All papers published in Plasma Sources Science and Technology, even if inspired by results first presented at a conference or workshop, are expected to meet the same high standards of scientific quality and novelty required for publication in an archival journal. Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent referees and is approved for publication by a senior member of the Editorial Board. Read the full statement.
