Hydrodynamics and a nonlinear dynamical formation model on binary stars

Yi-Fang Chang

Show affiliations

Based on the hydrodynamics and hydromagnetics of nebula, we discuss the formation of binary stars using the qualitative analysis theory of a nonlinear equation. The nonlinear interaction and rotation play very crucial roles. Moreover, the Lorenz model may be derived from the equations of the hydrodynamics, whose two wings in the Lorenz model form just the binary stars, while the linear equations form only a single star.
