E Djurle, E Ingelstam and L Johansson

Show affiliations

Some techniques are described for cementing optical elements, especially at large glass surfaces, together with plastics. Successful joints, vein-free and strong, have been made with certain types of plastics. A rapid semi-quantitative method of examining glass for internal striae is also described.
