After publication the author realized that a part was missing in the third term on the right-hand side of eq. (1),

$\begin{equation} H = -\frac{\hbar^2}{2m^*}\nabla^2 + \frac{1}{2}\frac{eB}{m^*c}\hat{L}_z + \frac{1}{8}\frac{e^2B^2}{m^*c^2}+ \frac{1}{2}m^*\omega^2_or^2, \end{equation}$

The correct form of eq. (1) should read as follows:

$\begin{equation} H = -\frac{\hbar^2}{2m^*}\nabla^2 + \frac{1}{2}\frac{eB}{m^*c}\hat{L}_z + \frac{1}{8}\frac{e^2B^2}{m^*c^2}r^2+ \frac{1}{2}m^*\omega^2_or^2. \end{equation}$

This amendment does not affect the contents of the paper.
