Abstract

The aim of this article is to illustrate an integration of methods, abilities and the usage of remote sensing in agricultural part of economy. In this project it was clearly stated that, the use of remote sensing in agricultural sector is based on the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with soil or vegetation and refers to the non-contact measurement of radiation reflected or emitted from agricultural fields. Different types of platform for measurements were listed in this research work such as: satellites, aircraft, tractors and handheld sensors.
