In early 2021, EPL transitioned to a new editorial system, ScholarOne. Signature of publication forms and selection of open access options now take place electronically, during the editorial process. Permission to use EPL copyrighted material
Requests for permission to use and/or reproduce copyrighted material from EPL/Europhysics Letter depend on the publication date and should be sent to:
For articles published before or on 31/12/2006 (all volumes from 1 -76 inclusive; labelled as Europhysics Letters)

- title of the article
- full bibliographical reference
- what material will be used (full paper, figures, tables, etc.)
- where the material will be reused
