education to facilitate the assessment of students. This research used descriptive analysis method to analyse the requirements contained in the system to be built. Data collection techniques used observation and interview methods to obtain more accurate data to apply to the system. The results of this study indicate that the academic appraisal system facilitates school information about assessing and publishing grades in students and is also expected to be more efficient.

The purpose of this paper is to know the efficiency of online shop in doing any kind of transactions by the consumers and to know that online shop also has the larger opportunity to become an important business. The method used in this journal was survey. This method was used to know which kinds of materials that have ever been purchased and how effective it was to purchase them in an online shopping. The result of the research indicated that online shopping is a good media. One of the goals of this study will be collected as a reference to know the results and the percentage directed towards this survey.

The purpose of the study were to develop the existence of digital applications such as online stores to offer many new opportunities, especially the opportunity to expand market share area with cheaper operating costs and easier business transactions that can be done anywhere. In making these systems, the steps to be taken include research design, types and methods of data collection, methods of approach, and system development. The result of the research was targeted to support and greatly expand the shop's marketing area in growing global market competition. The creation of "Camilan Khas Bandung" online store has main target of supporting and greatly expand the marketing area in growing the competitiveness of global markets. Reintroducing traditional snacks of Bandung that has been laid by many people with fast food, also want to sell it with a navigation feature that allows users to search the snacks on the website that has been built.

This paper involves designing an E-commerce Information system on one of Web-based online shopping. This business classified as a very new stand and join the world of e-commerce. Web-based e-commerce becomes the choice of other media to promote the business, which is expected to be able to expand the media and promotion get a bigger profit from that expected. The method used in this journal was development of prototype system and system approach structured with flow map tools, context diagrams and data flow diagram, data dictionary, table relation. E-commerce information system on one of the online shop in this design will facilitate the admin in data processing, bookkeeping, and media campaigns and facilitate consumers in choosing products from Echtalia shop. With the existence of this system improve the efficiency of time both for consumer and party of Echtalia shop.

The aim of this paper is the development of application learning system using implementation of Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic and Tactile learning model to help mild retarded children in alphabetical and numeric learning. There are 4 stages to go through for application development, which are concept the system to describe of learning model that combine into technology mobile, design system stages to describe the system architecture and requirements specification for system development, Assembly and development software, and last do testing system using pre and post-test involving 33 children with special needs in an educational institution. The application learning system built based on for mobile applications because it can be used by children anywhere and anytime. The Experimental result it show that applications usage showed an increase in understanding of language learning by 26.45% and computational learning by 17.60%, based on that with this application the child can learn to understand the language and calculation better

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of website appearance on consumer buying interest. This study uses quantitative methods based on objective measurement of social phenomena. Each phenomenon is described in several component problems, variables and indicators. Each variable to be measured is given different numbered symbols according to the category associated with the variable so that by quantitative method can produce a result or general conclusion in a parameter. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, questionnaire division, and observation. The results of this study indicate the level of influence of a dynamic website display whether more attractive to consumers or not. The result of this research is expected to become a reference for online shop website developers to improve the quality of the user interface facilities to attract higher consumer interest.

The purpose of this research is to improve product marketing using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy. This research used the descriptive method to analyze market strategy by utilizing Search Engine Optimization. For data collection used interview method of observation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SEO strategy is very useful in improving product marketing.

In this paper, we present the optimization of a university course timetabling (UCT) using memetic algorithms and rule-based approaches. The method will optimize the course timetables adjustment which includes: lecturers, classrooms, time slots, and courses in one week of activity for one semester. Some hard and soft constraints are also applied to test the performance of the algorithm. The results of the experimental tests prove that memetic algorithms combined with some ruled-based approaches can be used optimally for UCT. As for the occurrence of multiple violations of soft constraints, it can be handled by manually correcting the course timetables that have been generated. From some experiments conducted also known that the system has been able to produce satisfactory course timetables, which is to adjust the distribution of timetables needs between lecturers, classrooms, time slots, and courses.

This research attempts to explore the implementation of Data Mining on online shop in Indonesia. Data Mining is a method of collecting data and finding a certain pattern in order to discover new and useful informations. Data Mining has been used comprehensively and effectively by many institutions and for certain purposes. In online store, Data Mining includes the statistical functions on a wide range of functions designed to support statistical performance analysis on the data such as the purchasing of the customers. The method used in this journal was qualitative research which concerned with Data Mining phenomena happened in online retail in Indonesia. The results of implementing Data Mining on online retail is to help the owner when maximizing stock supply, maximizing marketing strategy with market-share that can be seen from the segment of products purchased by customers. Other than that, there is the convenience of sorting products for both buyers and sellers.

The purpose of this research is to utilize the development of internet and technology in Indonesia to be used better, especially in the field of education. The research used descriptive method to explain the information. The data collection divided into primary and secondary data. Furthermore, the system development method used waterfall method. Web-based information processing system must first follow the stages of system procedures such as system flowmap, context diagrams and data flow diagrams. The result of this research is this information system can be one of the options to actualize the utilization of technology in Indonesia especially in the field of education. So, it can be fully computerized and the score processing can be processed perfectly.

The objective of the research is to analyze the advantages of internet marketing on concert ticket purchasing on the website. The method used in this research is an associative method that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The research tested the variables using reliability and validity test. Reliability test was performed to determine whether the questionnaire used is reliable or not, while the validity test was to determine whether the questionnaire used is valid or not. The result shows that the use of internet marketing is effective enough to attract large quantities of buyers because it becomes easier for the buyers to buy a concert ticket without going to the ticket locket.

The purpose of this study is to raise and strengthen the identity of craftsmen knit community in Binong Jati to be officially known as a center model of other craftsman industries community. The method used in this research is community development method with the concept of place making. Place making is used to create a new public space community that aiming to strengthen the identity of Binong Jati area, so it gradually improve the economic, social, and environmental quality around Binong Jati society. The project is progressive and continuous. The result of this industrial community center is to create an industrial center that offers fun and educative shopping experience.

This research aims to develop a system that can help owners and tenants to transact on the web-based PlayStation rental without having to meet in person. The method used data collection method of primary and secondary, and object-oriented the system approach, which supports in web-based information system designs. Through this research can build software tailored to the needs of users, considered the budget, ease of use, and punctually. With the PlayStation rental website can ease and streamline the performance of employees in the activity section of the PlayStation rental data collection process, allowing consumers to rent online, and can reduce fraud between consumers and the courier who will send the PlayStation to the tenant.

This study aims at establishing an attendance system which can facilitate the administration data collection related to employee attendance effectively and efficiently. The method used descriptive scheme, interview and document analysis related to employee attendance to create an effective and efficient attendance system. The results obtained from this study is the establishment of an attendance system that has a function not only for absenteeism but also have the function of saving the status of employee position, working hours of employees, and employment reports of daily and monthly employees. This attendance system serves to assist the secretary to fill employee data, then give the employee daily reports to the vice manager and assist the vice manager in giving the monthly report of employee work to the main manager, so as to make it easier to give an assessment of the performance of company employee for company progress.

This study aims at providing information on the factors that must be considered in building a house in accordance with the climate of Indonesia. The research method used related studies and supporting theories about buildings in tropical climates and interviewed the lecturer who teaches building physics in one of the private universities in Bandung. The results obtained from this research were the creation of a healthy and comfortable house that adapted to the equatorial tropical climate in Indonesia. Considering thermal comfort factors such as wind direction, indoor air temperature, humidity influenced by climate in Indonesia, radiation temperatures entering the house and human physique that will stay in the house and the factors of the creation of a healthy house with attention to the comfort of humans live and indulge in it by applying the concept of sustainable architecture. Human Friendly is a house built according to function and character, Environmentally Friendly is environmentally the friendly house and renewable energy is a house that can produce its own energy or a house that is not wasteful of energy in its use.

This study aims to produce computer-based systems that allow pharmacists to perform their work in pharmaceutical management. This research used the descriptive method to analyze how pharmacies Cibadak Farma handled the drug supplied management activities, sales transactions, purchasing drugs, and reporting manually. Data collection methods used consisted of field research conducted by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The method used prototyping system development. The results show that building computer-based management system pharmacies Cibadak Farma able to handle the processing of drug supplies, processing transactions and making transaction reports based on a particular period to be effective and efficient work.

E-business is one of the latest technologies to open up great opportunities for entrepreneurs. One of the most famous e-business sections of e-commerce. The purpose of the research is to investigate the building of e-commerce design. Additionally, the research was aimed to investigate how e-commerce design influenced the successful of e-commerce. The method used in this research are data analysis and descriptive. Data analysis and descriptive analysis was conducted toward data of one of e-commerce website. The result showed that the building of website design significantly influenced e-commerce successful. The design can be one of key factor to make buyers return to the website and make repurchasing. Further studies can be performed on more specific design on e-commerce.

The purpose of this research is to apply or deliver the study to the schools that have not used the concepts of information technology-based education system in order to become an information technology-based school to create and promote every school in Indonesia. The method used in this research was descriptive method and action method (action). Descriptive method used to test the existing problems by collecting related data, and describe the analysis or reveal the analysis that has been done, while the action method to follow up from the results of the descriptive analysis then implemented the theory in a good system design. The result of this research is that the school with the media-based information technology results Effectiveness, Productivity, Efficiency, increasing the education Quality that is efficient and able to teach the learners in a sustainable manner and resulting high performance in learners academic achievement.

The purpose of this study is to design the system of online sales information in Fashion shop in Bandung, Indonesia. This research used a descriptive method for analyzing how this company can sell its products to a customer. Data collection methods used consist of field research conducted by observation, questionnaire, and interview, while the method of development used system development life cycle method. The results showed that when making a modern business concept, the company will strive to do its best in order to provide good waiter for customer and all people who like fashion world, to make it easier and can be accessed wherever the customer is located and not necessarily go directly to the store then this fashion shop will create a web-based sales information system. In making this web-based sales information, system can begin with a search process to identify and analyze the needs related to the content and features required. This activity was conducted to obtain all the information needed for business process; thus, the application model and sales procedures are in conformity with conventional business processes.

The purpose of this research is to know about the ambiance of the workspace that will affect a person in doing his work in order to create a flexible workspace but still provide a high level of productivity for users. In addition, the readers can know the criteria of design co-working space that can increase the user attraction to use the facilities and co-working space facilities that benefit from good co-working space design for users to give influence to the user on business development and financial aspects. Writing this research begin from several definitions of co-working space, type and typology, and facilities that are in co-working space. The research method is using literature study approach method which is used to analyze how and what are the criteria of good co-working space design as to increase user appeal and develop business from the financial side. The results of this analysis will show that the design of good co-working space will increase the attractiveness of the user so it has the potential to be used as a business space that can be used as a rental office for its users.

The purpose of this research is to design an information system of an inventory online website that can replace manual process in supporting the fulfilment of information requirement, assist data processing with computerization, and assist the processing of stock data, materials and orders using computer media. Prototype method was used to develop the system. The method used in this paper was descriptive analysis method related to online inventory of warehousing system. The goal is to produce an information system of an inventory online website in the form of warehouse information system that can be accessed through computer application. Therefore, this research is done by discussing the flow map of running warehousing system and proposed warehousing system. Information systems that work should be able to facilitate the company as any process that is running in the company, with the information system in inventory activities can replace the manual process is very supportive of the fulfilment of information needs relatively fast, accurate and keep up with the times, errors due to duplication with the validation of data, and can facilitate the processing of stock data, materials & orders using computer media, so as to improve services to all parties who need data quickly.

This research aims to analyze information system in travel business ticket reservation. Method used in this research was observation and interview to collect the data. This research has indicated it can minimize the occurrence of data processing errors because the system formed from add, edit, and delete existing data and incoming data.

This study aims to develop the services of consultants in planning the building through an online store program. This study aims to cultivate an existing consultancy office to become widely throughout the world by taking into account the factors that influence the client's area of interest. The method used in this research is the literature that provides theoretical resources and theoretical reviews of the consultative services in the building. The result of this research is that the bigger a project, the more the problems that must be faced. Therefore, the architectural consultant of the online store client will be more effective and efficient in finding the services of the architectural consultant. The form can be a design solution in the form of two-dimensional or three-dimensional images that are innovative and creative for their clients. Architectural consultation usually involves the design of the building, preparing a development plan for the management of the implementation of the construction of the building. Planning is used as a reference for job implements and the standard of project implementation, including documents, technical specifications, schedule, and budget.

The purpose of this study is to facilitate students in expressing their aspirations in a website that can be accessed by all students to be directly opened by the intended party. This research used the descriptive method to analyze the constraints on students in channeling their aspirations then make the media as its intermediary. Data collection technique is using the interview for the staff of the college. The result of this research is in the form of website design to be implemented in making student aspirations website. These results expect to be a reference material for later in following up with the implementation of the website making aspirations of students.

The purpose of this study is to provide a web-based ordering application that enables customers to place an order food and beverages in restaurant. This research used direct observation to observation in the field of the ordering procedure at the restaurant, the interview method is carried out to the customer, and data collected through research related to the ordering system and manufacturing information systems. Through research methods can be created a system of web-based food ordering information to be applied in the restaurants and know the customers' perception of the web-based ordering system. Web-based ordering application is handy for customers ordering food without having to queue up.

The purpose of this paper is to design a Geographic Information System website as a media to improve and facility that is supported a company. The method used in this research was a descriptive method by making a description of the studied object systematically, factually and accurately about the facts, nature, the relationship among the phenomenon that exists today and system development method used is the method paradigm that is Waterfall. As well as collecting data from the journals related to the object of research and conduct interviews with the owners of the company. The results of this study obtained an information system that can improve the brand, and the application of geographic information system web strategy can be developed into something new as a media campaign of the organization and science broadly and deeply that can involve across the field of science.

The purpose of this research is to identify the development of e-commerce technology in the business world, and the benefits of the application of e-commerce in the online business. The method used in this research was the descriptive method, to present a complete overview of the situation related to some variable situations examined. The result of this research was to identify how far the development of e-commerce technology in the world of online business, as well as the benefits provided by the application of e-commerce in the world of online business. The research was done by discussing the payment transaction system, sales, and reservations made by the business by using e-commerce technology.

The purpose of this study is to improve the manual information systems in pharmacies to design information systems sales, purchases and checking inventory of drugs in drugstore become more efficient. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. Descriptive research itself is a study conducted with the main purpose to provide a description of a particular situation objectively. This research is designed to solve or answer the problems that are being faced in the present situation. Descriptive research also intended to explain the phenomenon or individual characteristics, situations or groups accurately. The result of this research shows that the differences of the old procedure with the proposed procedure lies in the system that still use the file sheets or archives while the proposed is done computerized. With a computerized system, the existing system in the pharmacy will be more efficient.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the Internet in the online business world which is part of the form of development in the era of globalization, the role in the development of online business in Indonesia, both through various applications contained in it, and maximize business potential. This research used descriptive research because the research process is structured. The data collection technique was an interview technique to one of the Arena's experienced staff. This research is expected for the company to use information technology with internet network support in every business process. In order for transactions and the profits will be increased, effective and more efficient.

The use of digital technology and internet in electronic commerce (e-business) that is used as a medium of communication, same work with business partners, and management company. Trading on the internet offers an efficient way for businesses to work with vendors, partners, and consumers through extranets. The method used in writing this journal is descriptive, to get facts by searching, recording, and collecting data that is analyzed based on science so that will be obtained a fact on the data obtained. The type of research used is a qualitative research model. Qualitative research derives ideas and opinions so that it becomes an insight or science. As a result, it is a highly competitive environment where excellence is innovative companies.

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of e-commerce that is expected to provide significant benefits in the business world. Companies that are able to properly implement e-commerce can grow the number of profits, increasing customer numbers, in addition to giving a positive impact on the development of e-commerce business is not profitable. The method used was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This method was used to describe the phenomenon of business actor activity in utilizing e-commerce to increase the sales force of the business. With the utilization and use of internet technology, the role of e-commerce is expected to provide great benefits for the company. The result of this research shows that companies that are able to utilize e-commerce can improve competitiveness and sales.

The objective of this research is to maximize the use of electronic learning and the use of teacher and advancing the education system in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis. The result of this research indicated that the Go-study is maximizing teaching opportunities for anyone, especially prospective teachers, multiplying teachers in Indonesia, and becoming one of the promising evolution of the existing teaching system in Indonesia. The research is expected to inspiring a large number of graduates to perform learning process easier.

The aims of this study was to determine the level of customer service quality in Railway Station in Yogyakarta based on the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy. This study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is that all customers who had been a passenger train at the station in Yogyakarta. Method of data collection quota sampling technique with a sample of 200 subsequent data analysis conducted with SERVQUAL (item-by-item analysis and gap-by-dimention dimention gap analysis) and Importance-performance analysis (IPA). The survey results revealed that the quality of customer service in Yogyakarta Lempuyangan Railway Station is still considered bad by the customer.

The purpose of this research is to determine the system requirements by analyzing the need to establish "student store API" platform (API-STURE) and designing the API-STURE platform business process as preparation for future development. The method used in this research are Observation by observing the business process on some online sales, Interview by asking the students who make the API and Study of literature by finding the discussion of these points of research are similar and have been discussed previously. The result of this study shows that this application makes the students become famous by people who use the API if a reputable company recruit the employees using online selection method.

This project involves designing and bulding a system in a coffee shop. The method of data collection used in this journal was interview. The approach method used to design and build this system is through object oriented approach, which one of the main principles is the form of abstractions. The SCRUM method is also used to manage a project or as a method of software development. The goal is to show whether this system can support all online business processes such as online ordering, online transcations, and product catalogs that are accessible to everyone. The result of this scientific paper making is that the role of technology can support to maximize our business effort especially on every business process, for example case study which writer use in making of this scientific paper is coffee shop Ninyuh Kopi which where writer try to make design and system development web-based online shop using object-oriented approach method or OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) using UML diagramming tool which includes use case diagram, scenario, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, object diagram, component diagram, and deployment diagram, while for software development method writer use SCRUM method.

The aims of the research is to investigate internet and Social media as the promotion tools and to what extend the effectiveness on it. The method performed is data analysis and descriptive analysis on media social data. study case was conducted on the tourism destination promotion to investigate the effectivness of social media. The results indicated that the internet and social media highly influences the amount of tourist visitation on the tourism destination. It means internet is highly effective as promotion tools. Further reasearch need to be conducted on more specific indicator.

The research aims at investigating the application of website IT and its role on online store. The study case is performed on one of online store. Data analysis was conducted one the online store website to analyse the role of IT-Based Web and its efficiency on online store as generating income activity. The result showed that the IT-Based Web is highly effective to support sales and the successful of online store. This is due to IT-Based Web has many excellence compare to the conventional shop. The website is able to reach large community and IT-Based Web can make the transaction easier to performed. Further research on more specific design of website should be performed in the future.

This study attempts to utilize the role of information technology in globalization era as a media of advertisement. This journal used descriptive analytics method which analysed several e-commerce case studies in Indonesia. Data collection techniques used are observations in which data are collected systematically about the events or facts. The result of this research is information technology in the form of internet can be said very effective for advertisement publication and save profit. The results of this study are expected to be a literature or reference for entrepreneurs who are running their business in order to take advantage of the role of information technology, especially e-commerce in marketing their products.

This study discusses the increasing of SME marketing in Kab. Belitung through the online market. Today the development of tourism in the Belitung is increasingly rapidly, bringing many new business opportunities. The purpose of this research is to build a business chain in the field of tourism involving SMEs through the online market, knowing what business opportunities can be implemented through the rapid development of tourism as well as with the development of technology now. This research uses observation method that is by going directly to the field to find out the real situation. The technique of collecting data among others from a Primary data source that is by doing direct observation (Observation), and secondary data source that is by studying data already available or given by party concerned. The results of this study are the creation of business chain through online market, especially in the field of tourism involved in involving SMEs, in this case, the government also plays an important role in providing education and support to business actors about tourism. So it can increase human resources or become experts to be placed in tourism-related institutions.

The purpose of this study is to facilitate and provide an access for the consumers of the clothing store and also promote the website so it can become a media liaison and media business between the clothing store and the consumer. The clothing store website will operate as a sales medium containing catalogs of the clothing store products, the purchasing process and the payment methods. This research used interview method by collecting information and the waterfall method development by using social media as media promotion. The results achieved from this research is the number of demands for clothing Store website to be more attractive by packaging the latest concept so that the selling value of goods, the consumers visit and the purchasing product can increase.

In the procurement of goods and services POKJA conduct auctions and decide the results of the auction. The result of the research are Promethee method that is good in performance, stability, saw, and topsis. They are good in computation and transparency base on analysis rank, reference rank and review rank. The implication is to provide alternative to select the winner of goods and services auction

The purpose of this study is to design the system of online budgeting information on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Indonesia. This research used a descriptive method of analyzing how this company can sell its products to a customer. For data collection methods used consist of field research conducted by observation, questionnaire, and an interview. The results showed that to facilitate the company to manage the data planning and execution of the budget, decision makers get accurate, relevant information and simplify decision making/policy for the future. The application has developed a system of information e-budgeting web-based and open source.

This study aims at developing a confection service using the website as a medium of promotion and ordering. The methods used in this research were the descriptive method, and the data searched in primary and secondary through the journal of research related to the promotion and ordering web-based. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can determine the educational information of a Facebook user account even though the school information is hidden. Facebook as a social media that provides features for users to display user data in detail including the school or college a person is coming from. But the problem occurs when user privacy is enabled so that it cannot be found by other users and also search results that are still too broad in looking for someone. To determine the alumni then made an assessment of the peoples based on existing data derived from social media users. The attribute used to determine the calculation of the alumni information is school name, friend status, user hometown, user current location, user event page, and user like page. The calculation result show that if more number of event page and like the same page between user, then about more than 80% chance of both user have ever or is studying in same school. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that the attributes of current location and hometown play an important role to determine between users coming from the same school.

System design is an advanced stage of an ongoing system analysis. And as a reference in updating or improving the performance of existing systems, system design is required.

The purpose of this study is to examine how significant Laravel framework on the website can be used to strengthen the brand image of Higher-Education Institutions (HEI). Laravel is currently known as the best programming tool for PHP-based web development that is very interactive and intuitive. The methodology used was literature study, observation, interviews, questionnaires, as well as the collection of related documents. The study was conducted by a case study on the website of one Private University in Bandung. Validity test was performed by Alpha Cronbach formula; reliability tests by Spearman's correlation and Man Whitney test were performed on the questionnaire data to analyze the significance of Laravel framework towards each brand image indicator. The results showed that the application of Laravel framework on the new website could support the brand image of HEIs significantly on all indicators of brand image of Reputation, Recognition, Affinity, and Brand Loyalty when compared to the old web without Laravel framework. The implication of the research result is due to the Application of Laravel framework has a broad function to support quality of the new website. The results can be used as useful information for web development strategies to strengthen the brand image of the HEI.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the indoor localization Algorithms in wireless sensor. Localization is one of the critical techniques in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The implementation of localization can be used to determine object's position in the environments that could be applied both indoor and outdoor with several algorithms to estimates distance such as range-based and range-free. In this paper, the purpose of this study was to comprehensive survey of algorithms to optimize the trade-off between localization performance for an indoor area. Additionally, we discuss the application where the location information is crucial to estimate. The results of these localization algorithms comparison depict that the DV-Hop algorithm is more outstanding to detect the object location an indoor due to hop among sensor nodes rather than other algorithms with maximal range location up to 20 m, while the shortest ranges localization is TOA and TDOA with 60 cm and 90 cm, respectively.

This paper aimed at licensing documents verification. Licensing can be interpreted as one form of implementation of regulatory functions and controlling nature owned by the government against activities undertaken by the community. The purpose of this research is to add QR code and transport layer security (TLS) feature to the licensing document verification system. The technologies used in the research are QR code and digital signature for the speed of access and security of licensing documents, and TLS to ensure safe communication during the process verification. QR code that is included in licensing document, contains the serial number and an access code that serves as an access key to the permission data stored in the system and then the data signed using a digital signature. The licensing document authenticity can be verified using mobile application and web page. To secure communication session between the verification application with the system, TLS is applied on the server so that all communication session is encrypted. The result of this research, licensing documents that have QR code is harder to forge and can be verified quickly, moreover, TLS complete the service by encrypting all communication session thus the communication session is more secure.

The purpose of this research is to minimize the total cost of raw material inventory more economically in accordance with the production needs. Economic Order Quantity is the method used to support this research. For this purpose, this method generates total inventory cost consisting of a minimum ordering cost and carrying cost. From this result, the inventory level and the number of raw material demand become more economic suitable with the production needs. It is because this method applies two types of cost, carrying cost and ordering cost that make the total inventory cost become more economically. So, this method can use to get the most economical total inventory cost and reduce storage cost swelling.

The priority of zakat distribution is local mustahiq (a person who receives zakat) where the muzakki (muslim who are obliged to pay zakat) live. Therefore, this modelling can help aamileen to manage muzakki and mustahiq data and distributes zakat. Thus, zakat funds can be distributed evenly and appropriately targets to the local mustahiq.

Physical needs refer to aspects of provision and feasibility, accessibilities, and safety; cognitive needs refer to achieving comfort and pleasure within space; and social needs refer to social affiliation, connection, and relation. Provision and feasibility regards as significant for best use satisfaction and important factors in a successful open space design process. Common space of the village facilitates various activities differed into ritual activities consist of custom and religious ritual activities regard as communal activities, and non–ritual activities consist of daily and tourist's activities regard as common activities. In the other hand village is not formally designated for tourism; in fact, village is still opened to the tourists. To this extent, village could not evade tourists influence, how the use satisfaction of the common space would be. In regard with physical needs the village has been degraded in safety aspect; in regard with cognitive needs the village can fulfil the physical aspect; in regard with social needs the village can achieved all aspects. In fact, the more rigorous research is still needed concerning quality improvement.

The purpose of this study was to see visual imagery and a social reality. Cirebon is one of the tourist destination city because it has cultural value, history, and architectural value. As a location with many tourists, it becomes a place with economic potential that attracts many parties, even for beggars. Tourism and beggars, like two sides of a coin, one side prioritize physical beauty and display a positive impression, while the other side shows a beggar activity that shows the social gap of the existing society. The purpose of the paper is to explore the characteristics of beggars and the use of space by beggars. Descriptive research conducted at Sang Cipta Great Mosque, Kasepuhan, Cirebon, during the period of 2016-2017. Content analysis was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with ten beggars and a number of tourists performing ritual activities around the mosque. The conclusion shows that beggars and tourists in Sang Cipta Great Mosque area have a mutualism symbiotic relationship that needs each other. The implications of the research have an impact on knowledge inputs for tourism businesses and contribute as inputs to government policies related to the tourism industry.

The purpose of this research was to develop a new algorithm to find the shortest pathfinding that can be implemented on a digital way-finding map. The standard algorithm used for pathfinding is Dijkstra and A*. But for a large search space, the A* and Dijkstra need a large amount of CPU and memory resources. Whereas pathfinding algorithm is usually embedded in devices with limited memory. So, we make the algorithm which requires less memory. In order to make a less memory algorithm, we modify the Breadth First Search (BFS) and Bidirectional Search (BS) algorithm and use the cost graph and modify adjacency matrix. We have tried to reduce the runtime of our algorithm using the modify adjacenvy matrix. The proposed algorithm is then tested for path finding at the institution that has several buildings with many floors where staircase position is not uniform on each floor. The test results were then compared with Djikstra, A*, IDA*, and HPA*. The experiment results showed that our algorithm is faster than the A*, IDA* and Djikstra algorithm. This is because the algorithm that we designed only need to make modify adjacenvy matrix once, so it can reduce the computation time. However, for cases involving multiple floors, our algorithm is not faster than HPA *, but approached. From the test results can be concluded that our algorithm can be implemented in the case of searching the route on buildings that have many floors.

This research aimed at finding relevances Vector Machine for summarization. The needed of producing an automatics text summarization create the research of text summarization continues to develop. One way to create an automatic summarization is by choosing the sentences which contain the main topics and reassembled them into a summary. The usage of Supports Vector Machine method (SVM) able to select summary sentences. The Relevance Vector Machine (RVM) appears as a further development of the SVM. This method performs a good result in a classification of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data. Therefore, in this research, it examined the ability of RVM in the text summarization. Extracting the sentences used eight features, they are the length of the sentence, the sentence position, the containing of numerical data, the thematic words in the sentence, the similarity of the title, the sentence similarity, the sentence lexical cohesion before and after. There are 1509 training sentences and 214 testing sentences from 100 text documents. The result showed that using Radial Basis Function the accuracy of the RVM reached 63.084%. The RVM performance shows a better result than the SVM, 2% higher than the SVM result and uses fewer vector supports.

The purpose of this study was to plan strategic public space based on A generation preferences. Human behaviour considered as a basic factor in architecture planning and design. As human, architecture always develop in line with human development and the tendency of human behaviour. The condition of politics, economy, security and technology development until now has affected the behaviour tendency, especially the generation Z (human who born after 1995). This generation is generations who have grown up in rapid digital technology development, and these generations are the productive generation until next decade. Hence, this research aim is to identify some facility in public space based on generation Z needs and preferences, as a benchmark for public space architecture strategic planning and design. This research is an explorative research, so then the data collecting use open questionnaire method which collected to 220 data from Z generation. Sampling phase will take with snowball sampling online questionnaire. The data those have collected will analyse with Distribution and Cluster Analysis. The results show that shopping mall became the most visited public space by generation Z, it seems from distribution analysis result. From distribution analysis about their favourite activities in their favourite public space, the most activities done in public space are shopping, eating and adventuring. Thus, it can be formulated several criteria of public space which favoured by generation Z are flexible, unique, give enough privacy, and contemplative.

The purpose of this research was to measure the level of lean performance. Lean manufacturing is a concept that implements waste elimination that can improve effectiveness and efficiency. Implementation of this research using waste relationship matrix to know the relationship between seven waste and last use waste assessment questionnaires to get the final weight of the rank of seven waste. Defect is the number waste (21,57%) and then waste of waiting (16,67%). By using this method, we can be using quantitative data by objective factor. It can be easier to reduce waste and improve industrial productivity. The impacts of ineffective and inefficient production processes are poor performance and not smooth production. Producing products effectively and efficiently is one of the goals of manufacturing companies.

ASEAN has been entering ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) since 2015 and for Indonesia this is one of the moments to grow up the economy and integrated within ASEAN Economic Development. Indonesia would be faced with some challenges and opportunity on AEC, specially related to architectural business consultancy. However, we have to know about awareness, readiness of some of the architectural business consultancy in Indonesia to face with AEC. The purpose of this paper is identifying some variable and measuring the effect of those variables on awareness and readiness of architectural consultancy company in Indonesia on facing with AEC as a challenges and opportunity of this business, especially in Bandung Region. The data analysis technique used in this paper is quantitative analysis techniques with using questioners to identify of some variables. Some of readiness and awareness indicators have been identified such as image of the company, architectural ability, financial of the company, marketing system, managerial system, human resources, and English language skill.

The purpose of this study was to design of electric wheelchair. A wheelchair is a tool for people with disability. In general, a wheelchair is still controlled by hand or using a Joystick electrically, so users with a disorder can perform activities without any help. The research was designed to help disabilities who do not have hands and feet. So there needs to be wheelchair control without the use of hand or foot muscles. Therefore, it is designed an electric wheelchair that can be controlled based on brain wave activity using EEG sensors. EEG sensor is a device that can detect the activity of human brainwaves, this sensor can be used for control on a movement direction of a wheelchair, based on the parameters Blink detection and Attention. The laptop device is used as a LabVIEW-based programming control center that is associated with the Arduino as a communication between input and output components. As well as the ultrasonic distance sensor HCSR-04 is used as a wheelchair safety. Wheelchair movement can be controlled automatically, with the movement forward, backward, turn right and turn left, with an average success rate of 80%. This is because there is instability in detecting brain signals. Wheelchair ability in bringing user load is less than 130 kg.

This research is conducted to analyze various techniques and ways of attack that usually done on the internet website, in order to implement various ways of handling so that the existing website can be more secure against the attack so that the data contained in the server. The results have been obtained that is known some weaknesses and attacks that occur on a website. This research used htaccess technique and website script for security improvement. But, the improvements that have been done still cannot guarantee the website 100% safe, it is because that in the world of data security in addition to the web and server side is fixed, must also be viewed from the network security.

The purpose of this study was to look at an alternative way of enlarging the strength of the moment connection on cold formed steel structures using the grooved clamping plate. To support the research we use the experimental method of testing the moment connection on the cold formed steel with the addition of grooved clamping plate. Experimental results show that the cold formed steel moment connection using the grooved clamping plate can be significantly increased compared to a cold formed steel moment connection that only increases the diameter of the bolt and the distance between the bolts. From these results, it is known that the addition of the grooved clamping plate at moment connection can give a nominal moment force increase of almost 200%, whereas the addition of bolt spacing and diameter gives only a nominal moment force increase of almost 50%. Of course, this experimental result will be an alternative innovation in terms of enlarging the strength of the moment connection on cold formed steel.

The objectives of this study are to assess appropriate method for sustainability level in developing Majalengka region, to apply chosen method, and to analyze the result. The methods are literature review and direct calculation to estimate sustainability level in regional development. Sustainable Development Indicators (SDI), Environmental Sustainability Index (ESI), Ecological Footprint (EF) and Wellbeing Index (WI) were assessed as an appropriate method. Wellbeing Index is used to analyze the level of sustainable regional development in Majalengka. The result of the calculation shows that wellbeing index (WI) is 75 and wellbeing stress index (WSI) is 2.72. The value of WSI is between OK and medium band, this shows that the pressure to increase human wellbeing has not override ecosystem pressure. The level of sustainability in the barometer of sustainability is in the medium position, this position is "almost sustainable" for both ecosystem and human system (households). This result is used to recommend Majalengka region stakeholders in formulating development policy.

Bicycles for children are widely available on the market in various shapes, sizes and types. The currently available bicycles types in the market are the regular bike that cannot be folded and the folding bike. Although the folding bikes can be folded into smaller sizes but the bike still take much space when it stored, especially if desired to stored the bike in a storage or a case and the bike will be stored for a long time This paper aims at generating concept design of frame and handlebar of children's portable bicycle that does not take much space when storage and can be carried easily, using conceptual design method. Six concept variants have been generated from a range of possible concepts by combination of solutions in the morphological chart and the best concept variant has been evaluated and selected based on a set of criteria using Pugh concept selection method.

The purpose of this study was to design the Portable LED Lamp to overcome the problem of the need for power sources and lighting for outdoor activities such as camping, mountain climbing or long trips. The equipment is made up of solar cells that charge the charger through a charge controller to turn on the LED light or recharge the phone battery. The method used in this research is float charging by using the main components of LM7805 voltage regulator. The charger battery used is Li-Ion (Lithium-Ion) which is cheaper, easy to maintain and does not contain harmful substances so it is quite safe when compared to Ni-Cd (Nicke-Cadmium) and Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride). The advantages of this made system is the lithium battery can be recharged its electric charge by using solar cell power source and PLN power grid.

The purpose of this study is to know the complexity of a project so that the time and cost of project work in accordance with the needs and the company can complete the project on time. The complexity of a project can be defined as something consisting of so many interrelated sections that can be operated in the context of difference and interdependence. The method used to achieve research objectives using the Function Point Method. Function point method is a method used to estimate the complexity of a software project, providing project volume estimates in the form of development resources required before the project is undertaken. This estimate provides an important basis for providing estimates of the resources required by software companies to prepare tender proposals and project plans. One of the problems encountered in software project development is that the project experiences delays in its completion due to errors in estimating the complexity of the project undertaken and impacting the time and cost of the project. Function point method can prevent or reduce the error of project cost plan. By using the Function Point method, the complexity of software projects can be known so that the time and cost of project work in accordance with the needs and the company can complete the project on time.

The purpose of this study was to know the risk of project management analysis. Performance Indicator Project is a temporary activity that has been established beginning of its work and the time of completion to achieve specific and unique goals and outcomes that aims to produce a useful or value-added product or novelty. In a project no risk will always be attached to it. A project will be confronted by many unanticipated risks so the success of a project to achieve its project objectives should be based on clear risk management from planning to completion of the project. PT.XYZ is a company engaged in construction. Currently PT. XYZ is working on a car plant development project. The risks considered at this stage of project planning are considered to be the same, the way to deal with each risk does not consider the impact of risk and does not have a clear mechanism in its mitigation arrangements. Problems arise when a risk occurs at the time of project execution that there is a mistake in determining the level of interest of the risk so that it effects on the mitigation. The impacts associated with the project are increasing the cost and time of the project so that it is not in accordance with the project planning that has been estimated previously. So, the purpose of this study is to assist the project team in implementing risk management on the project by determining the level of risk importance, taking into account the magnitude of the impact of the risk and determining the mitigation of the risk by involving the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM).

The purpose of this study was to implement telecontrol of solar home system. Implementation of Internet of Things in this research is used to support the design of monitoring system to control electric power load generated by solar panel. The design of the system begins with a field comparative study and then simulated before it is manufactured and tested system parameters that include current, power and duration of time when the device connected power load control via internet network. The technique used is to collaborate the value of current and voltage measured by the current and voltage sensors as the value of power used. The results show that during the charging of energy within 10 hours obtained average power of 1.35 Watt when the maximum power is measured at 5.2 Watts. The moment of discharging takes place the battery's reserve energy is capable of switching on 4 lamp loads over a period of 30 minutes with current and average power consumption of 1.16 A and 14.35 Watt respectively when the process of sending data from the microcontroller to web server done within ± 7.9 seconds. Therefore, the system designed to work well and is able to provide convenience for users in controlling and controlling the use of power in real-time at a very long distance.

The aim of the study was to investigate the financial behavior of employees regarding financial literacy and spending habits based on gender. The cluster sampling was used in this study and 60 employees consist of 30 male and 30 females were chosen and the analytical method used is different test of independent sample t-test for normally distributed data, while Mann-Whitney test for distributed data is not normal. The result showed that financial literacy behavior and spending habits between male and female employees were not different. Male and female employees had low level of financial literacy and they had tight spending habits the study also found that male and female employees did not have appropriate knowledge to manage their financial especially in managing investment and loan. This result in increasingly tight spending which caused they still have to deal with the monthly instalment payment in the long run.

The purpose of this study is to create an application which functions automatically with high accuracy when analyzing bank customer data. This needed due to non-performing loans occurring frequently caused by the inaccuracy of credit analysts in the assessment of creditworthiness. This can be seen in the incident occurred in a public bank located in Bandung. This bank does not have the database that serves to accommodate data history and the method used in assessing creditworthiness is merely based on the simple statistical analysis. This leads to reduced accuracy and speed in the decision-making process. This research applies Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method, a Data Mining technique. This helps credit analysts to select customers who are truly eligible to be given credit so that non-performing loan can be avoided. NBC calculates the probability of one class from each group of attributes and determines which class is most optimal. The accuracy of the NBC sampling test from 501 data is 94% compared to the decision made by a credit analyst. It can be concluded that this application is very helpful for credit analysts in recommending customers who are eligible for a loan to the bank's decision maker.

This research is aimed to produce a database design that can be used in business simulation game application to improve decision making ability of industrial engineering students. The method used in this design is SDLC method that begins with simulation modelling, conceptual data modelling, logical database design, physical database design, and database implementation. The results of this design are seven relations consisting of scenario, simulation, period simulation, company, supplier, advertisement, and modes. The design results will be used in the development of business simulation game applications that will be used in the learning process of students.

The purpose of this study was to design and analysis on data warehouse of personnel administration system using time series. The success of the company in performing its business activities is definitely supported by reliable system administration job. Abundant data within the company; employee information, attendance data, leave the data, the increase in the classroom, increase salaries and allowances requires good management in the order. To assist in the management of personnel data in the study, analysis and design on data warehouse is done in the administration section personnel to facilitate the collection of employee data, monthly and annual reports. The method used in the data warehouse design, data retrieval is done form related sources through extraction, transforming, and loading (ETL) process. After the data warehouse is formed, then conducted data analysis of the presence of the employee with a period of time, either the monthly attendance data analysis as well as using the annual time series algorithm. Process analysis is used to look at trend data is the presence of any employee that can be used to analyze the performance of each employee. This process then continues with the creation of reports on performance of employees which can be used for strategic decisions at the management level. The results obtained from this study showed that the application of data warehouse in staffing information systems conducted to obtain information that can support strategic decisions at the management level. Thus, the design and implementation of data warehouse in power system can help collect data, analyze data, create a report and present the data in a form of employment that can be used to aid strategic decisions at the management level.

The planning processes in construction industry nowadays develop the project management plan and the projects documents to carry out the project. The system being built is purposed to help project manager do project planning such as analyse risks probability and risks impact on projects using Probability Impact Matrix (PIM), and for project scheduling by showing the relationship between activities using Precedence Diagramming (PDM) method in order to project manager know the optimal project timing estimation. Based on the analysis and the results of system testing already done, it can be concluded that the system could help the project manager in identifying the risks that are likely to negatively affect project implementation and help project manager in scheduling project. The cause of delay in project are there are no risk recorded, ignoring the risks that could have negative impact on the implementation of project, and there is no risk handling, and then the scheduling done by the project manager did not show the specific relationship between the project activity. Then system is expected could help project managers to implement monitoring and controls in project execution.

Mobile POS is a portable computer device that is used especially as POS (Point of Sales) purpose and it is link to input and output device such as barcode scanner and thermal printer, installed with special software for POS. This paper is a proposed two types design of implementation Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS), which are using Mini PC Raspberry Pi and Smartphone Android OS. Both solution passed the functional test and the comparison between both is performed, which is shows that Raspberry Pi has more economical solution but more difficult to be developed, less comfort and less friendly use than Android Smart Phone based implementation.

In this research is purposed to predict student level competence in sustainability learning through vocational school. Measuring student competence can use a statistical method or intelligent computing process. One method in intelligent computing process is Fuzzy Topsis. An existing problem in this research is every process in evaluation student competence is calculated by mean measure. Challenging process in evaluation competency is use Fuzzy Topsis method. In enrolment Fuzzy Topsis, some variables are needed such as report, psychotest, and teacher recommendation. Result of this research is level of student competency major in vocational schools. Using the data for 270 students, Precision test has calculated 75.60% and Recall test has 96%. This percentage is gained by calculate confusion matrix that differentiate between competence and not competence student level. Impact of this research is competency process can be efficient and effective on processing by Fuzzy Topsis. Other impact is measuring competency can be simple and dynamic than conventional method that used simply mean measure.

This paper aims the study of designing an English learning system for blind children. Instrument designed is interactive learning media so hopefully blind child will be easy to be interested and active to learn. The processing hardware used is Raspberry Pi (as its main brain). Learning system mode is made of two kinds, namely learning mode (text to speech method) and question mode (speech to text method). The result of this research is a model for learning letters recognition and English pronunciation tool. The design of this tool using Raspberry Pi 3, because the Raspberry Pi 3 is a computer system that is integrated with the supporting components required in voice recognition processing and text to voice conversion. The design of this model does not cost much, because it only uses a mini PC that is Raspberry Pi 3 as the main component. However, in previous research, interactive learning of braille for children using linguistics requires a lot of hardware and requires teachers in its use. the learning media is expected to help the blind child in learning the characters and English words and also expected this instrument can be used for use in the school blind.

The purpose of the study was to integrated information system for radio frequency identification based administration and academic activities on higher education. Technology based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the environment industry and in the environment of education has been widely applied. In, using the RFID system has penetrated many sectors, from manufacturing, distribution, retail goods storage, hospitals and education. RFID system in Environmental Education has been widely used for Student ID Card, library, attendance and for control of the room automatically. However in the application/usage of RFID system is still designed/designed separately which can lead to instability of the interbank data system built. To fix the issue, conducted a study on the use of RFID technology is integrated to academic and administrative services that are required. System academic administration and service that will enhance any RFID functions used in the transaction. With many RFID data from each service, an integrated RFID information systems needed to manage and monitor any data services. The data used in any transaction using the academic administration and service system will increase every time the RFID is used in the transaction. The RFID data with quite a lot of any services, either for an absences, the student, library services and parking service system, integrated RFID information systems needed to manage and monitor each data service. This integrated information system serves to academic and administrative services under the RFID platform. With this information system, data processing as well as academic and administrative services into a more effective and efficient. In addition to the data management, integrated information system can help in making the report and provide the necessary information to other systems that need to support specific strategic decisions related to administrative services and the academic.

The result, showing that the best market area is Bekasi, Indonesia. Because bekasi, Indonesia has a higher value from the other candidate. So Bekasi, Indonesia is the market area that has high potential to give positive impact on sales volume.

The purpose of this research is to help the Department of Transportation in supplying emission testing tool which achievable and can used by citizens which mean as portable emission testing tools. This research using experimental method by measuring carbon monoxide (Co), hydrogen (Hc), and nitrogen oxide (Nox) using sensor which connected to smartphone. The result of the research is prototype vehicle emission testing tools L3 category or motorcycle category. The problem is the expensive price to get the vehicle emission testing tools. Then, comparison between emission testing tools with vehicle no comparable each other. There for, it necessary to develop alternative emission testing tools. This prototype vehicle emission testing tools using approach same parameter with existing testing tools. This tool is expected to assist the public in testing the emissions of private vehicles, before being tested by Department of Transportation.

The purpose of this research is to use two-dimensional MPS method to simulate the fluid relocation process from a certain height using water and its interaction with the solid surface. The phenomenon of fluid flow can be applied to the case of nuclear reactors. This research was conducted to see the fluid flow motion and its interaction on a solid surface, which was simulated by MPS method. This research performed several variations of parameters with the motion of falling water with various obstacles. The variation conditions were conducted to see the relationship between the parameters and the mechanism of falling liquid and its splash. As for simulation, validation is done by doing an experiment using the simple instruments. The obtained results of simulations with MPS method show acceptable agreement with the experiment.

The purpose of the study was to strategic planning and implementation of academic information system based on website with D&M model approach. The rapid development and progress of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) today can not be dammed again. Most people follow the rhythm and flow of this development, with increasing public demand for quality of service especially in the education world such as website-based academic information system. Specialized in schools, in this case it is necessary to provide quality education services, so it is necessary to support the quality of information accurately, precisely, and quickly by using the Academic Information System (AIS) based on a good site. This study aims to analyze the implementation of web-based AIS devoted to SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin and its effectiveness. Qualitative methods are used that analyze needs and strategic planning and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data were processed and analyzed using value chain analysis and SWOT analysis methods, analysis of the effectiveness of AIS application was performed using DeLone and McLean (D&M) IS success model. The conclusion of this research is SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin has internal strength and high chance to apply AIS based on website, and analysis result show that AIS effective with level of effectiveness equal to 81.07% from expected criterion.

The aims of this research is meant to analyze product bundling involving complex data composed of consumer reviews and selling transaction numerical data. One of the Association rule implementations is by product bundling analysis. Textual data extraction used sentiment analysis. Bundling analysis involving the corresponding complex data used Association Rule and K-Means Clustering method for data sorting used to form transaction data as input to the Association Rules. Result this research the products to be bundled are products that have qualified characteristics taking into account buyer reference and sales data. It is expected that the proposed method to find the bundle of products can increase the potential of sales.

The purpose of the study was to odometry method and rotary enconder for wheeled soccer robot. There are several methods to determine the accurate position of soccer robot movement in a room where the other is the best chosen odometry method. The method of determining the position of the wrong movement is used on the soccer robot. The researchers of soccer robot keep doing research and development, including the researchers from Indonesia. In Indonesia, there is a robot contest that is called Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI) which has five categories, one of them is a Kontes Robot Sepak Bola Indonesia. In KRSBI there are 2 division. That are Humanoid robot and wheeled robot. Wheeled Soccer Robot has many ability such as searching ball, searching goal keeper, avoid the enemies, control the wheel's speed and define the robot coordinate. In this research focused to determine the position of wheeled robot in the room. In previous research, previous authors used the Global Positioning System (GPS) and only know the position of robots outdoors. If a wheeled robot is applied indoors with the GPS method having an error (0.18%). Base on that condition, author use 3 Omni-wheels as the movement tool and use odometry method to define the position of the robot. This robot used Arduino as it main controller. Besides, rotary encoder is used to produce pulse for indicating movement, position, and direction of the robot which will go to the target of the ball. The author is expected to be able determine the coordinates of the robot in accordance with the actual robot position in the room and implement the odometry method to adjust the speed of the motor. Results from this research is position of odometry method (0.13%). Conclusion of this research odometry method more higher accuracy then GPS method.

This research method looks at the phenomenon on conventional banking in Indonesia by looking at the impact of technology and digital. The first phenomenon is the rapid development in the world currently occur in the digital economy, one of which is a digital-based financial service known as financial technology (FinTech). The second phenomenon is digital technology has been able to change the behavior of Indonesian people in all aspects of life, such as electronic books, electronic newspapers, online sales and public transportation (taxis and motorcycles). The third phenomenon is FinTechs services in Indonesia include Payment channel system, Digital Banking, Online/Digital Insurance, Peer-to-peer (P2P) Lending and Crow funding. Banks should be able to balance the development of this digital technology by providing new products that are close to customer's wishes. There is a gap that has not been served by banks in Indonesia that resulted in the emergence of potential benefits that can be taken by Start-up Company (pioneer) FinTech in providing services and banking products. Banking in Indonesia can synergize with start-up companies (pioneer) FinTech by changing its business process by doing Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 8 Surabaya is a State Owned Enterprise which operates rail transport services covering passenger and freight transport especially in East Java Province. This study aims to determine a forecasting model that able to provide prediction number of train passengers in relation Surabaya-Jakarta so as to help PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 8 Surabaya anticipate the increase of train passengers by using Seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA) models. The data used in this research is secondary data from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 8 Surabaya on January 2012 until July 2017. Data collected then processed and analyzed using SARIMA method. Various SARIMA models were assessed and the best one was selected. Then, the models was evaluated based on normality of the residuals distribution, correspondence between the fitted and real amounts, and calculation of Sum Squared Residual. The results shown that the best time series model based on minimum Sum Squared Residual (SSR) is SARIMA Model (0,1,1)(1,10)₁₂. Based on analysis using SARIMA model (0,1,1)(1,10)₁₂ obtained the forecasting of Surabaya – Jakarta train passengers in January 2018 until July 2018 ranged from 119,495 – 161,685. Higher volume of passengers flows in July 2018 resulted by school and college holidays. Seeing the increasing trend of passengers during peak season especially in July, it is expected that PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya will improve performance so that the increasing number of railway passengers can be maintained.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the readiness and the implementation of the 2013 curriculum or K13. Improving the quality of education services requires the existence of data processing coupled with appropriate and adequate information technologies. Especially, data processing value that uses the 2013 the latest curriculum of Indonesia, namely the 2013 curriculum or K13, where the 2013 curriculum is conducted based on competence oriented on learning process, character building, and skills. In other words, this curriculum is qualitative. Acknowledging the procedures system of final value data processing, the contents consist of presence data and value data of each subject in the 2013 curriculum, the objective of this article is to propose and design new systems that can help and simplify the process of final value creation. There are two methods used in making this final value: approach method and development method. The approach method is the method of approach with Object Oriented Analysis (OOA). The tool is Unified Modeling Language (UML). Meanwhile, the development method used is the prototype method. This research result is the 2013 curriculum software that has functions or features in accordance with the desired, especially able to answer existing problems. The implication of the findings is in the form of the 2013 curriculum software that was made as the research result to show contribution to science in the theoretical model of problem solving.

Currently, many ways are done by companies, shops or markets in increasing sales including strategic planning in sales. One of the strategy used by the management is using information system. In efficient management of the purchase cost and also goods ordering made based on estimation without knowing the stock of existing goods and could be over stocks and the stocks running out without control. Era of information technology continues to evolve requires new innovations, so it does not seem monotonous in the sales process and can increase sales by providing recommendations to buyers. This research will use apriori algorithm as one branch of data mining to analyze the pattern of consumers pending (market based analysis). An information system sales of building materials using apriori algorithm helps to find patterns in the form of building materials products often purchased simultaneously (or tend to appear together in a transaction) by each customer based on transaction data. The results of this study apriori algorithm can be used to consider in making marketing strategies, sales optimization, as well as consideration for decision making in purchasing building materials.

The purpose of this study was to build Smart Home system using a microcontroller for controlling and monitoring electronic devices. There are 4 stages of building the system, it starts from Information gathering to generate user specification requirements, followed by assembling hardware, developing software, and system testing using blackbox testing and user acceptance test. The built system utilizes Microcontroller that equipped with Wifi module so the user can use the system to monitor usage of electronic devices that exist in their home and also can control the electrical appliance via the internet. Based on the results of system testing, Smart home system to control and monitor electronic devices using the microcontroller. More than 80% of user agreed that this system can reduce the power consumption and save time used by homeowners to check electronic devices before doing an activity outside the home. With this system users no longer feel worried about the status of their electronic Devices while doing activities outside the home.

The purpose of developing an e-diploma system model is to provide an overview of digital files that can be used as documents that have the same validity as paper documents. The validity is obtained through digital signature authentication so that in the future the use of e-diploma can be synchronized with a paper-based diploma. The method used to develop the model is a descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is a model. A printed diploma has a vulnerability that must be considered. Basically, paper documents are easily lost and damaged. Digital signatures are the mechanisms used to guarantee the authenticity of digital documents in the form of digital certificates. Digital certificates issued by the state to maintain its authenticity and integrity. Digital signatures are attached to digital documents. An E-Diploma is given as a companion of the original diploma. The model is developed to show that an E-Diploma may be considered as a valid document in the future, as long as it is authenticated by digital signatures.

The purpose of the study was to build information system monitoring access log database on database server. Data security on the database is an absolute must. Not all users can access the data freely. It should only be accessible to those who have privileges only. Currently, it is still not known easily anyone who accesses the data or database. This research is done so that the built system can know easily who is the user who accesses the data on the server. Built-in web-based system using PHP and MySQL with monitoring and validation techniques on privileged access to the database. The resulting system is able to display the results of monitoring who the user is accessing data in real-time, so it can know which traffic access rights most frequently access the data. With this system can help to increase the use of privilege effectively and can perform monitoring of data, because it can be known for certain user whoever accesses the data.

The purpose of this research is to produce a new scheduling system by minimizing impact and error rate of a new schedule. The algorithm used in this research is the Genetics-Ant Colony algorithm combination with research data taken at the University Computer Indonesia (UNIKOM) and using PHP programming language. Results obtained from this research is the creation of a new scheduling system with success rate above >50% without error and clash. Based on the results of this research, it is expected to contribute the management of scheduling system at a university in finding solutions to find replacement lecturers automatically if there is absence of lecturers who are unable to attend without disturbing other schedules.

The purpose of this research is to create a system consisting of hardware and software for measuring area, circumference and other environmental parameters such as altitude above sea level, temperature, humidity, slope, soil pH and soil water content. Data measurement results can not only be stored on the device but can be forwarded to the web server to be processed into a zoning map. The method used is to obtain GPS coordinate data from the smartphone to determine the location of the land, calculation of area and circumference and altitude above sea level. Meanwhile, to measure soil pH, the water content in the soil, slope, temperature, humidity used several sensors. All this data is sampled by the microcontroller and transmitted serially to the smartphone. Furthermore, all this data is sent to the web server and processed using the web service to generate zonation maps. The results of this study provide an ease impact for surveyors and help the city government to determine the function of land to be effective and can be monitored properly.

Lecturers are required to perform three basic activities to be accomplished each semester, i.e. teaching, performing research, and participating in community services. However, capturing lecturer productivity for the evaluation purposes is a complex problem. This research aims to design and develop a tool to visualize and conceive lecturer workload. Instead of analysing text-based big data distribution, this research adopted interactive visualization approach that offers interaction to support lecturer workload exploratory data analysis. This approach consists of overview, zoom and filter, and detail on demand. The result is able to show the workload of each lecturer in three different level: lecturer level, head of department level, and institution level, thus made it easier to examine each lecturer activity and productivity. The contribution of this research is to provide a visualization tool for determining fair and reasonable workload for lecturers to optimize their productivity and evaluate their work rate distribution.

In this literature review has covered more than 50 articles that can be accessed from a various portal of scientific articles. The purpose of this study is to minimize the purchase cost for each food from the catering menu. Therefore, raw material inventory control method is needed to plan arrival schedule, order schedule, and the amount of ordering of each foodstuff. The technique of determining the amount of ordering (lotting technique) used there are three, namely the least unit cost technique, the lot for lot technique and the least total cost technique. The results of this study indicate that the company can minimize the cost of purchasing food based on lead time, storage time limit, and optimal lotting techniques. Lead time is the period between the order to the delivery time, the storage time limit is how long the best time required for the quality of foodstuffs are maintained, while the lotting technique is the optimal size of order quantity. The lotting technique chosen for each type of food material is different. The cost of purchasing the food consists of the price of the foodstuff, the ordering fee for the type of material and the storage cost for the type of foodstuff. There are 16 types of foodstuffs with the cost of purchasing the smallest raw material with the lot for lot techniques. There are 29 types of foodstuffs with the cost of purchasing the smallest raw materials using the least unit cost techniques. And 10 types of foodstuffs with the least total cost technique as a lotting technique with the purchase of the smallest raw material. Of the 55 types of food raw materials, the company was able to save the cost of purchasing groceries of 33,006,371.75 IDR per month. Of course, in order to apply this planning, the company must provide facilities in order to extend the life of the foodstuff in accordance with predetermined lead time and to ensure the quality of the foodstuff is guaranteed.

Genetic engineering is used to find the value of a high probability, while tabu search to optimize the number of searches and maintaining the high value that is already generated. Musical instrument recognition is an essential subtask in many application regarding in music information retrieval. This research aims at extending the previous research saying that the MFCC used to feature extraction and LVQ method used to classification has good accuracy for musical instrument recognition. To test the methods described have been implemented in an android based application. Looking at the presented results, this research then focuses on to implementation that method for recognition musical instrument based on Aerophone, Electrophone, Chordophone, Idiophone, and Membranophone. The test was performed used 750 dataset with 5 sound source classes, the result of the performance test show that methods has 94.80% accuracy. It can be concluded that MFCC and LVQ methods can be implemented to recognize musical instruments.

The purpose of this study was to show the data visualization of environmental factor in poultry farm. In poultry farm sector, the environmental factors around the cages is important to support the success of poultry farm business. Breeders must have good knowledges about environmental factors, such as temperatures, humidity, and ammonia level. Ignorance of one of these can affect growth of broilers. Management of poultry farms and breeders need tools to facilitate the monitoring processes for environmental factors in their poultry farms. This research will focus in discovering proper data visualization for breeders using data visualization method. Moreover, hidden knowledges in this domain can be extracted too in the process of visualization using DBSCAN method. Software which visualizes all of analyzed information will be developed as main result of this research. By using software that can visualize proper visualization about environmental factors in poultry farm, breeders can make proper strategic decision and decrease less favorable events in their poultry farm.

The objective of this research is to confirm the definition of knowledge and information and their relationship in epistemology perspective. In daily use, information is often wrongly perceived or even confused as knowledge. This confusion may lead people to presume that having information implies having knowledge which is incorrect. In the epistemology perspective, information and knowledge does not always refer to the same meaning. We analyzed the Plato's definition on knowledge and Dretske's view on information and discussed their relationship to confirm each concept place in epistemology. We concluded that information and knowledge exists only in the presence of human beings. In addition, we also affirmed that information can be considered as knowledge as long as the recipient succeed to acquire the meaning indicated by the information symbols.

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether fuzzy mamdani method can be used to determine roasting time in roasting coffee process. Coffee roasting process is one of the important stages in coffee processing, because in the roasting process will determine the aroma of coffee taste. In the roasting process there is often an error in determining the duration of roasting. Improper roasting process will cause the taste of coffee is not as expected. The variables used in the roasting process include temperature, density, water content of coffee, number of copies, size of fire, and time. Since the value of each variable is unclear or uncertain, a fuzzy logic method is needed to solve this problem. Every variable used in the fuzzy method will be determined its fuzzy set. Observation was done by using temperature data 1100C density 700 gram, water content 13%, quantity 1300 gram, and fire size 500C, from observation data got roasting time 10,19 minute, where time data have match with set fuzzy made. The results show that the proposed fuzzy mamdani method can be used as a decision system in determining coffee roasting time.

The objective of this research was to detect groundwater, to provide information of subsurface structures, and to determine the thickness of each layer. Geoelectric method used is the resistivity method. Where the subsurface material resistivity data is obtained by injecting an electric current from the earth's surface below the surface, its current and potential are measured on the earth's surface. The data recording technique used sounding method (1D), which we measure data below the measurement point. The electrode configuration was a Wenner configuration in which the distance of the electrode at the ground surface has the same distance. With a laboratory test unit using a container made of glass 100×10×40 cm3 which contains clay, sand, and water. Due to the complexity of subsurface materials, IPI2Win as data processing software resistivity. From data processing, it can be seen that there were three layers of subsurface material with successive thicknesses of clay (4 cm), sand (12 cm), and water (8 cm). It can be concluded that the tool is able to detect the number of subsurface layers and the thickness of each layer. It could also determine the difference of the type resistivity of each layer type detected.

Submission of information relating to college scheduling in college is very important and is usually done on a semester by the academic section. One of these universities is Universitas Kompueter Indonesia (Unikom) which became object of case study. In determining the scheduling of many aspects that must be considered include the components of the course, lecturer, class, space, and time. All of these components are considered so that the schedule of lectures that will be formed does not happen clashing with each other. In addition, scheduling problems will be more complex if there are many additional terms or constraints. In this study aims to be able to make lecture class scheduling replacement with a combination of genetic algorithms and tabuo search. The first step is done by separating the hard and soft constraints that exist in the lecture problem, and then the best individual search is done by cross-over or cross-breeding process to produce new individual and perform the process of mutation or exchange of individual position in order to produce the best fitness value of the previous individual. The advantage of using a tabu search algorithm allows for the absence of duplicate individual processes. Therefore, the combination of these two algorithms is capable of producing good scheduling and the clashing rate of a schedule can be handled.

The purpose of this study was to show the development of the education related multimedia whitelist filter using cache proxy log analysis. Regulation of bandwidth utilization should be used according to needs and main goals or process business of the organization. For Higher Education Institutions, access to education and science-related contents must be prioritized. Large size content access needs a right regulation, especially for multimedia contents. This research focuses on the development of whitelist filter based on an analysis of internet files access logs taken from squid proxy logs from April to November 2017. This technique can recognize 1,98% of the logs are direct links related to education and 0 % are indirect links to the education-related multimedia files and 98,02 % are links to non-education related multimedia files.

One of millennial generation is students, they tend to use internet and gadget actively. So that, it may cause some tendencies such as narcissistic and apathy. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of information technology towards the narcissistic and apathy tendencies. The sample of the research is conducted to 263 of under graduate students at one of private university in Bandung - Indonesia. The method in this research used quantitative and descriptive method. While statistic method is used to assess the influence between ICT towards narcissistic and apathy tendencies. The results of this research showed that 72% of participants checked their social media more than 5 times per day and the highest number of user of social media is Instagram, 37% of participants used it. Whereas, from this research also can be seen there is positive correlation between information communication and technology (social media) towards narcissistic tendency (r = .06, p < .002) and also there is positive correlation between information communication and technology (social media) towards apathy (r = 002, p < .001), whereas the correlation between apathy and narcissistic has negative correlation (r = −.28, p < .001).

The purpose of this research was to analyze user interface and user experience in Comrades application, so that user's purpose can be found through a design. The development stage of its interface uses goal directed design method and then analyzes the user experience done by using user flows to describe the problems experienced by users. Based on these issues will be redrawn using an experience map that can illustrate recommendations for a better user experience. The result of research on user interface and user experience of Comrades application can be concluded that the development of interface using Goal Directed Design method has better testing level from previous interface, user can easily find its purpose in usage of Comrades application, and result of recommendation done at interface Comrades application so that users can feel the user interface and a better user experience was fulfilled with proven value usability testing task better.

The purpose of this study was to create a business blueprint for cash accounting information systems in non-profit entities. The financial statements are designed according to the standards for a mosque. The method approach in this study uses Accelerated SAP (ASAP), business process model used to simplify the blueprint business. The results of the blueprint are implemented using odoo accounting, an internal entity that will be used by four departments such as Department of Religious, Department of Treasurer, Department of Development and Chairman of the Foundation. Using the blueprint business cash accounting information system in non-profit entities can simplify the ERP implementation, customization settings of odoo modules and financial report configurations.

XYZ will be easier in choosing, delaying or rejecting IT investment to be implemented, thus reducing the losses that will occur, can provide more value for the company and can know the level of company maturity in making IT investment. The results of the research conducted is PT. XYZ can take the right decisions in implementing IT investments, improve IT investment process and get more value according to company strategy.

The purpose of this research is to maintain the Sundanese culture concept using knowledge management. This research is one of the way of the preservation of Sundanese culture with a qualitative descriptive method. Where applied using the concept of knowledge management by applying SECI model. Creating a knowledge management model that is able to preserve Sundanese culture, especially Sundanese concept culture, is done through data modeling, architecture, and application model that can be used by the community. The results of the research conducted is a model of application of knowledge management for the concept of Sunda culture that can provide efforts to preserve Sundanese culture especially Sundanese concept culture. Sundanese concept culture slowly can be eroded by western culture even the government effort in preserving Sundanese culture has done very well but ineffective to filter culture from outside. Using IT and Knowledge Management, this research can bring a new approach to preserving Sundanese concept culture.

While the method of system development that used in research by using Scrum method, where this method can easily anticipate the level of complexity in the system development process. This research produces a website design that allows educators to plan lessons in each semester. Learning planning at Early Childhood Education based on this website aims to facilitate teachers in planning learning activities tailored to the stages of child development in a systematic, easy and fast in preparing and looking for it.

They can help in learning. In designing the application using descriptive research method, object oriented approach method and prototype development method. So with the method can provide information about the object and the procedure studied. The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning application that is implemented using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Has an advantage in the more interesting lessons of human relationships with the economic environment and may be used as a method of therapy for children with special needs.

Where the correlation with the assessment of SKP is the result of the work is the effect of competence. So if the results suitable or not, will be an input for Top Management in recommending a researcher.

Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) is one of developing a private university in Bandung. Information system department is one of the big department at UNIKOM. Due to the applicable curriculum at information system department, the students who want to continue their study to 6th semester, they have to choose their subjects concentration. There is the unknown pattern classification of the subject selections, because of there is not standard to manage the selection of subject concentration at information system department of UNIKOM. This is because of the less of processing data maximally. It is necessary to do the classification pattern analyzing of subject's concentration selection deeply, therefore the hidden pattern can be known and found out the things that affected to the selection of subjects. The resulting pattern can be used to design the standard selection of concentration subject at information system department. The analysis in this research used Algorithm C4.5. The selection of Algorithm C4.5 as an algorithm to facilitate the formation of a decision tree that able to create the selection pattern of subject concentration. The resulting pattern can be a guide to design a recommendation for selecting the subject concentration of students at information system of UNIKOM.

Can simplify the process of recording and storage of payment data so that it is easier to know the information of payment time and the rest of it that can simplify the process of cancellation so that customers can know the status of reservations. Beside that the process on catering processing can help the selection and addition of catering quickly. It can be done anywhere and anytime.

This research aims to design a Web-based E-Learning Application at Rumah Belajar LCC-Line. The methods used in designing applications use prototype methods, starting from listening to user needs, building mock-ups of applications, and testing mock-up of applications to users. Systems analysis method uses Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and Unified Modelling Language (UML) as a system design tool. The results of this research is a web-based e-learning application design that consists of interaction design between users, data design, and interface design. This E-Learning Application Design can be used to develop and implement E-Learning Applications. With this Web-Based E-Learning Applications can help the process of distance learning so that the learning process becomes more effective and efficient.

This paper is to design Android-based applications that can be a media of household recycling waste information and to know the level of user acceptance on Android-based social media system of household waste recycling (Pilah Matur App). To measure user satisfaction in user acceptance test, authors used the survey method. The problem of waste, especially household waste, has not been handled properly including in urban areas. The addition of landfill sites cannot directly solve urban waste problems, because the volume of waste at the landfill is very large and mixed with dry and wet wastes, also organic and non-organic wastes. Separation of household waste is a very important part of the effort to reduce the garbage disposed to the landfill. Information technology can take a role in facilitating the waste sorting process. Pilah Matur App can be used as a media for sharing the recycled waste information so that household waste can be interchanged by urban residents who might be needed it to be reused. Sharing the recyclable material information using Pilah Matur App is expected to reduce the amount of waste disposed to the landfill. The application design such as user interface and application prototype is introduced to the users in order to obtain feedback and measure the level of user acceptance. In general, Android-based social media system of household waste recycling can be accepted by users, there are 12 indicators that show positive results and 2 indicators that show negatives. The negative results caused by users expect more various features and users expect the application to be faster in the process of sending or uploading data. Furthermore, authors have to improve the speed of uploading process of a large photo of household waste recycling. Available features should also more added to increase user acceptance levels.

This research is proposed about decision in eligibility for accepting and rejecting student in vocational school. Prediction is one area in data mining that discuss about classification. One method of algorithm in prediction is Naïve-Byes Decisions Algorithm. Variable will be counted by Naive-Byes Decisions algorithm that content of final exam, report, psychology, interview, and competency. Execution for the first step is transforming each variable into ranging values. Step forward is continued to calculate possibility value for every variable. In 270 student, the research has been resulted the validation test is 199 same as actual condition. Precision is 96,1%, recall is 99,3%. The result is meaning that the algorithm has ability to get the decision in accepting manner with 74,87% accuracy. The value gives the reasoning that has not all submitting students are accepted by the school. Meanwhile, the algorithm has giving fair process for accepting the candidate. The impact of this research is the school can predict how many students is accepted and rejected. So, school will prepare for how many rooms should be available.

Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) within the scope of government is one important aspect that needs to be developed. Implementation of ICT applications is expected to facilitate various activities quickly, precisely and accurately with the aim of improving productivity so that the quality of government performance can increase in service to the public and internal government. Many district governments in Indonesia have no reference in strategic planning in the context of ICT, so stakeholders find it difficult for decision-makers in ICT development. The impact of this problem also affects the level of implementation of the regional work units in the region area. It, therefore, has no guidelines for developing and utilizing ICT properly and appropriately. Master plan of information and communication technology for local government is a product of scientific research with PeGI model (ranking of e-government Indonesia) as measurement model of e-government system. Model PeGI takes measures on 5 (five) dimensions of the e-Government system: policy, institutional, infrastructure, application, and planning. The final outcome of the measurement will be used as a recommendation and policy in preparing the ICT master plan to support local government processes and management work. The Master plan of Information and Communication Technology is expected to realize district governance system that is able to bridge the various needs of ICT implementation in agency.

Two streams of study in the research literature on behavioral information systems to measure the success of IS/IT implementation – the literature on acceptance and use of technology and information system success literature. The UTAUT and DMISM theory models each represent both approaches of study, both theoretical models have been widely known and have been widely used in a number of research contexts, but the integration of these two theoretical models is relatively small. This article proposes a conceptual model of UTAUT integration with DMISM on the basis of the advantages of each theoretical model in defining the successful implementation of IS/IT with an expanded TRA and TPB conceptual framework. Implementation of IS/IT in government organizations (e-government) is designed to validate the proposed conceptual model. This integration model is more comprehensive and can guide policymakers in formulating further concepts of e-government development and academically be contributing to the research gap and theoretical gap.

Angkot is the most popular paratransit in Bandung, Indonesia. This study aims to understand the characteristics of paratransit in every sub-district in Bandung based on the description of factors that could potentially affect the paratransit ridership, namely population, number of employment, population density, employment density, road density, ratio between road length passed by angkot with total road length, number of line, ratio between number of fleet with population, and ratio between number of fleet with number of employment. The method used is descriptive analysis and the relative comparison between sub-districts to determine the 'high', 'medium', or 'low' ratings for each factor. GIS interpretation is used to determine the length of road totally and that passed by angkot. It was found that sub-districts near downtown have 'high' rating for some built environment factors, namely population and employment categories, but still low on other factors. Some factors that have been relatively good can be seen from more number of sub-districts with 'medium' or 'high' rating than 'low' are population, population density, and number of line. From the results of this study can be known what factors are necessary and can be improved for each sub-district related to angkot services in the city of Bandung.

In a previous study identifying human tongue disease by analyzing texture feature extraction using the gray level difference method combined with naive bayes method obtained an accuracy of 81.1%. Another study using the same method, the naive bayes method combined with the Gray-Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method in different cases also received a high accuracy value of 96%. It proves that both methods can extraction texture of image well. This study aims to analyze what affects the accuracy of the accuracy of both GLCM and Naive Bayes methods in performing characteristic extraction of dental abnormalities. Dental abnormalities or anomalies used in this study were Gemination, Microdontia, and Makrodontia taken from the original image by simply showing the teeth from the front. From the test results, obtained an accuracy of 66.6%, which proves that the method of Naive Bayes is not good enough in doing the classification of dental abnormalities. This is because the data extracted characteristic texture of dental abnormalities with GLCM method has a matrix that is quite close distance between classes. So the image classification of tooth disorders using Naive Bayes method becomes less good when doing the classification.

Data the data used are foreign tourists entering through the Husein Sastranegara airport from the year 2010 to 2017. This research using Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Method in forecasting foreign tourists who come to the city of Bandung. Model accuracy was measured by comparing the percentage of the value of forecasting with the true value. This value is called the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD). Based on the results of the comparison, the best value of SARIMA model MAD SARIMA model is the smallest (0, 1, 1) (1, 0, 0)¹² with the value of the MAD 484,04. From the results it can be concluded that the model in the SARIMA model for forecasting made worth more.

Information about the progress of a student lecture is very important to know by parents. Generally, universities already have information systems that contain the data of lecturing process, but many of the information is not accessible by parents. Therefore, an application is needed to monitor student lecture activity that can be accessed directly by parents, so that when there is a change in student lecture activity, parents can directly know it. But to create such an application requires an Application Programming Interface (API) that will facilitate the application to be able to interact with existing information systems and can send notification to parent. Delivery of notification to parents will use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) which will quickly notify parents without making the university cost. The API will be built using web protocol (http/https) and will act as an additional system that will run in conjunction with the ongoing academic information system.

There are still many Indonesian Migrant Workers, or commonly reffered to as Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI), who are involved in criminality whether as the victim or under criminal prosecution while working abroad. This indicates that the involvement of stakeholders including the government in protecting TKI has not yet been maximized. The existing efforts only focus on law and regulation and lack in quick and proper response. These issues can ideally be minimized if there is a form of continuous communication between migrant workers and the stakeholders during TKI placement. This research focus on analyzing the requirements to develop TKI protection information system. The requirements are obtained through SWOT analysis. The results show that TKI need to make regular reports through the information system. System then monitors TKI condition overtime to assess their situations and notifies government and/or other stakeholders if any response needs to be taken. Through this information system analysis, the model for TKI monitoring information system that connects every stakeholders is developed. It is expected that this work would provide government a model for information system to assist TKI work safely and comfortably. TKI will have confident that they are with caring government. Therefore various issues that occur can be dealt seriously, quickly, and appropriately.

Lexical processing, such as detection of root words (Stemming) and type of words (Part of Speech tagging) is the important determinant for language computing systems that requires the detection of sentence structure or pattern. In Indonesian language, a problem that was encountered in lexical processing is lack of annotated corpus in Indonesian. Thus, POS tagger built in this research did not use annotated corpus, but utilize KBBI (Indonesian large dictionary) and some morphological rules that affect changes in word form (morphology). The method used in this study begin with change input text into tokens and do stemming. Each token is checked whether it is available in the baseword dictionary or not. If the token is not found in the baseword dictionary, it will go through stemming and affix detection. By doing this step, it can produce output list of POS tag for basewords and their affixes. By collate the output based on the rules of grammar, we can determine the type of affixed-word. Testing is done by comparing the detection results and the type of wordlist available in KBBI, for every input token. Accuracy score is obtained by calculate number of true results divided by total number of tokens being examined. Based on result of test performed, the achievement of accuracy is quite good (average rate of 87.4% for 4 parts of PAN Localization corpus in Indonesian). False results were caused by some mistake tags in existing KBBI and presence of ambigous word (word with more than one POS tag). So, improvement will be possible by using more complete Indonesian dictionary and adding word-sense disambiguation.

The purpose of this study is to reveal some important parameters that can be used to estimate the potential value of business in coastal tourism. The Literature review method contains descriptions of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference material to be used as a cornerstone of research activities. This method can be done objectively with statistical calculations or with subjective by defining it based on certain considerations. Using this method can be seen there are two groups of parameters considered in the subject: marine and coastal geological data, and economic, demographic and related data infrastructure around coastal areas. These key parameters will make it easier to determine the potential of the coastal tourism business.

The purpose of this study is to compare SARIMA and Holt-Winter's Exponential Smoothing methods in an attempt to generate customer transaction forecasting in Store X with high accuracy.This study will compare the results of sales forecasting with time series forecasting model of Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) and Holt Winter's Exponential Smoothing method. SARIMA model still accurate when the time series data is only in a short period, this model is accurate on short period foracasting but less accurate on long period forecasting. Meanwhile Holt Winter's Exponential Smoothing accurate on forecasting seasonal time series data, either it's pattern shows trend or not. Both models are compared with forecasting data showing seasonal patterns. The data used is the data of clothing retail store sales from 2013 to 2017. Accuracy level of each model is measured by comparing the percentage of forecasting value with the actual value. This value is called Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD). Based on the comparison result, the best model with the smallest MAD value is SARIMA model (1,1,0) (0,1,0)¹² with MAD value 5.592. From the comparison results can be concluded that the SARIMA model is feasible to be used as a model for further forecasting.

The aim of the study was to forecast Rainfall with Time Series Model. Monthly rainfall of 48 data got from Badan Meteorologi dan Geofisika (BMG) Bandung from January 2011 to December 2013 are processed by a computer program to look at the pattern in minitab model ARIMA. This modelling stage begins from the stationarity test data, identify models, parameter estimation, and model verification, to forecasting. Precipitation data is data that is not stationary so that distinguish first. The data obtained from the model results this first distinction is ARIMA (1, 1, 1) with the MAD 82.712 test of the significance of the parameters of the model.

This paper aimed at forecasting the number of cases of Tuberculosis in XYZ hospital. The lungs are one of the vital organs in the human body. This research method using ARIMA-ARCH model. Test results into the influential heteroskedastisitas forecasting the number of cases of tuberculosis, where when the model initially has no effect ARCH but still continued into the ARIMAARCH value produces a MAPE of better evidenced by the model of ARIMA (0, 1, 3) the ARCH (1) have a better accuracy level, where has a value of MAPE 2.09 % whereas the model ARIMA (0, 1, 3) has a value of MAPE 2.31%.

The aim of the study Forecasting Chilli Requirement with ARIMA Method. The unbalanced over production causes the market price and production to be less than the amount of public consumption. Forecasting is the art and science of predicting events that will occur by using historical data and projecting it into the future with some form of mathematical modelling. To do the forecasting required a particular method and which method is used depends on the type of data to be predicted as well as the goal to be achieved. In this research using time series ARIMA forecasting method with data used data of chilli requirement and production data year 2011 until 2014. From resulted model hence calculated result of Mean Absolut Error (MAE) to see average of absolute value error at predicted result. The results of model trials conducted using ARIMA method (1, 1, 2) yield MAE of 12.18.

This study demonstrates the impact of the summary on document classification. The document used is 100 background thesis problems, formatted. txt. Each document will be through preprocessing (case folding, splitting sentence, splitting word, filtering, stop word removal and TF-IDF). Then the document is summarized using the method of extraction. Then all the documents are classified using the FKNNC method. The results of this study were obtained by compiling the classification process to be faster ie for 5 minutes, this is due to the reduced extraction features used. Therefore, the summary can be used to reduce the features in the classification.

The aim of this research is to fabricate and investigate the properties of solid polymer electrolyte (SPE). This kind of electrolyte can take place as electrolyte and separator for LIB in order to prevent leakage of its package caused by employing liquid electrolyte. SPE based on Lithium Bis (Oxalato) Borate or LiBOB and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) was carried out by simple casting techniques. SPE preparations were performed by varying the ratio of PVDF and LiBOB compositions (90:10, 85:15, 80:20, 75:25) dissolved in DMAC solvents at 50 °C. Characterization of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy is used to observe ionic conductivity of the SPEs, and that of Cyclic Voltammetry is used to investigate the performance of the battery as well. The obtained sheets have a thickness from 40 to 140 μm. Sample having 90:10 ratio of PVDF-LiBOB has the highest ionic conductivity, namely 4,97 × 10⁻⁵ S cm⁻¹. The sample which has good performance is exhibited by the sample D investigated by the existence of oxidation and reduction peaks which reveal the reversible system.

Compare MPPT method between P&O and IC systems. Rapidly growing renewable energy is wind power. The rapid growth is due to the fact that the world has a great resource of wind energy. Wind energy has been estimated to be capable of suppressing up to 10% of the entire world's electrical energy. Availability uncertain winds became the main issue on wind energy. Because wind power systems, power issued on wind power system depends on wind speed. One of the common methods developed researchers is Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Control. Generally, MPPT methods can be broadly classified into those that do not use sensors and those that do use sensors. The methods without sensors track the MPP by monitoring the power variation. Method use sensors is widely divided into perturbation and observation (P&O) and incremental conductance (IC). The use of the P&O method does not need information and parameters of wind speed wind turbines making it more efficient and has the lowest price. This method has a simple feedback and measurement of some parameters. IC has a performance level close to P&O, but in general the higher implementation cost compared to P&O would not be justified by an improvement in performance. On this paper, researcher mean compare MPPT methode between P&O and IC systems. Researchers intend to want to compare several MPPT methods to find out the type of the MPPT has the best effectiveness. This research resulted that MPPT control type P&O has the results of a greater power output than the type IC. P&O generates its power output value is 1050 Watts while the IC produces a power output is 550 Watts. A comparison between the IC and P&O on the conditions of starting to move torque on the power absorption, P&O results the smallest power absorption than IC that is 25 Nm while the IC of 29 Nm. Whereas in normal conditions, the IC results the smallest power absorption that is IC 3 Nm and P&O of 4.5 Nm.

This paper aims to facilitate the owner to control water pump machine from the vacuum, and the condition of the water is it full or not in house or apartment. The current control system still has many limitations in controlling the water pump machine at home or apartment. The water machine control system was designed with device that has a smart surveillance system that can be accessed with Android smartphone and all information from or to machine control system will command by using SMS, this device create a development of Arduino UNO microcontroller technology that allows the reading of the GSM Module and connected with SMS Gateway. Experiment results facilitate real-time water control and much easy for the owner to control water tank.

The aim of the study was to increase the level of security of data hiding and make it harder for cryptanalysts to know the hidden information.Improving confidentiality data is very important and can be performed by using a cryptography algorithm and combining few algorithms. End of File (EOF) were one of steganography method that widely used because it easily implemented in any media, combination of Base64 algorithm and One Time Pad as encoding and encryption process on data or object before embedded process using EOF method will produce a strong ciphertext that is good because one time pad using dynamic key as length message, ciphertext will be embedded in bytecode using EOF method and with the combination already perform it will not be easy to read by irresponsible party.

This research is intended to determine employees who suitable with company criteria. Method which used is Fuzzy Tsukamoto Algorithm. Inferences process on this method done with the rules IF-THEN shaped and use AND operation, where will choose minimum value from two variable. The result of the research is employees who criteria is appropriate. The result is obtain from fuzzy tsukamoto process, start with taking criteria from company as parameter, then do fuzzyfication process that is create fuzzy community from company's criteria, here in after create membership function, create rules, finished with defuzzyfication and value which obtained is 67,41. Certainly with those value, fuzzy tsukamoto very help company to determine best employees to work in the company.

Aim of this study is to facilitate the secretariat of information system department in monitoring and management of classroom using classroom booking information system integrated with lecture scheduling information system. Method use in this research is object oriented approach method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool and prototype model as development method. Java SE with mysql database use as programming language to build the information system. Implementation of this system helps secretariat to monitor and manage classroom easier and could prevent clashes between original schedule and replacement schedule.

This research was conducted to analyze the needs of the system of Go-Edu Indonesia which is as media to bring together the people who need training services / teaching / course related to the expertise or specific skills with people who have the competence in certain skills. In this study method use is object-oriented with modeling tools UML (Unified Modeling Language) and using prototype as the development system model. The result of this research are description of functional requirements and non-functional requirements of Go-Edu Indonesia application that can accommodate the community needs to find an instructor/coach/supervisor with specific skills, and will help to open opportunity for new job for people with certain skill to be an instructor.

The purpose of this study is to describe the current system process with the COBIT 5 domain, calculate the level of capability, link the assessment of COBIT 5 with the Public Health Service Accreditation instrument, and identification of resource support. Research design using qualitative methods and how to collect data using observation, interview and questionnaire. Stages performed in conducting the evaluation by conducting research planning, determine the scope of evaluation, data collection and processing, assessment report and evaluation, mapping the relationship with the guidance of Accreditation assessment at the Public Health Service. From the results of research using balanced scordcard on COBIT 5 instrument, the selected domains are EDM02, EDM04, AP001, APO06, APO07, DSS01, DSS02, DSS05, and DSS06. COBIT 5 users on Public Health Service Accreditation, supporting assessment activities in Chapter II and Chapter VII. Assessment of resources in the patient information system shows activities that still do not meet the level of capability.

The aim of this research is for tracking alumni interest at Sekolah Usaha Perikanan Menengah (SUPM) Negeri Sorong. For now the absorption data of alumni has not been used optimally, with an objective assessment. Therefore, further research is needed in assessing the absorption of alumni after graduation by tracing the interest of alumni in looking for work. By using data of alumni absorption and interview of SUPM Negeri Sorong stakeholder, it was found that Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used in weighting criteria as well as alternative and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method as comparison and consideration of the selection of the best alternative. This research had result that combination of AHP and TOPSIS can give the best alternative recommendation. The results that obtained by using AHP and TOPSIS is found that the alternative of Marine Fisheries Private Company is the best choice that alumni is interest in it, and get highest rank with 29% percentage on AHP calculation and 37% in TOPSIS calculation. With this result, we can track alumni interest. The absorption of alumni in the industry can affect the determination of curriculum and education program, the evaluation done by looking up alumni annually determines the next step that SUPM Negeri Sorong will be taken in preparing curriculum and education program.

The research is aim to emergence of the best Engineer candidates in accordance with the criteria in accordance with the type of project at PT. Multipanel Intermitra Mandiri. By using data of engineer and interview of PT. Multipanel Intermitra Mandiri stakeholder, it was found that Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method could be used in weighting criteria as well as alternative and technique. This research had result that AHP can give the best alternatives for the type of project. The main result is emergence of the best Engineer candidates in accordance with the criteria and sorted awareness of the top rankings and the proposed team of Engineers in accordance with the type of project at PT. Multipanel Intermitra Mandiri. The results of the analysis by using AHP method can rank the best Engineer with the criteria that has been determined with the highest weight value is 0.1622 and the lowest value is 0,0522. From the result that can be formed a combination of teams in accordance with the character of the project type. With this result, we can know about employee engineer performance. Employee performance appraisal can improve the quality of PT. Multipanel Intermitra Mandiri so it can continue to compete in the industrial world.

In conducting research for interface analysis using kansei engineering that manipulates the user's feelings into things that can be transformed into website interface design and analysis services that have been on the website using canoe method. This research produces one major factor influencing the interface that is "fresh" and for the first priority service attribute that needs to be improved there is 1 attribute of usability, information quality and service interaction dimension, second priority attribute that needs to be improved 3 attributes of information quality, 1 attribute from service interaction. A third priority attribute that needs to be improved one attribute of usability and one attribute of information quality. The first priority must be maintained 3 attributes of information quality and service interaction. The second priority should be to maintain the 7 attributes of usability, the 4 attributes of the service interaction. Research will help the website creator in designing good software website, application in design because with design that adapted to user feeling will make user interested in using software made so that developer do not feel useless in work.

The objective of the paper is structural topology optimization in statics and dynamics. The topology is defined on the base of the material distribution in elements of the structure. The optimal topology design is defined as an optimization problem. The objective is the maximum stiffness of the structure in statics and maximal natural frequency in dynamics of the structure. The constraints of the optimization problem are related to the mass of the structure and to the loading and boundary conditions of the structure. The evolutionary method - genetic algorithm is applied for optimization problem solution. Examples on optimal topology of structures in statics and dynamics are presented. The obtained results are comparable with results based on experience of civil engineers. The structural topology optimization does not use experience from structural evolution and it is applicable for design of new structures – prototypes.

The aim of the study was to facilitate the handling of built computer networks, reduce the cost for client purchases, saving resources. Then tested to measure QOS parameter that is delay, packet loss and throughput. Server is a service provider on a computer network. A computer network can be created by requiring clients and other devices. Usually, the cost to build a computer network is quite expensive. Therefore, built a computer network using the server with EXSi operating system that aims to store a virtual client that will be accessed by clients. While the client using HP T5720 hardware, raspberry pi 3, and laptop that aims to save in terms of cost, and resources compared to the PC as usual. Therefore designed a system with remote desktop using thin client, which In addition, testing is also done to measure CPU performance and server RAM. QOS testing is obtained from the number of clients connected to each other, with delay> 150 ms and packet loss 0%, then the delay and packet loss included into the network category is very good. Based on the tests performed to analyze CPU server performance with 4GB RAM, the number of virtual clients can be operated ± 4 virtual clients. Every client in this system consumes less power than 24V less than power for a Personal Computer.

The objective of the study is to find the best method to construct a model that could predict the future failure as a function of variables obtained from the customer profile. Decision Tree and Logistic Regression are classification algorithm. One of Decision Tree algorithm is Classification and Regression Tree (CART). It can used to analyze numeric and categorical data. Logistic Regression is more accurate than Decision Tree. In fact, there is some missing value in datasets. Amelia II is the best method to estimate missing value for numeric and categorical data. This study combines Amelia II to estimate missing value, Decision Tree to screening and re-categorization variable and Logistic Regression to classifying debtor into 'good' and 'bad' risk classes. We found that the accuracy of this combined method constant until 40% missing value. The Correct Classification Rate (CCR) value for 10% - 40% same as the CCR value for dataset without missing value. Otherwise, the accuracy decreased for missing value above 40%. This method is effective if missing value of the dataset below 40%. We recommend the bank to apply this method for classify risk of debtor if the missing value is below 40%.

Goal of this research is to introduce how the implementation of Interaction Design can solve problem of UI/UX in mobile devices. The method used here is Interaction Design, the study of designing interactive digital products with user-centered approach to deliver engaging and better user experiences (UX). One of interesting interactive product is University Timetable Plotting System, an application used to manage course scheduling that produces busy screen with large timetable. Problems occurred because this system have inadequate support for user with relatively low resolution (like smartphone) compared to desktop thus affect negative UX. Interaction design workflow begins with collecting data to establishing requirement, following with designing alternatives. Based on usability evaluation, Instruction approach proved to produce high satisfaction rating rather than direct manipulation approach. This research proved that Interaction Design could be utilize on the process of creating Interactive Products. In conclusion its challenging to convert plotting UI into mobile version and this paper demonstrate that Interaction design successfully guides developer and UI designer to design better UI/UX experiences.

Balinese traditional architecture has grown for hundreds of years. The encounter with Christianity has also taken place long before, but has only made significant changes since the beginning of the 20th century. This paper discusses the process started from the development of Christian village of Blimbingsari and Ambyarsari in West Bali, to a spread-growing period of a new culture and new architecture later known as Balinese Christian Architecture. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of this distinctive activity driven and fascinating architecture, at the span of time where the most important events occurred in the process of inculturation of Hindu-Balinese architecture and western Christianity. This ongoing study is done by a limited field study method on Christian villages in Bali, where the researcher stay, interact and experience the everyday life within the community. The result shows the long life struggle of Balinese Christian Architecture to this modern era. In the end, the experience can be developed to build knowledge regarding inculturation, in creating a new kind of architecture and culture.

The use of the internet has a huge impact on student achievement. This study was conducted to determine the effect of internet use on academic achievement, social life, and student activities in Bandung. This research will be very helpful for students, researchers, and curriculum developers to know the relationship of internet usage and academic achievement. This research was made by collecting the respondents from 2 Universities in Bandung, University Computer Indonesia and Institute Harapan Bangsa Technology. Respondents were randomly selected by 50 respondents. The results of this study can prove that the students' social life is influenced by the internet. Graphical representation of internet usage and its impact on students' social life shows that the use of the internet is very high, will minimize student social activity. This study shows that the use of the Internet for study purposes and academic achievement is directly proportional to each other while inversely proportional to student social life.

The purpose of this study is to create an application that functions automatically with high accuracy when analyzing bank customer data. This needed due to non-performing loans occurring frequently caused by the inaccuracy of credit analysts in the assessment of creditworthiness. This can be seen in the incident occurred in a public bank located in Bandung. This bank does not have the database that serves to accommodate data history and the method used in assessing creditworthiness is merely based on the simple statistical analysis. This leads to reduced accuracy and speed in the decision-making process. This research applies Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method, a Data Mining technique. This helps credit analysts to select customers who are truly eligible to be given credit so that non-performing loan can be avoided. NBC calculates the probability of one class from each group of attributes and determines which class is most optimal. The accuracy of the NBC sampling test from 500 data is 95% compared to the decision made by a credit analyst. It can be concluded that this application is very helpful for credit analysts in recommending customers who are eligible for a loan to the bank's decision maker.

The method used was a qualitative research method, purely descriptive. Qualitative research is a study that does not use statistics, but through data collection, analysis, and then interpreted, the results of this study are to provide convenience to the public, especially in the field of business and provide comfort and security for the sale and purchase.

The purpose of this research is to provide great influence for the weather conditions and the environment. The literature study method used to take information from some reading materials on the internet site. The material is processed to obtain information that can analyze the problem and to get the settlement and get the development of the method. The result showed that the application of SVG (Smart Vertical Garden) on the building wall of Bandung city would improve the air quality because the plants will filter the air around the city. In addition, Vertical Garden is also able to reduce the intensity of noise to 68 dB, so that the activities of Bandung residents are not disturbed because of the sound of the vehicles.

This study aims at providing an overview and description on how the character of consumers in response to various kinds of digital advertising, provide some insight to marketers that will improve the effectiveness of their advertising, and to prove that by using inbound marketing will provide more value in the sale of products and get the right target market. The method used in this research is qualitative research by raising the occurring issues on digital advertising that is increasingly popular in the field of marketing. In addition, this study only focuses on the fundamental phenomenon in which the behavior of Internet users in response to the effectiveness of digital advertising that makes this research unique. The result of this study indicates that combination of inbound marketing with digital advertising will provide a positive and comforting experience for internet users.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of information technology in helping entrepreneurs run their business, especially internal and external communication with the use of information technology that provides various features according to the needs and business conditions run by entrepreneurs. The methods used were the descriptive and comparative method with data collection in the form of the primary data source and secondary data. Maximizing the function of information technology, efficiency helps entrepreneurs in their jobs, especially those who need more intense communication with their business, such as the use of video-conference information technology for presentations, interviews, online meetings with different places, but communication are still workable. Utilization of communication media such as line, WhatsApp is to send each other short messages. E-mail for the purpose of sending data or reports. Website is a medium for information dissemination or management. that information technology has many benefits in helping business activities one of them is the communication process.

The objectives of this research is to provide information about the Smart Parking Application Design for Parking Arrangement detection by counting the number of parking spaces which occupy the parking car entrance, the number of cars entered, the car left the parking lot and the number of cars outside the parking entrance. The research used descriptive method to collect information about the status of existing information by action method (action research). The type of data that exist in this research is primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods were field research, research libraries and prototype methods. Smart parking application works by sorting in advance the existing parking lot row based on the parking lot number. If there is available parking space, then the parking ticket will be given the number of empty parking area in the nearest sequence and reducing the common mistakes in the parking system. The entire Smart Parking system consists of a series of senders and receivers. The receiver circuit consisting of wireless data transceiver will capture the serial data from Arduino Uno which will be converted by converter to be processed by Personal Computer.

The purpose in this system analysis is to collect data and information to discover how the system is currently running in the Raquer. The method used is structured design methods to determine the flow of processes that exist on the system using flowmap, context diagrams, and DFD. Data collection method used in this research is the application of descriptive research design. The use of the internet in business can improve business transactions and improve the quality of marketing as well as on the Raquer website where Raquer applies the internet as a marketing tool to expand the marketing range between Raquer and its distributors. The easy-to-learn and understandable Raquer website forms useful for the user performance and simplifies the product selection. The results of the research showed that e-commerce has benefits in improving the sales quality.

By utilizing the potential of traveling and leisure in Bandung, we are creating an innovation called Ojek Wisata Bandung. Ojek Wisata Bandung is a service-based company which focusing on online transportation service especially for traveling needs. This paper aims to facilitate customers in meeting the needs of transportation quickly and easily. For the researching method, we using survey method in this idea, and for the approaching method, we are using structured approaching and for the development method we are using the Waterfall model. This Ojek Wisata Information System has 3 main modules, including the Registration Module, Booking Module and Trip Module The result form this research prove that after we implementing this Ojek Wisata will be more effective and efficient. And with this Integrated Information System, it will helping customers, drivers and administrator to operating this program.

The purpose of the research is to investigate the design of a website-based online store with the game content. Therefore, this website will be designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts. The website will be divided into two views, the first view for the admin and the second display for consumers. In view of the admin page can only be accessed by the web admin. While the consumer display can be accessed by the admin and the consumer. The data analysis was conducted on the website from both admin and consumer. The result indicated that the successful of game online is highly affected by its website design. In the future, the design of website itself should be analyzed and studied further by more specific application to make the data more comprehensive.

The reactor core accident, especially the reactor core melt-down, is one of the most important things to be considered in analyzing the reactor safety factor. In melted reactor core case, one of the interesting phenomena which can be examined is the process of stratification of a metallic liquid component of the melted reactor core. In this study, it is observed the stratification process of immiscible liquid through simulation and validation with experiment. One method that can be utilized to model the liquid stratification is the MPS (Moving Particle Semi-Implicit) method. The stratification experiments were conducted using water and several kinds of oils. From the gained results, it can be seen that the obtained results of the simulation are in good agreement with the experiment results. In addition, from the simulation and experimental results, it can be seen that the density of liquid significantly affects the stratification process. The kinematic viscosity of liquid also affects the rate of liquid penetration in achieving stratification conditions. Therefore, the MPS method used in this simulation has a good enough capability to simulate the liquid stratification phenomena, which can be implemented in conditions of the melted reactor core prototype.

The purpose of this study is to create a solution for the problem for lack of equitable of health services. The method used in this research is descriptive method to explain the flow of the program design. This design flow used the water fall method including the design stage, program development, testing phase, program development and program checks. The Results from the research indicates that Telemedicine is useful for establishing network communication with health care centers both in Indonesia and abroad because it can expand the access to the patient care quality especially for regions and served populations who need them most.
