Abstract

The photovoltaic performance of codeposited films of fullerene and metal-free phthalocyanine was confirmed to be affected by their nanostructure which can be controlled by adjusting substrate temperature during codeposition. Crystalline-amorphous nanocomposites possessing individual transport routes for electrons and holes showed the largest photocurrent. A photoelectric conversion efficiency of 0.56% was observed.
