Abstract

It is shown that application of hydrostatic pressure increases the tendency to form an ordered donor superlattice in HgSe:Fe. Examination of the pressure and temperature dependences of the anomalous mobility enhancement related to the donor ordering, as well as determination of the pressure variation of the Fe energetic level position are reported.
