Minimum uncertainty states for the quantum group and quantum Wigner d-functions

Minimum uncertainty angular momentum states for the quantum group are constructed. They involve the eigenvalues of which are q-numbers and the quantum group analogue of the Wigner d-functions for . The result is generalized for all values of and a formula for the quantum Wigner d-function is derived. The case of q = 1 is discussed and compared with the well known results for the Wigner d-functions.
