Dear reader, we provide you the Proceedings of the International Symposium "Actual Problems of Computational Simulation in Civil Engineering" (APSCSE) held in Novosibirsk, Russia, from July 1st to July 8th 2018 under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering Sciences (RAACS)

The decision to hold this series of conferences was adopted by the RAACS Scientific Council "Software in Civil Engineering and Architecture" in October 2006. The aim objective of APSCSE is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities on computational simulation in civil engineering. This Symposium provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
