Abstract

The distinctive feature of this transistor phase-sensitive detector circuit is that the switching action is performed without saturating the transistors. A bandwidth of over 30 Mc/s and a temperature coefficient of 0.02% per degC, are obtainable. No transformers or chokes are used in the circuit, and the output may be used either balanced or unbalanced with respect to earth.
