The effect of moist air on the resistance of pencil lines

J B Seth, Chetan Anand and Gian Chand

Show affiliations

The resistance of a pencil line is found to increase when it is kept in a moist atmosphere. The change in resistance for different degrees of moisture is investigated and a suggestion is made that this change may, in certain circumstances, be utilised to measure humidity.
