CONFERENCE REPORT

Some 50-60 persons attended a seismological symposium organized by the Acoustics Group of The Institute of Physical Society. The formal papers covered a large field of seismology from microseisms to earthquake engineering and from transmission through a few feet of ground to transmission through the whole earth. A complete list of papers is given at the end of the report.
